Staying at Dimora Partenopea during our visit to Naples made the trip so much easier. Its proximity to the historic centre, the ocean, and transit stops made travelling around Naples a breeze. I even found myself calling it home when talking about it in conversation. My girlfriend and I felt safe there, and the check-in/out process was easy. The room was clean, A/C worked well, and the wifi was fast. Our hosts were also very accommodating to us as we had a late flight, and allowed us to have a late check out. Overall, we highly recommend it and would definitely stay again. A bit more soundproofing of walls

The room is clean and safe. We had everything we needed. It is in a central location. It is close to the ferries, the markets and restaurants. We stayed as two people for 6 nights and had no problems. The hotel staff's communication is very high. We were always in touch. I recommend it to those who will come to Naples. The building is a bit noisy(cars) as it is on a busy street but it does not bother me too much.

The cleanliness, the quietness, the accommodation it self was very comfy. Paolo, the host was very available, patient, polite, comprehensive and all of that with a Big smile !

Mould in the bathroom should be serviced in much better way, also the issue with A/C occured and could not be fixed in a day. However, Paolo was great and helpfull in any way so his care for guests deserves 10.

We liked a lot our staying, Paolo is a great host, very helpful, he provided a lot of useful information. The room was beautiful and spotless clean, we especially liked the balcony with a view of the boulevard. Room cleaning every day. We were offered coffee from the house daily. Location was excellent, safe and very closed to metro station, port of Naples and many attractions. The price ratio was excellent comparing with what they offered. We highly recommend this accommodation ! -

Flexible sign inn. Common area and cleaning looks good. So,what can i say. Never ever experienced anything like this. Signed in the morning normally and leave luggage. Leave town for the day. Came back 5:pm. Notice that air-conditioning and wifi don't work. Whatsapp contact to host. He answer quickly ,all good. He denying air-conditioning problem and say I should just live with. Wifi he admitted. So I ask some refound because room wasn't like promised. He lose he's temper and say he don't want bad review and he give my money back if I just leave right away. I said that clock is almost 6:pm I don't wanna leave anywhere this time. I book my room, paying it and behave good. He start to behave really aggressive and to threaten me that staff come there to throw me out. I said I stay, because I pay. Then he threat me police and it's better that I leave. Of course I scared and back my stuff. So there I was, 6:pm outside on the street without any accommodation. Think 90% all the bunk will be excellent to this target without any problem. Just remember what could be happened you too if everything not go like planned. You don't have any rights. Streets of Napol are not so comfy evening time alone.

The bed was comfy. The location is spot on. Really Centrale! Owner Paulo has shown excellent customer service, communication was open, cared for your safety and has helped us figure out best restaurants and shown an extra mile to help call for transport due to my current condition.Btw I'll share a tip: Take Napoli Centrale its faster to B&B, not Napoli Afragola station too far about 30 clicks. Elevator was helpful for big luggage . Coupon card for bfast was good, selection was provided, love the hotdog and coffee! Cold water was provided, water is potable.? I personally forwarded my comment to the owner. For privacy purposes.

Great communication with Paolo. He was very nicely a careys. Easy and comfy online check in via WA. Great place in center. Room was clean and sufficient.
