Ease of checkin, helpfulness and demeanor of host, size of room, modern renovation, central location, amazing soundproofing and light-proofing to the exterior (0 street noise or light), reliable wifi. Beds unbelievably comfy. Only stayed one night, but wish it could have been longer.

The room felt like a haven after the bustle of central Napoli. What you see in the gallery photos is what you get. Luigi designed and laid out the room to be comforting for both mind and body. The apartment is a comfortable walking distance from Piazza Amedeo station which provided easy access to many parts of Napoli. Moreover, Luigi is a hospitable host, going out of his way to make sure we were received and settled properly. No issue with the property.

The room was beautiful and new, and in a great location. Restaurants and shops right outside the door and seaside only a short walk away. Luigi was so friendly and accommodating and stayed in touched with us the whole time to make sure we got checked in smoothly. Highly recommend!

The ventilation in the courtyard room could have been a bit better and we were missing a bit of natural light. Apart from this, there is hardly anything negative to say.

Super nice and comfortable rooms in a nice area in Chiaia. Luigi welcomed us as soon as we arrived and took the time to make sure we had everything needed and also gave his recommendations for Napoli.
