Absolutely stunning room, host was above-and-beyond helpful, free water and coffee with access to fridge. Common areas are great. A highlight of our trip. Nothing

Staff was wonderfully helpful. Especially appreciated help with booking a taxi and help with local directions. We felt safe and cared for. Had a good night sleep in a comfy bed! Excellent location. Nothing

Nice and clean room. Very quiet considering the busy location of the building. Comfortable bed and bathroom. The host was very helpful and found us a taxi to take us to the airport. No elevator. Our room was in the top floor and dragging the suitcases wasn’t easy.

Great pensione. Stunning building, great location, good price. I would stay again. No fuss place with a good set up. Prefer the simple old decor to fake new designs... nothing. it is what it is.

The breakfast was basic. It was a coffee and croissant from the cafe next door. But for us that was enough. The information given to us by Giangi and Julia was very helpful. And he was always available, either at the front desk or by WhatsApp. There’s a lot of steps and no lift. Fortunately we got help with luggage from Giangi. There’s a lot of litter around. Street cleaning was done but not always effectively .

Absolutely loved my stay in Naples! The room was impeccably clean and beautifully maintained. Giangi, the owner, was incredibly helpful, providing fantastic recommendations for local restaurants and places to explore. His warm hospitality made the experience even more special. Highly recommend this gem for anyone visiting Naples!

Le Stanze del Prinzipe is a fantastic place to stay in Naples. It is very well located, next to bus stop, close to metro and to main railway station. Also a walking distance to City Center and its main attractions. The stuff is fantastic, very helpful, with very good communication (in English). Comfortable common space - TV room and eating room with refrigerator and coffe machine. Breakfast (typical Italian: coffee and cornetto or other dishes like panino napoletano etc) in Cafe Foria downstairs - very good, in nice place with nice people. In close area shops, restaurants (two of a very high quality - one with frutti di mare and one with pizza), gelato. The house is quite, with nice neighbors.

The owner was delightful and very helpful, the rooms are in an ancient palazzo with a very high ceiling, overlooking a cute and quiet courtyard. Perfectly located, with a bus that goes straight to the airport. Super convenient, cheap and beautiful!

Location- nothing to say, central, close to everything you need. Cafes, shops, restaurants, museums, central bus/train station. Big spacious room, very clean. Have cleaning service everyday. Breakfast : You get cards which you can use for breakfast in the next door coffeshop. It was enough for us. every morning 1 cup of coffe+ a chosen bakery. you have also free coffee in the B&B. Everything was fresh and tasty. Staff : They were very helpful from the beginning to end. There is not. a single word to complain. thanks for everything

Great location in the historic neighborhood of Via Foria bustling with life and exciting activities and close to all amenities and public transports like metro and taxi stands, beautiful antique house modernized and rennovated, and finally the kindest and friendliest hosts I have ever come accross..

Liked being in a building built in 1690. Loved the breakfast of coffee drinks and baked goods at the Bar Foria next door to the property. Enjoyed visiting with Rosaria, the downstairs porter. She knew a lot about the city and neighborhood. But especially Julia and Giangi of the Stanze del Principe, who had great recommendations for restaurants, pizzerias, museums, churches. Very helpful. Nothing.

The location is very close to the main tourist spots! Many restaurants in the area, the room was quiet and spacious. The toilet flushing system was somehow funny.
-
The location was very good, near shops, metro station, and popular places. Nothing in particular! The only thing is that if you are tired about a full day walking, prepare to take the stairs because there is no elevator. We understand this since it is a very old but well preserved and beautiful building.

The room was historic and had plenty of unique touches with the furniture. The common areas were nice, with easy access to filtered water and coffee. The staff were also amazing! The breakfast offered is at the cafe downstairs, and the pastries are really nice. The only downside was when we tried to walk from the train station with our luggage. The area that you walk through has large gaps in the cobblestones, and is rougher than I’m used to. The street that the property is on is fine though. I’d follow the advice that the staff gave us and use public transit if you’re coming by train.
