The interior is nice. The place is adjacent to the central station and Alibus stop. The owner of the place is very polite unlike the lady that cleans and takes care of the breakfast- she neither speaks English, nor smiles, disturbing us by knocking on the door to come for breakfast and to leave. The shower cabin was not very clean. We had an expired yoghurt for breakfast.

The room was tastefully designed, bed and pillows were memory foam so very comfortable, air conditioning worked well, room and bathroom were clean and good size for 2 people to share. The location of the property is not ideal. It’s far from most of the attractions (atleast 30+ minutes walk), the neighborhood was dirtier and probably had a poor population demographics, grocery stores, cafes, restaurants options were very limited and basic. It was not unsafe but it was very unsanitary (outside the hotel) The hotel had a remote check-in policy so we had to share our IDs via WhatsApp which was not preferred but we followed. However there were 3 different keys to access the property and we were glad someone was present to walk us through all that albeit with language barriers but it was not too bad The room had a lot of mold and mildew which was painted over. Initial couple of hours are not an issue but it starts to feel musty the longer you stay in. Bathroom had a serious mildew problem. The exhaust fan was dusty. The trashcan was broken. This must have been an old building with lots of issues which has been remodeled but the issues persist. There was no hot water, we were asked to switch on the hot water heater which we did but it did not generate enough hot water to do a quick shower. We understand that the owners have worked hard to make this a good place but basic issues like no hot water, poor location and mold makes this a poor option to stay for us.

Only complaint was lack of hot water and no staff on location to manage. I called and they instructed me to utility closet to flip a switch several times. That was fine but the delay in responding to my call didn’t allow four of us to shower that evening before going out. The neighborhood is safe but rough. Close to the train station and area where we met a tour.

Excellent, overall. Can't fault it.
-
The room was quiet and comfortable The area of the city was dicey and the building and elevator were dirty
-
Convenient to the train station, shopping and sights. Very clean and bright. Staff left helpful information for transportation and restaurants Remote check in was a challenge to get door code without WiFi for foreign phones.

You have to call the owner to be buzzed in at the ground floor and again at the hotel entrance. Pictures make it look like a reception desk, but on sight staff only in early am to set up breakfast and clean the room. You're on your own if there are any issues. My mini fridge worked, but wasn't cold even on highest setting. The elevator is tiny, dirty, and smells.

Comfortable bed, very clean room, quality breakfast, quiet and very well located. Close to the metro. The only inconvenience was that the first night we stayed in room 5 and it was very cold, but the host was very responsive and offered us another room, which was very good, namely room 2. I will definitely come back.

The property is conveniently located near Napoli Termini so it was easy to make our way to the trains. It was very clean and the breakfast was very complete. At first, from outside it doesn’t look like much. But then you enter the building, take the small elevator to the 2nd floor and inside you will find one of the most cozy stays. At the reception we received a map of the city along with explanations of what to do and a list of restaurants to explore. Overall it was unexpectedly great. We also had the chance to store our luggage after check-out and come back for it. Loved this stay! Great service and accommodations. Highly recommended.

Very clean and good location.

Location is close to central station, area is not that great. Property is very well maintained, sparkling clean, modern and vibes great. I highly recommend this place. Area near this property is not that great

The room was clean The lock handle was missing on the back of our room. It had been nice to know that in advance.

Room was clean and comfortable, good breakfast and great hosts The location, surrounding really dirty but close to train station

The host was very friendly and easy to reach, always responding promptly to any questions or concerns we had. The room was beautifully modern, clean, and spacious, with a lovely balcony that added to the experience. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast provided each morning—it was a convenient and thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

Well-appointed large room with three sets of french doors which open on a wrap around balcony overlooking the street. Just 8-10 minutes walk from Napoli Centrale. Very good modern bathroom and shower. Comfy bed and linens. Good breakfast and very friendly and communicative staff. Highly recommend. Being on the street means street noise and at night, you'll need ear plugs unless you're used to living in the city.

Great location near the main train station and the old city. The area at night isn’t ideal, but it's safe if you stay on the main street. The breakfast was great, as was the room. The owner was very helpful, not just with our late check-in, but also with tips on what to visit and where to eat. On our last day, we had to leave before breakfast time, but he prepared something for us to eat before leaving.

I was in vacation with my family in Naples for 6 days and we stayed at VistaViva B&B. We rented 2 rooms. When we arrived, we got room number 3 and 5. Room nr 3 was clean, nothing to complain, but the other room, room nr 5 was awful. We complained about the smell of mold, and they agreed to change the room. The next day we received room nr 6. A strong smell of mold in this room too. The ceiling was full of mold as you can see in the photos attached. Also, a bad smell in the bathroom probably from the sewer. We also had a strange event, in this case with room nr 3. After a few days, when we come back to the room in the evening, an armchair was taken by the owner while we were out of the room. They didn’t told us about this changes, moreover, they also forgot the spare key in the door lock. Breakfast is with few options, but good coffee. Even if it’s near the city center and near the train station, we were totally disappointed. I would never recommend this.
