Nice room with a large balcony We had difficulty getting out of the unit because we weren’t properly briefed on the door

Very helpful, attentive and friendly staff. Great location . Within a block to underground metro station. Sparklingly clean room. Coffee, tea, milk, juice and a few treats lovely to have in room. The small fridge is great for longer stays. Very modern and clean inside room. One of the few B&Bs that actually includes breakfast. I would book again!

Modern and clean

Location is perfect. Walking distance from what we needed to see in our 24hr visit to Napoli. The room was spacious for the 4 of us. The address was not the same as mentioned in the booking so we had to meet the host at the mentioned address then walk to the other building. it was a 3 minute walk but we had a lot of luggage and the kids so it wasn't very convenient. The host thankfully helped us with the luggage.

Extremely friendly and helpful host, very nice and clean room and also a nice breakfast room. It was extremely loud/noisy. Our room was right next to the kitchen and the door was paper thin, so we could hear everything in the kitchen from the other guests started using it from 7 am - and the coffee machine wasn't that easy, but extremely noisy, so when the other guests pushed the button 4-5 times, it was a lot of noise. This will not be a problem if you get up early.

It was very good located The separate building doesn’t show the real pictures. The building is quite old and located in a pararrll street. A bit noisy.

It was a great location and they did a nice job of updating the old, traditional Italian building. Our host was very welcoming and friendly!

I did not like that they advertise like offering breakfast and what's offered are really donuts and pastries IF you are able to catch any. 1 coffee machine and that's all. Also, they do not bring any of the "breakfast" until 8am. I stayed 3 nights and was able to catch pastries only 1 of the days. They sent me to a near by Cafe and ended up paying for our breakfast. This is an apartment, and they rent the 3 bedrooms separately, so be aware of the lack of privacy. The lady staying in the other room was kind of rude, which made our stay not as good either. I would probably not consider coming back.

Location was central, balcony area, water machine, croissants coffee machine For price it was ideal, Naples is very dirty, so on arrival we got a shock at area, however that is not owners fault. Only issue was lack of hot water for shower.

The location is perfect, it is close to all the important stations and old centrum. I loved the balcony and the bed was perfect. It was also very clean. We liked the water filter, it was very useful. Also the host was very nice, extremely kind and he also explained everything in details, plus helped us to find good restaurants and the places we wanted to visit. The only thing I would add to the room: glasses not made of paper but glass, and also plates to be able to eat the breakfast more comfortably. I could imagine a little bit more versatile breakfast, not only sweet croissants, maybe a few cold cuts and bread and butter.

Location: a few minutes from the metro. Many restaurants, bars, nightlife nearby. Omi helped with everything /early morning transfer, .../ -

I loved the location, our balcony view and the host Vincenzo who was very helpful and friendly throughout our entire stay. The property images wasn’t a clear reflection of the room that we were staying in. The room was beautiful and spotlessly clean, but not quite what we expected. Having said that, I’ll happily stay here again.
