Location clean room with and lovely welcome The electricity stopped working after midnight for half an hour that was unexpected and uncomfortable and the building is old even though the room is new from inside
-
the location was quite good the shower didn't work. The owner is almost never available, and his treatment was awful. The bathroom was filled with bugs

The location is nice, between the Historic and Spanish quarters. 1. The owner had us waiting for 30 min in the street for check-in (although we told him our ETA to his request). 2. There was blood on the sheets, and we had to change them ourselves. 3. There was mold on the ceiling, so the sheets were damp. 4. The bathroom didn't smell well. 5. There was a door connected to the other room this owner offers, which was held by a shelf, not locked and slightly open, we could here everything, and didn't feel safe to leave our luggage in the room.

Disappointing

Location is great, it’s isolated from the street so we felt safe and there was not much traffic noise. We also liked the little entry terrace and our bathroom. Check in was a struggle as it was not explained prior to my arrival, so you need to have good internet to communicate with the host, he doesnt speak english well so it was difficult to get the instructions over the phone. The room was missing some things stated in the description, like iron or extra covers, we also didnt have a plug in to charge our laptop so had to switch the fridge on and off. I asked the host multiple times if he can provide us with the iron, covers and the charging cable but was ignored multiple times. Internet was weak and connection kept breaking. The room is wet and smells bad, especially because there are no windows, only terrace doors that you need to close when you leave as it was accessible from both sides.

stunk of mould and moisture. Hairs in bed when pulling back sheets

Weird place to have a room. It is right in front the balcony, there are not common spaces in the b&b.

Location was excellent, very close to metro station. Room was large and had a bit of artistic look. Air conditioning was working well and we had hot water all the time. It was a problem with WiFi but our hosts solved that problem quickly. Access was through an inner courtyard, no noise from the street passed in. The biggest problem was moist. Humidity in the room was so high that our towels were wet all the time. Likely because of bad ventilation and outside weather. Though the air conditioner had a dehumidify mode, we remembered that far too late, I bet it would have helped a lot. The room was not serviced a single time during the four nights we spent there! Yes, this is a B&B style of accommodation but, with moisture, at least the towel change would have been nice. Walls were a bit thin and we could hear a naughty couple having fun during the night, but luckily they got tired quite quickly. Messages in Booking chat were only in Italian, had to use Google Translate all the time - I would expect those pre-created messages being translated on behalf of foreign customers.

Central location, nothing else that worth the money spent •THERE WAS NO WARM WATER TO SHOWER •the room doesn’t have any windows, nothing, so it’s constantly humid and the smell of the building is always there •the room has mold, the owner should have taken care of it, there are people that can’t breathe because of mold •the owner speaks Italian, so the few messages he sent where always a challenge for me as a customer, he sent me voice message talking fast in Italian telling me the passwords the enter the house in Italian, and when I asked him very politely what is going on with the hot water, he ignored me for 4-5 hours, and then I folium’s an Italian friend to call him personally and ask what is happening with the hot water (he came up with an excuse! that we should turn on the kitchen’s water and the bathroom’s water at the same time, silly as it sounds! we did, no hot water appeared) •the “kitchen” was a tiny very poor kitchenette with two plastic glasses, no plates no forks or a knife, and then he had the idea to send us a message telling us “please leave all kitchen equipment clean and tidy, if you will cook and leave dirty plates (there were never plates) the cleaner will have to come and you will be charged for additional cost of 20€”…. I have photos of dust everywhere, there was not even soap in the kitchen even if I wanted to leave his non-existed equipment clean…. •this room should cost around 40€ per night, he’s selling it for 70-110€ per night, depending on season

location and Wi-Fi not clean, they offer a kitchenette but don’t provide washing up liquid or sponge neater they have cleaning products for the bathroom, they did not left toilet paper or shower gel in the bathroom toilet seat is broken, shower tap and head damage. the funny thing is that there is 2 DIY stories less than 30m away from room in the same road

Location is great for exploring Naples! Close to two metro stations, 10 min walking from port, close to two bars open until later (great wine and beers, out of city center). Two supermarkets just downstairs. Great old italian building. Well this is a different story. So actually the two rooms have a (very thin) door between them! Not aure what is the purpose or why a proper door was never installed. So you hear everything from the other room! One night we couldn’t sleep AT ALL, we knocked at the neighbours several times, notiing…they had a party until morning. This should not happen at a hotel. Next day we complained to the host, at the other guests put thei trash in fron of our door… Spoke again with the host, he promised someone will comw to pick it up but it stayed there for three days. Also, room has water infiltration, one night we had a rain storm and water was pouring from top like tap water… It is a pitty, for such a beautiful renovated room, not to invest in details. Small details become big problems.

Appartaments were beautiful The host didn’t message any information- codes, where is the keys, how to get in etc. only neighbors helped and explained me. I was waiting Outside for 1 hour. There is no Wi-Fi.

you could hear the other people in the other apartment

Very well located, close to the centre but not on the main road. Quite secure and host replied quickly. Very basic room which was much smaller than advertised. Effectively a flat which has been split into two apartments separated by a thin door so noisy. Limited hot water and no reception. It is an apartment, not a hotel.
-
Location was good (5 min walking distance from the center). Was nicely renovated a few years ago, but unfortunately not well maintained and cleaned.

Great location, lovely building We had a late check in that we had to pay an ext. €20. The keys were left in a shop across the road, we were only told this when we got in touch from outside the property at 12 midnight, we paid extra for what??? We had serious difficulty finding the apartment and also using the keys without any assistance in the middle of the night, it took us nearly an hour to access our accommodation with minimal assistance from the host via messages which I had to translate, if we had to pay extra I don’t understand why a host was not present to check us in and show us the apartment. This was a very disappointing experience.

I wanted to be in city centre, that this apartment is. Easy come and go as I want. Wifi was working okay, most of the time. Communication can be better. My first day was overbooking, so I had to go on different place, pretty nasty to move around when your trip is 4 days long. But the other place was very very much better and comftrable so it was kind of a sad to leave.
