breakfast was just okay, the bread for instance could have been fresher and the meat and cheese was very basic.

The location, very silent room, breakfast, and great staff. Ana is a very welcoming person who makes wonderful cakes.

I liked how close it was to the train stations and areas of entertainment. If you are an adventurous person, this place is ideal for you. It's not that I did not like the place, it's just that the place is very old, my room balcony leaded to a non atractive back of the house and some beggars are always around the property and you have to pay 0.50 Euro to use the elevator. Another thing is that, if you are American, don't expect to find you typical breakfast with eggs, bacon or sausages.

The breakfast was delicious. The room was large and with a very high ceiling. The staff was friendly and communicable. The hotel is located near the centre of the city within walking distance of the train and bus station.

Good location, nice breakfast, staff happy to help and give information. Free water, biscuits, snacks provided in a communal area.

The hotel's central location. Easy to reach from the airport. The airport bus gets you to the centre of Naples quickly and cheaply. Then it's a short, flat walk to the hotel. Breakfast was good, and the lady serving coffees was very pleasant. The room needs a makeover....more like a hostel than a hotel. The fellow on reception wasn't friendly.

Proximity to garibaldi station, old city and good selection of restaurants. Breakfast was good. Staff and breakfast host were most welcoming and helpful. Very clean and spacious rooms. Air con in 106 was not as good as the one in 104. Took a long time to just make the room slightly comfortable. Kids loved their stay in 104.

Very nice hotel, clean , close to the station and the city centre. The people are very friendly and helpful! I suggest this hotel to my friends! When i book the hotel it was clear that there was a free taxi transfer from the airport, but when i asked for it they offered a private ride for 60 euros. I didn't take it.

It's close to Napoli Central Station, but it's a quiet place to sleep. The breakfast was very good.

The location was good because we needed the near the station. The staff were nice. Room was small but the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice. Our shower was extremely small and the water trickled out. The walls were very thin and we were kept up until early hours of the morning. People were laughing and talking outside the room for hours. They also cleaned and you could hear the mop drag across the floor. Terrible sleep.

The owners are very friendly and helpful. There’s a little communal room with a kettle, toaster, cutlery etc…very good! Excellent air conditioning, room and bathroom clean. Homemade cake at breakfast. Ideally situated. Don’t be put off by the entrance.

the breakfast room is not big enough to host contemporary all the guests. So, the staff organize previously a time schedule to be at the table. Very good choice for food and drinks, with different home made cakes and jams
