Good, comfortable beds, big, clean room. Strong wifi. Andrea is a great host. Metro is 6-8 min walking distance.

Everything was perfect. Andrea is an excellent host. The location is perfect. Cost for value is exceptional. Nothing.

The location is perfect — very central and close to everything. The host was super responsive, kind, and always ready to help with any questions we had. The kitchen was well-equipped and everything we needed was easily accessible. The toilet flush didn’t work properly throughout our stay. The bed linens had an unpleasant smell, as if they hadn’t been washed recently. Toilet paper and soap were not replenished, and by the last day we had none left. Towels and sheets were never changed during our stay, even though we requested a refresh once. This place definitely has great potential, and with a bit more attention to cleanliness and guest comfort, it could be truly excellent.

Nice apartment

Despite having communicated the time of our arrival, we had to wait for 40 minutes in front of the building for the host to arrive, in order to check-in. We were probably unlucky with that, but we cannot avoid mentioning it.

Great location and easy check-in. Apartment is very close to historical center and well communicated with metro station. On Via Foria you will find good restaurants, supermarkets and local shops. Breakfast is good and served to your room directly (you just need to confirm hour and things you want to eat? Everything was really good. Maybe bathroom needs a bit of renovation but it was clean.

I liked the whole experience, that I had there. I traveled with my 2 kids and Andrea, waited us till 11:30 PM and give us the kyes without any additional cost. On next morning my kinds woke up hungry and breakfast was waiting for us. This was a big help and really nice - kids loved it!! The apartment has enough space for 4-members family and everything you need in terms of appliances. There is a terrasse with a view to the back yard which was nice as well. The shower space is a bit tiny and the building old, but after all this is Napoli. It is more or less expectable.

everything was great! the host is very kind, the cookies in the kitchen were very tasty ? the location is good, we mostly sat down, and the bus stop is right in front of the apartment!

Amazing breakfast in the room and cleaning service. The staff is kind and available, the kitchen is always open and it has a lot of snacks. It has a great location, near to the train station and Naples' historic center.

The best service for B&B. I feel like as if I visited my family. Nothing. It is suprise after you see entry and staircase. Nice breakfast. Best coffee in Naples.

- Andrea, the host, was really helpful, no matter what was going on, you could always text him and get a reply within minutes! Really appreciated all the tips that he gave us. - Breakfast had 5-star-hotel vibes. It was brought to your room at the desired time after giving in the order the evening before - really enjoyed it! - Good location; not too far from the city center. Metro station and archeological museum within walking distance - Everything was clean and a little room service was provided every day The rooms are not really soundproof. Nothing the host can change but if you have other guests that decide to have a loud conversation at 7am in the corridor, then you have to deal with it :’)
