It doesn’t have storage room, we have to pay extra

The location is great

Hotel is nice clean perfect location I have nothing bad to say about this hotel

They charge 5 euro per bag, if you want to leave it with them after the check out, even if it is just one hour. All we had were small backpacks, and no exception was made, as if we had one big suitcase, it would cost 5 euro, and with 4 backpacks, it costs 20 euros. Really disappointed.

Staff very friendly, rooms very comfortable, small but normal for Europe size standards.

My room was clean and organized. The elevator was very helpful for a senior like me. But the best part of this hotel is the really wonderful staff, from the front desk, people to the waiters in the restaurant to the people that were cleaning in the rooms. Had a smile in a kind welcome. I especially appreciated the friendly conversations I had with Salma at the Front Desk. She is truly a gem. Nothing really. When I first got to the room, and the air conditioner would not work for me. But within 10 minutes there was someone there to show me how to work the remote. So really not a negative. Just really good service.

Breakfast was great! Staff were super nice! I would stay again. Bed was kind of hard. Room is small.

Location There was a large/loud group of students that were loud late into the night and the staff didn’t care to respond to our numerous complaints.

Very close to main train station but on next to it for some quietness at night. Staff very welcoming and great breakfast included Not finding outlets next to desk or bedside and unable to fit a chair to the desk was not convenient but pulled it through the couple nights.

The hotel’s location is convenient, especially because it’s a short distance from the train station. However, the surrounding area did not feel comfortable, with many people asking for money and the general atmosphere not being very pleasant. The bed was comfortable, and I will say the staff was friendly and helpful, which was the best part of the stay. Unfortunately, several aspects of the room were disappointing. The bathroom shower was not clean, with a drainage gap filled with pebbles and dirt, and the toilet seat was smaller than the toilet, leaving an uncomfortable gap when sitting. Considering the price, I expected much better conditions. Another concern was that the hotel keeps the room key whenever you leave the property, which made me uneasy about leaving my belongings in the room. Overall, despite the good staff and convenient location, I would not recommend this hotel and would not choose to stay here again. In conclusion, I did not like the poor cleanliness of the bathroom, the uncomfortable toilet setup, the unsafe feeling of the surrounding area, the policy of holding room keys, and the high price that did not match the quality of the stay.

Great location. Lovely big room and shower. The lift needs repairing.

The staff is amazing, so informative, accommodating, professional and friendly. The food in the resultant is exceptional, a great variety of choices and competitive with any of the surrounding restaurants in the area. I cannot say more, our time spent there was a pleasure.

Not a lot of complain about the hotel. Facility is kind of old because it is old building.
