Got a little confused where to go once inside the property, lobby is on 2nd floor- but that’s about it!

Room was ok, check in was ok, breakfast was fine. The receptionist was accommodating in regards to the extension of our check out time. That was appreciated and she recovered service. This place is a Bed and Breakfast, not a Hotel as advertised. It is in the middle of a busy street among other buildings and restaurants. There was no sign other than a small plaque on the sidewall by the entrance. So not easy to find. Of course no way to enter other than with a code,well how do you get the code? After 2 phonecalls we got the code and got in but too early for check in. The "secured" room for our luggage was being used by the workers and employees, literally a steady stream of people came in and out of that room. That was not secure for our luggage! Any body could have taken our bags, or taken something out. Finally the receptionist showed up but of course the room was not ready. We told her about not feeling safe to leave our luggage, she waived it off and we asked to place it behind the reception,which she did. Our room was finished 2 hours after their check in and our bags were placed in our room. So in regards to advertising please show it as a Bed and Breakfast, explain that there is a code to get in and talk to somebody. For the owners: You have to find a better more secure way to store luggage, it is unsafe and anything could have happened to our luggage. Otherwise than that it was fine.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. All the food, fruits, vegetables were always very fresh. The staff did a great job as well.The hotels location made moving around the cty very easy. No step at the front door.

Amazing place! The location was Super! The room is nice and they spoiled us with champagne for our Honeymoon! Very nice surprise! And the stuff was great!

Room size was small. Breakfast was basic.
