No contact with the staff, completely impersonal. Cleanliness lacking, hot water....whenever we were lucky. Balcony with a view to a dirty inner nowhere and enough for a single person. Charge even to give you the keys after 18:00. Communication in a language other than Italian, very difficult. Charge to use the elevator. Not even a common coffee maker is available. The only thing that I can comment as satisfactory is the location. I would really say that the owners mentality stands to the moto "take it or leave it" I think that are far of dissent touristic provisions.

it was terrible! The worst employees were. Terrible filth, complete filth! Instead of being treated as a human being, because I spoke Italian well, they mocked me, we checked in at 18:30 and they asked for 20 euros, I didn't refuse to pay, I only had the amount on my card, they told me that the terminal doesn't work here and go to another branch, no I had time to go to the second branch but I said I couldn't, I was going to be late for the doctor, they threatened me to call the police, and really, the next morning, the police came over us, they took us to the department, it was my husband's birthday, and they kept us in the department all day for nothing at all! I have never seen such attitude towards a customer in my life, they are completely irresponsible and garbage people, I don't wish anyone, anyone to get with these people, I will say what I have to say in court, I will not forgive anyone for what they did to me!! The room had no window. I couldn't sleep all night, there were so many mosquitoes, it's completely unsanitary

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. Good position as well with good restaurants and the historic center down the street. There was no hot water the entire stay. No service in the room and the wifi did not work that well.

Nothing Dirty toilet. Doesn't have any soap or shampoo, they let me go outside and ask for soap from the restaurant downstairs at night.

We liked the location and who much comfortable was the beds. We didnt like the bathroom because it had some plamb issues and that the reception was in another building that the one we were leaving.

The location was excellent!! Super close to every important place to visit in the city. The bathroom was a bit dirty inside the shower, the water pressure was very limited in the shower, had water leaking from the bathroom box and wet the whole bathroom and the leather of the headboard of the bed was all peeling off.

Jacamo was incredibly helpful and waited for us after we had to check in a day late following an issue with our flights. He gave us lots of details about the area and places to eat and drink. Breakfast was ok but we were a little confused about how to get it on a couple of days but nevermind, that was just a nice bonus. Great location and big room. Only issue we had was the wifi not working and being confused about breakfast

Tha appartment is very stylish, big spacious bathroom and very comfortable bed. Location is excellent - you can reach all main city centers attractions during a few minutes. Wifi somehow worked - but speed of internet was very low. Also there were gaps in other areas - in room was kettle and several teabags, but no cups, etc...

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Not having communication. Wifi didn't work at all. Also, the need to have cash to be able to use the elevator???

Spacious room, clean and near to the metro station. Breakfast was fine, but it was not in the room. We had to walk 2 minutes to a near coffee shop. Delicious croissant and a very good cup of cappucino. Nothing to complain.

Location was good. Check in wasn’t in the same address, you had to go 200 meter away. I didn’t get a balcony as was described on the room. Wifi didn’t work during the whole stay and the water didn’t flush down in one of the showers.
