The key of the apartment door is a bit tricky and opening it takes some time.

- Good amount of space for 3 people - Comfy beds and provided nice towels - Great location! Most places were 7-15 min walk away and it is a 2 min walk away from the metro station - A/C works well - Really good place for the price - Every time you use the sink or toilet, the water pump makes a loud creaking sound. When using the shower, this sound happens every few seconds - The wifi doesn’t work, it continually disconnects devices. When we messaged the host about this issue, they ignored us - The host tried to overcharge us for the city tax by nearly 30 euro but after some back and forth eventually charged us the correct price

The location was nice. No natural light in the rooms. There is no noise isolation in the rooms, you can hear the conversations taking place in the room next door. The room wasn't cleaned everyday as per the booking.com description. The building is old so the rooms were cold. Generally a disappointing experience - the place in the past seemed to have been refurnished but isn't managed well and the facilities need better care.
