Our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff was rude and even accused us of taking water without paying, which was not true. They refused to check the cameras to clarify the situation. In addition, we booked a 20 m² room, but the room provided was much smaller, around 12 m² at most. This felt misleading and uncomfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very centrally located, just off Piazza Bovio, and yet in a very quiet street. You can walk to most tourist sights, and both the metro and the airport bus are just around the corner. The decoration and functionality of the room and bathroom are modern and pleasant. The staff is friendly and does their best to accommodate requests, e.g. getting ice. Housekeeping is efficient and yet unobtrusive, new towels and toiletries every day. I thought that only four cloth hangers was a bit limited, especially given that the wardrobe offers quite a lot of space.

There was no hot showers, and the hotel couldn’t fix during our stay. We had to take shower with a freezing water.

The staff was very friendly during our check in & breakfast. The room was not the cleanest we've experienced in Naples. It was decently located near a lot of activities but the road/entrance was a little on the sketchy side. The floors did not feel like they had been cleaned in a little while. The walls are also VERY thin. Our next door neighbor was singing very loud until 10-11 PM keeping us up. We could hear everything going on in all of the rooms. Overall, it was an OK stay but not the most comfortable we've had.
