Excellent location within a walking distance to the Port, metro, and the historic center. The B&B is located on the 5th floor of a secure building and we felt very safe at all times. The quadruple room was bright, airy, and spacious. Breakfast consisted of some packaged sweets, fresh croissants, and coffee from the machine. There was no juice, egg, yogurt, cheese, or fruit. We ended up having breakfast in one of the local cafes. There were no one at the reception during the whole stay and no one to provide instructions or answer questions. The property is managed completely remotely. There were no soap or body wash in the bathroom and we had to use our own. The shower had some black mold in the grout. This could be hard to clean out but ultimately needs to be done. We needed to wait for 5 min to get warm water in the bathroom sink. Our room cleaned only once during the 3-night stay. The mattresses on the two twin beds were extra hard and uncomfortable.

Management was kind to allow me to reduce my stay by one day close to the time of my visit. A spacious comfortable quiet room. In a hopping neighborhood, right next to galleria Umberto and via Toledo The breakfast was not really so appealing.

Roberto and Anna welcomed us in an exceptional way. We felt home for the whole week we stayed in Napoli. The facility is well furnished, very nice and full of any comfort. I highly recommend this b&b and we will certainly go back! There is nothing we did not like.

Amazing place. Near everything. The staff is so friendly that we wished we stayed more. Very clean. Everything was perfect!

The location was really good, right in front of Galeria de Umberto. The building is shared with another hotel and probably with other apartments. The area is safe and the street next to the building has police presence. The breakfast was good and with fresh pasteries. The staff was also friendly. The room where we stayed was spacious and clean, however the door was next to the breakfast area and the door was poorly soundproof - I am not sure about the other rooms.

I highly recommend this B&B. The location is unbeatable: it is located a few meters from Piazza di Plebiscito and via Toledo, right in front of the Galleria Umberto I. The vast majority of tourist sites can be reached on foot. The building is old and it can be a bit complicated to go up with a lot of suitcases, but there are elevators and in the end there is a solution. The rooms are large, very comfortable and with large bathrooms, which is a luxury in Europe. Cleanliness is impeccable. The breakfast is very good, as long as you like European breakfasts (I love them). The most important thing is the attention of its owner, Signora Anna. A great lady, very polite and very gentle, who makes you feel at home and is attentive to all your needs. One of the best hostesses we have found in Italy. Very grateful for her amazing attention.

Host is very kind, helpful and accommodating! Room was clean and breakfast was very good! Elevators are small, but useful.

The location is right in the heart of the action in Napoli! The room was small but the bathroom huge and beautiful. The B&B was super clean and I know as I have a giyse cleaning business! But best if all was the staff. The owner and his sister treated us like family. When we left we felt like we were leaving home. I hope to go back one day and that they will visit us in the United States! The signage for the B&B. When we first arrived at the building we thought we were in the wrong place. After asking advice from someone who just happen to walk in while we were puzzling over whether we had the location correct, they told us indeed the B&B was inside and in the fourth floor.

Perfect location for exploring central Napoli and the Spanish Quarter. Modern and very well cared for accommodation with very good facilities. Very warm and welcoming hosts who immediately make you feel at home. Excellent value for money. There is absolutely nothing we would change about B&B Napoli Centro!

Very good location and service. By default, there is no eggs at the breakfast, however talk to the managers if concern. Good variety of breads. Coffee is great. A bit difficult to locate the hotel at first, make sure to contact the hotel just before approaching.
