Our concierge was great and contacted us via WhatsApp the day before our arrival and was able to accommodate an early check in. Then he continued to be very responsive throughout our stay. Since there is not reception and check in was totally automated it was nice so be able to have a go to person. The room was spacious and clean and daily cleaning was great too. Could be harder if you have any accessibility issues since there are a few areas where you must take steps. The elevator is small too. The air conditioning was not the strongest so it did get a little warm at night

Caroline, who kept in contact throughout my trip, was incredibly helpful. Excellent hospitality. The place was spacious and newly renovated. The key to the room was at times faulty and the door cannot be securely locked.

Worked perfectly for our short stay Would love better toiletries and hair conditioners. Could use an iron in the room. So many stairs.

A lovely property, very clean and spacious with a great view of the city and the sea. Central location within easy walking distance to all the attractions of Naples. Carolina was extremely helpful with the checking in process through what’s app and gave us some great recommendations for the best pizza restaurants!

The entry instructions were terrible, after waiting outside for 20 mins we were in the end given entry into the next door room, whilst they were in bed.

Beautiful room in a lovely historic property. Perfectly located and decorated with style. Located on the 6th floor, the balcony had great views of the street and rooftops. Very clear and friendly instructions from the owner.

Exceptional

Good and very clean room, good bed. A perfect location to visit the highlight tourist attractions of Napoli, and close to the subway to explore more Napoli topics. Big bathroom, chair should be helpful in there. Negative, but typical Italian, poor breakfast on a nearby pub. General , a bit expensive for given services.

Good location Was not easy to find, had an essay sent to me that day on how to get in, wasn't straight forward, then had to take a suspect lift to the 6th floor to then try find 1 of 3 rooms that aren't numbered, had a strange shape as an identification? Room was ok but no balcony as advertised just a julienne balcony over a mid city motorway which i did not trust. Doors did not shut tightly so had the noise of the road all night. Bed kept falling apart & moving(2 singles pushed together). Was more of a nice hostel room & not worth the money at all. We ended up leaving a day early to spend a night at a better room elsewhere for less money a night. The contact from the apartment who i informed of this didn't really care, they already had my money.

Fantastic location, a five minute walk from the metro and close to the historic section of Naples. Carolina was very friendly and provided help/info whenever we needed. The room is beautifully decorated and clean. Only complaint is that the a/c wasn’t very strong in the room.

The location of the property is great! Walking distance from all the main points of interest. Being on the sixth floor we were able to see the sea, so the view from the rooms was definitely great! The staff is extremely kind and helpful. I initially added to the reservation a phone number that was not associated to a WhatsApp account. I called them months ahead of my stay and they corrected the information right away and answered all of the questions I had. Carolina, the manager who helped us during our stay was very present, and made sure our rooms were ready for us by the time we arrived. She really went above and beyond! The elevator is an old 1970s elevator that can be a little unsettling but it is not something that Nacu90 controls. The street is loud and may disturb your sleep, the walls are a little thin, we were able to hear conversations happening in the adjacent room.

Very centrally located. Very clean. You can see Capri from balcony. Lovely decor. Breakfast at Cafe next to property- great coffee. There is a shared area to make coffee. Host was very responsive on what’s app. Slow lift- everything else was perfect

Clean, decent sized rooms, nicely designed. Good soundproofing from busy street outside. Close to everything Beds quite firm

The elevator was hard to manage. If people exiting the elevator do not close all three doors tightly, the elevator will not function. There should be a sign posted in the elevator instructing people how to use the elevator so that people on all six floors of the building know how to properly use it.
