the hotel is on road very dirty. It is inside an apartment at the first floor of a residential building. The room was clean but the bed was not confortable. To have breakfast you must exit on the road and enter a near by bar/restaurant. Room without power outlet. I had to unplug the bedside lights

The attentive and very helpful staff of this small hotel makes you feel its excellent hospitality. The clean room, useful facilities and the trattoria pizzeria with home touch contributed to that. Don’t miss to try “Nona Anna’s specialties” there. The location of the hotel gives you quick access to many major transportation services. Excellent value for money.

My husband and I felt like we had struck gold when we greeted by friendly and welcoming staff. We had to go to the restaurant next door to check in as there is no reception inside the building where we stayed. I asked for a couple of extra blankets which was no problem for the hosts, they were very willing to help us with everything. Even taking my suitcase up the two flights of stairs for me. The idea of Cine holiday art and artifacts was a fun way. We stayed in the Audrey Hepburn room and the double bed was comfortable, the room was quiet and we slept well. Everything was very clean and wifi was very good. Plenty of hot water and the bathroom was spacious. Breakfast was a complete surprise. Nina the lovely lady who bought us our tea and coffee was very kind and caring and we had fun conversations with her. The buffet breakfast is the best we've ever had in Italy. Muesli, cornflakes, yoghurts, nuts and dried berries, boiled eggs, meats and cheeses and salad. Oh yes and bread to toast yourself with some nice different jams. This hotel is SO close to the train station and yet far away to be away from the noise of traffic etc. Plenty of restaurants nearby and not far from the supermarket which had everything you could ever want. It's easy to walk around Naples and down to the harbour terminal, it's not so far. Thank you Anna and the team and especially Nina ? Everything was perfection!

Our third time on the same holiday, totally exceptional ?. We used Naples as a base to get to Capri, Pompeii and Rome and flew into Naples from Spain. It felt like coming home on our third final time to fly home the following day. We were thrilled to be upgraded to having a free breakfast each, thanks to Anna and Nina. Like I have said in my previous reviews, it's perfect in every way. Close to the train station and buses, restaurants and shops as well as a big supermarket. Breakfast is super, hard to beat. We felt very full of healthy food offered in the breakfast buffet and of course tea and coffee was very good. Grazie Nina for your friendly smile and special personal service. You are the best! Total perfection

Location was close to Centrale Train Station so it was very convenient. Room size was good. The air conditioning in my room was so unbelievably noisy as others had stated in their reviews. It was constantly making a knocking noise every few seconds all night. The bed was not very comfortable. Leaving your luggage at check out charges a fee which I have never experienced at a hotel so that was weird. The day we checked out and left our bags, we told them exactly what time we would be back to get them because we had a train ticket scheduled to leave Naples. We arrived 5 minutes before we said we would be back (8:00 pm or 20:00) and waited for over 15 minutes, ringing the doorbell / intercom. We also tried knocking gently on the door incase they were able to hear the knocks. Apparently they just decided not to be at their front desk to hear the intercom. They were downstairs at their restaurant (which was closed for the day otherwise there's always someone there). We very nearly missed our train because they weren't there at the time we said we'd be back. Eventually we had to knock loudly on the glass door because 15 minutes of ringing their intercom and knocking gently didn't get anyone and we had already waited so long just outdoors. Someone finally heard the loud knocking on the door but people nearby started yelling about the noise of our knocking at 8pm (which isn't so late for noise). When they finally came to get the door, there was no apology or anything. It felt like a terrible way to end our trip to Naples, being ignored and left out on the street wondering if we'll get our bags or just miss our train. Then being yelled at by the locals for making too much noise on the door, the only level of noise that eventually got us the attention of the hotel staff.

-Great location, 5 minutes walk to Garibaldi and Naples station -Decent breakfast

The breakfast was in the restaurant below, so that was nice for the fresh items- loved the oiled rukola and tomatoes with Parmesan and cremmfraisch! The room was fine, served its purpose. Convenient to the bustling main train station.Check-in was easy (and friendly) for us because of when we arrived. It might be confusing if a different time.

Breakfast could have more protein options. Access to apartments could only be done through stairs or a paid elevator. Had to pay city taxes with cash, whereas I was able to pay city taxes in Florence with debit card.
-
Staff and location. We had to go outside of the building to be able to go to front desk, which we didn’t feel safe in the evening.

The location is also fantastic — very well connected and just a short walk from major metro and train stations. Getting to the most iconic and tourist-friendly spots in the city was easy, fast, and convenient. Every service offered was top-quality and made my trip so much more enjoyable. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting the city. It was one of the highlights of my trip, and I’m truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality. Thank you for making my stay so special!

The lady owner was extremely nice and gave us some useful advices, as well as the free coffee at the day of the arrival. What could have been better: 1. Minor: It is the first time in years that I had to buy toiletries - the amount of free shower gel/shampoo was not enough for me alone, and not to say for me and my husband in hot and wet Napoli. 2. Major: Breakfast bread was not fresh at all - too bad.

The staff was wonderful and the breakfast was decent. The location was convenient if coming in on the train. The neighborhood is not so nice, but Naples in general is not very pleasant. The hotel was extremely noisy, and the walls are paper thin. I could hear the people talking in the room next to me.

The Hotel Cineholiday worked out very well for a brief stay in Napoli. The facilities, location, staff, breakfast and everything else worked out very well.
