B&B Chez Moi

The flat is spacious and very well located. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the station and close to everything you need, which made getting around very easy. The apartment itself offers plenty of space and is comfortable overall. On the downside, the cleanliness could be improved, as it was not perfect in all areas. Additionally, the bathroom does not have an openable window, which makes it harder to properly refresh the air.

Host doesn’t speak a language different than Italian so communication was not as smooth as we would’ve liked. Not a deal breaker anyway. Friendly guy

The single bed upstairs is very hard but the couch is very comfortable.

Room was amazing. Slept 5 over 2 floors. Difficult to check in.

Pleasant

The staff was very friendly and very helpful. But the beds very not comfortable at all. Breakfast was served on 5th floor and you’ll need a 10ct coin to use the left, we had to climb 5 floors :(.

I did like the bar room with breakfast table and TV and balcony, it was nice view from the balcony. Breakfast was good especially cakes and coffee. I didn't like my room, from the entrance was the smell of something similar to dump, in general room was dark and cold, I couldn't find the light in the bathroom, fridge didn't work. I understand that wasn't a new building even lift in the building was extremely difficult.

Location is convenient for travelers — close to main Station and not far from the international airport! It is good for money they charge. 1-2 nights is ok. Well, the main thing is to cross the square and the yard, to find an elevator and to get to the doors…. Inside the mini hotel everything is clean and comfortable, the lady at the reception was very friendly and kind.

Clean room, polite ladies at breakfast room, close to Train station Location isn’t the best, if you have to walk from the train station to the BnB at night, area feels intimidating, a lot of homeless and beggars surrounding the area, also you need to call them before you arrive, otherwise nobody will be waiting for you, and no keys are left in any box outside, hotel from outside looks like horror movie but, once inside, everything changes completely, with nice and clean bedrooms

have a good location, near the metro and de napole centrale station. The room is very clean. we had problems since arrival. we arrived at the place at the stipulated time to check in and had to wait for more than an hour and a half to come someone to make our check in, even after having sent you message by booking that we were waiting. the toilet and the bathroom box clogged the day before our departure. We could not use the bathroom and nor take a shower and only was offered a toilet in the morning next, when we were to check out.

Passable

The hotel was close to the train station. It was clean and very comfortable. I stayed 7 nights. The WIFI was excellent. I stayed with my 2 granddaughters and was made very welcome by the wonderful ladies who attended breakfast, they couldn’t have been more helpful. Breakfast was always good and great coffee. I will definitely stay again. There was nothing to not like. Everything was Spot on!

Location Elevator sometimes does not work without having 10 cents. When the hotel is in 4th floor it causes some issues. Nobody at reception even though arrival time was given in advance. Luggage storage was at a different hotel that was not easy to get in to. Ended up paying for luggage storage at train station. Beds was a little hard

Location, room size, breakfast, wifi Fan in the bathroom is too weak for the bathroom size.

We were really impressed with the size of the room! Really comfortable with two levels! Nothing!
