Nice staff It had moldy bathroom and had a bad smell. It was not clean

Located in the center, just few minutes walk from the main train station. Baggage storage is available. There is no elevator as mentioned, people smoke at the entry and it fills the entire lobby with smoke smell which we didn't like. Overall very great place to stay in, the room also had a balcony and place to hang clothes to dry

it was near the Napoli train terminal, within 5 minutes of walking. Staff was friendly. room was clean. the room assigned to me is an inside room, which has a window connecting to another non guest room, opposite to the door, see pictures. the wall mounted air conditioning was working with remote! this was the only one that has a working air conditioning that supply cool air of the 17 hotels that I have stayed during a one month long trip in Italy this year. Rooms on the 2nd floor however has no lift. Booking.com didn't do its job to specify this. I only had light bags so no problem. no specific ones

Location. Clean room. Despite the parking was announced in offer, actually guests have to find parking place themself. Furthermore, receptionist even refused to give any advice where is nearest parking is located. Restaurant also was announced, but in fact, it was not worked. We have breakfast in nearest restaurant. Hopefully, there are a lot of them around

Very close to the station. We stayed here as we were flying into Naples late at night and travelling the next motioning. The booking said we got free breakfast but this apparently wasn’t available. Bed was pretty uncomfortable.

Location was central. Air-conditioning worked well. Staff were friendly. Having a refrigerator was helpful for keeping cold water. Towels smell like smoke. Rooms and hallways smell like smoke. Staff smoke inside and in lift. Not enough toilet paper. Not enough hot water by 8am. Shower too small, you can't bend to wash your legs. Shower doesn't drain, you can have a maximum of 2 minute shower before it overflows, takes minutes to drain. You need to pump the flush button on the toilet. Mosquito's in room with windows closed and spraying the room. Horrible beds. Toilet crammed in a corner, on an angle, one arm has to be on the sink. No desk or wardrobe as advised. Can't separate beds without your head being in a shelf. Vacuuming in hallway starts at 7am, so does construction work on other floors. Bathroom dirty and broken tiles patched by a non professional. Holes in pillow cases. Blood on pillow case and case not changed. Hot water boiler broke down so we got moved to first floor from second floor to a totally different experience. New room met descriptions by Booking.com and was acceptable, linen and towels still smelt like cigarette smoke. Holes stain pillow cases. Mosquito infestation in Hotel and surrounding area, we sprayed the room several times but still they entered
