We didn't take advantage of the breakfast. The shower is really, really small - I was knocking into the sides throughout my showers.

Great location both to historical town and night time pubs/cafes in the near plaza. Rooms are clean with a convenience of staying like at home. Mattia is very kind, friendly and helpful, thank you.

Location. Big rooms. Clean*. Comfortable. *it was clean but a suggestion is into update the bed linens. The bed sheets fine- the bed covers out of date and of questionable quality and cleanliness. Good hotels these days use duvets and duvet covers. The duvet covers are cleaned with each new guest. This hotel would improve significantly if it changed this one practice. Also the shower- the shower head was old and didn’t stay attached to the holder. Not acceptable for a good hotel.

Shower was tiny
-
It was the size of the room and friendly staff

There was a slight musty smell in the room at the beginning of our stay, and there was some mold in the corner above the window.

Good location. Not fancy but exactly what we expected. A little hard to identify as the place

Very charming, great location, excellent communication with Matteo, who was a great host and really helpful. Coffee is provided at the Apartment while Breakfast is at a local Café a two minute walk away (and served be a very friendly crew plus very delicious). The location is a huge plus with public transport, National Archaeologic Museum and a lot of good restaurants nearby. The house has it‘s charme from the years passed by, like all the houses in Naples, but everything worked perfect, was clean and very comfortable (f.e. fast and stable wifi, hot water with high pressure and good beds). Can definitely recommend!!!

The Hotel is really really nice, it's so close to a metro station (Museo) and only a few stops on the metro from Napoli Centrale, once you get there and find your feet you can do most of Naples by foot even to the port!!! (except Pompeii) Breakfast ,if you have it is at a lovely cafe at the corner,2 mins away at the junction (I only went down for a coffee but then again later on for a few drinks, cracker little pub/cafe) but there are also coffee pods and bottled water in your room and at the lobby, to be honest I couldn't fault it Mattia is a legend :) Nothing !!! Everything was perfect from Mattia on arrival to everyone you meet during your stay everyone is a joy and willing to help, if you need it.

Great central location, but still quiet for sleeping as our room faced the inner courtyard. Historic but clean, comfortable and large room with high fresco ceiling. Friendly service on arrival, with location shown by host on very useful local map to take away, with recommendations for food. Two small water bottles replaced each day. Mini fridge. Wifi worked well. Kettle (supplied after a request - nb to host the booking.com description says the rooms have coffee and tea making facilities). Breakfast, though in nice cafe nearby and very simple was fine and extra items could be ordered off the menu. Good value for money. There were a few minor negatives (as true nearly anywhere). These were not that much of an issue for us. Though I can see that some might find them more irriating. The shower hot water comes from a tank in the bathroom room, which one day ran cold for one of our showers. We were then more careful not to indulge, and it was OK, but good to know in advance to be careful. Shampoo and shower gel were in very small bottles and on first day shampoo was not replaced - not a big deal as it is easy enough to get a large bottle in a local shop, but the booking.com description did say they were provided which suggested no need for getting your own. The blinds and curtains stopped most light getting in early in the morning, but there were gaps (large for the curtains), which might be more of an issue in the summer. Note that the booking.com description says bathrobes, but none were provided (we didn't need them and didn't ask). Also the TripAdvisor page that we looked at, though it has the new name in the title, still mentions the previous name of Belle Arti Resort in the summary, which is a bit confusing, particularly as it is still described as a boutique hotel, while it is now more like a air bnb, and it also suggests there is room service (which I presume isn't available any longer).

Never got up Absolutely Nothing

Clean, convenient, excellent location, super nice staff (Mattia), good value for money Kettle and cups would have been handy, otherwise all good

Friendly staff, good location. Beautiful fresco on the ceiling (we paid extra). Breakfast was at a bar down the street, a hot drink, a cold drink & a pastry are included. We couldn't keep the window open at night due to noise, so the room got a bit stuffy as we didn't want the aircon on due to noise & smell. There was a lot of rain when we were there & I think it makes the drains smelly.

Excellent location for people visiting Naples for the first time. No bar or restaurant in hotel but plenty close by.
-
Spacious clean comfortable rooms Probably would have preferred a room overlooking courtyard as the street is busy, but great soundproof windows

Such a nice place in the city centre. We received all the help we needed from Mattia. He was very friendly and let us arrrive early. Everything is so beautiful and the rooms are very clean.

We received a super friendly welcome and support from Mattia. The room was wonderful, clean, and well-equipped. During our stay, the housekeeping staff did a great job as well. The hotel is located very close to the Museo metro station, and the most popular streets and neighborhoods are easily reachable by foot. There are many bars and restaurants nearby. Thanks also to Booking.com for the airport transfer to the city. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place! We didn’t miss anything and were very satisfied. We can definitely recommend it.
