B&B I Due Teatri

There are three rooms in the apartment with private facilities. We had a window to the street, it was a little noisy, but when the window was closed it wasn't terrible. In the shared kitchen there was a coffee maker, kettle, basic dishes. Sweet breakfast, but there was also toast and some cheese and ham. Juice, milk in the fridge. In the nearby street there is a bus stop to the airport and the center. We spent two days and we were satisfied.

The host was very lovely and easy to communicate with. The apartment, especially the kitchen are was exceptionally clean and very beautifully decorated (for Christmas). The kitchen had all the essentials for tea, coffee and breakfast. Overall a very cozy place. The pressure in the bathroom shower was a bit low. Also the bathroom had a peculiar smell but it seems to be an issue with the infrastructure, not with the cleaning.

The room was clean and had a nice little balcony onto the street. The bathroom had a good shower and the breakfast was good, every room has their own little table with breakfast options and one big shared space with coffee machine, microwave, watercooker and a refrigerator with various milk and juice choices. There is an excellent Pizzaria just around the corner called OWAP, that was recommended by the staff, and we were very happy getting excellent pizza there in the evening after a troublesome journey from the airport. Breakfast was good but only sweet options - which we supplemented with peppers and cucumber from the local supermarket. Showerhead was very weak, but the rainshower worked great. So not a big issue either.

An old building that has been beautifully renovated with a small kitchen area shared among 3 rooms. No do not disturb or please clean signs

+ nice and responsive owner + clean rooms and kitchen + good breakfast & coffee + good value for the money + near to centre (10 min walk) - 4th floor and elevator were paid (10 cent), but the owner prepared coins. Its no problem.

I think the B&B can be a great place depending on what one is looking for. I travelled with my teenage son to watch a Champions League game and to visit Pompeii. For us it was perfect, in that it had all we needed. That being said, it is particularly the value for money that is striking. The room was large, but very minimalistic. The bathroom was fine. Breakfast was mostly pre-packaged foods, but there was also the possibility to have toast and cereals. The building was a bit noisy in that the pipes could be heard as if they were directly in the room. Similarly, people on the next floor walking felt like they were in the same room. For us that was not a problem, but I can see that it would be for other people who are more sensitive to noise. The location is good, close to the train station (about 10 minutes to walk) and also the old town (also about 10 minutes to walk).

The accommodation has 3 separate rooms and a large common kitchen, which is well equipped. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast was great. The neighborhood is quiet in the evening, you can relax. We were 2 adults and 1 child in the room, we fit comfortably. There is also a private small refrigerator in the room. When we left, we could leave our luggage in the kitchen, we went back for it before the trip. Thank you for everything! I can recommend the accommodation to everyone. Nothing!!!

Great communication with the host. It is near the city centre/shops/caffes. It is few minutes from “Napoli Botanic Garden” - you have to visit this place when you stay here! So pretty. Also we had room with balcony and view for Mount Vesuvius! Great stay! Unfortunately the airport is near the city centre so you can hear the airplanes and it is kinda loud. Also the flushing was very loud, sometimes it woke us up when people in other room flushed the toilet in the night/morning.

Napoli as destination is not for me, and engineering systems of nice historical buildings usually not 5*. One morning I found no electricity (=no hotwater no wifi so in my case no whatsup to call for host), luckily I deducted someone yesterday cooked for family so possibly microwave+teakettle+coffeemachine+boiler works altogether. So with my engineering degree we find differential protection breaker and indeed it was in "OFF" position. Abd luckly I made check-in on the flight and made screenshots from Goohle.Maps day before

The stuff was very kind, we had a fridge full of milk, juice, fruits and lite food to take any time we want for free. Nice breakfast and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. It was really far from the center, and the closest metro station was 15 min walking away. We had problems with the shower and the AC, but the stuff was really fast and fixed the problems no more then an hour.

Clean and lady was very responsive Unfortunately the location is too far from the center. Also breakfast- there was nothing fresh , no fruits, no pastry, all prepackage.
