Very comfortable location and exceptionally clean rooms. The staff - especially Miriam and the housekeeper are very attentive and always ready to help.

Location, comfort Checkin is tricky

Very well placed near 2 beautiful neighborhoods, and with a sea view The building looks a little off, huge building with a bank and a government office. But very safe.

Small room

Great balcony, good location close to everything Bad ventilation so the bathroom after a few days even after cleaning was stinky

This is a super-convenient place to stay for anybody that is arriving by or leaving by ferry. It is a very short walk to the GNV ferry terminal. It is also very convenient for many of the most important sites in Napoli, including the Duomo etc. The property is inside an old office building, and you have to find the intercom to buzz the front desk (5th floor) to gain entry. But the rooms are very nicely decorated, very clean and very functional. The staff were very kind and very helpful. There are minimarts and restaurants nearby. I will certainly stay at De Gasperi 55 again the next time I am looking for a comfortable, convenient and comfortable economical place to stay. Nothing to complain about at all. It’s very good value for money.

Ugly old building. Sketchy at night arrival

The room was clean. The staff was never there we had to call a main number to get help. I purposely picked a hotel but this was just an old apartment building No services available

It's a nice room at a great location. The room was clean and the balcony was very big. I really enjoyed the time in this property. There are not enough hooks or rails for towels in the bathroom.

The accommodation is conveniently located. We were unexpectedly notified to change rooms on the afternoon of check-in day.

STAY AWAY - BED BUGS on the mattress - No response from the owner- DO NOT BOOK HERE This has been the worst experience ever! The place is infested of bed bugs, they shouldn't have a license to be an hotel! No front desk, no answer our messages asking for a solution even when we sent photos of the bugs and the bites all over my body. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Very sad that this hotel is still on booking, it is a complete scam with awful customer service.

Excellent location to the port and a short walk to the old part of Naples. Breakfast was a local cafe voucher which is quite usual Italian stays. Good coffee and pastries. We were upgraded to a larger Room and the view over the port and volcano were outstanding. We arrived very late due to flight delay and the hotel sent information on access. This was an apartment inside an office block with many security codes to access, no one available to assist with entry. We found it difficult but got to the room which was comfortable.

The location is really good if you want to take ferry for Amalfi coast or Capri Island. Out bed was full of bed bugs. We couldn't sleep the entire night. They bite our hand and legs. We had to visit doctor after that. Later they change to a new room and that room's bed was broken. It was a very unfortunate experience.
