The host was very helpful Could hear some noise from the street

Communication with the host on check in process was not smooth. Very little info and delays on replies. Host didn't take our names and addresses to properly register us for city taxes, but still asked for 22 Euros in cash for city tax, which was at a 5 star hotel rate., not the lower rate it should have been for this location. Shower handle was broken off and placed back on to look like it was fine. So either they didn't clean the bathroom after the last guest or tried to put the handle back on so it looked fine. We couldn't use the shower at all which was disappointing before a long flight. We wouldn't stay here again.

The apartment was spacious and pretty modern. I liked that breakfast was included in the price. We could leave our luggage after check out.

We loved the spacious room and the bathroom. Everything was clean and looked exactly like in the photos, plus there really is a daily housekeeping. The location is close to the station and the city center. The host was exceptionally nice and kind to give us useful tips. When we return to Napels, for sure we are going to check in again.

Everything was absolutely perfect. The place was spotless and beautifully decorated — every detail made you feel like you were stepping into a fairytale. The atmosphere was magical, warm, and welcoming. Communication was excellent throughout. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay!

The room was clean, I liked that there was housekeeping, I liked the location, and the bakery around the corner. I have no complaints.

Breakfast was very simple - croissant and coffee or juice. The Airconditioner was not located in front of the bed but above the door.

Very nice place and good location in Naples. The room is super comfortable and beautiful, everything was clean and well-organized. Overall, the experience was great. The only issue we had is that the power went off in the evening for a few hours every day - so there was no AC, no hot shower, we could not charge our phones. We understand it was a problem at the building, but because it happened every day we wished they would have informed us that could happen.

Our host was great! Nothing to complain! Room are moderate, very tidy and clean. Most of the Naples tourist attractions are really close. Neighbourhood looks unsafe.

The flat was spacy, having comfortable bed and two extra tables. It has a very nice atmosphere with large window looking into the street of Naples. As we were there during March, time to time we needed to heat the room via AC, but it was absolutely sufficient. Bathroom was also nice and clean. The cleaning of room was done on daily basis including the change of towels. I also need to mention that communication with the host was perfect, via whatsapp or in person. The wifi worked perfect as well. The only harder thing was to climb each time stairs to get to the apartment, but that was something what we expected as it was written in comments.
