close to the metro I DO NOT RECOMMEND. SCAMMERS! The room looks completely different than in the photos. The hotel charges a 200e deposit for any damage, although the room looks already damaged - the curtains are torn (they couldn't be moved), the bathroom is not very clean, mold by the window and in the shower tray, the shower head is broken, the door lock is broken, a hole (!) in the floor. The service is rude. We paid a 200e deposit by credit card and after 14 business days we expected a refund. Unfortunately, despite repeated contact with the hotel and Booking, we did not receive it. We received the refund after 35 business days! After threatening to go to court! The hotel lied that the deposit had already been returned, when it had not. NEVER AGAIN! The worst experience in 6 years of using Booking. Separate assessment of the behavior of Booking, which, despite declaring help, did nothing to actually help in getting the deposit back. Booking asked us many times to send a card statement and confirmation of the deposit; however, Booking was satisfied with some piece of paper from hotel's system (that the deposit was paid 5 days after the end of our stay, which was a LIE). After many conversations and email exchanges, Booking stated that since we paid the deposit directly to the hotel, there was nothing they could do. Namely, they can and should CANCEL THIS HOTEL'S OFFER!

I try to get my deposit refunded but it wasn’t successful

I paid for a queen room with spa bath. There was no spa bath, there wasn’t even a regular bath. On arrival we were charged 200€ deposit that will aparently not come back into our account for another month. The WiFi did not work and there was no channels on the tv.

Check in is in a different place than the room, which is a drawback. The neighborhood is not the best at first impression, but I think it is part of the mess of Naples.

The view was nice There was a security deposit of 200€, that wasn’t communicated before the booking was made and was only visible in the confirmation email. Other than that you have to wait 30 working (!) days to get it back and you have to claim and chase them to do it. The apartment had clearly seen better days and the cleaning overall was below average.

nothing Very bad. This is an accommodation in a residential building, the surrounding environment is dirty and bad. If you go at 9pm, you will find that there are no prompts and signs, and the phone will never be answered. I had to book another hotel. I saw a lot of rats...... below the residents

Close by They took a 200 euro deposit and I am still waiting for it after 32 working days , I was told I would receive it after 14 days

the Jacuzzi bath with a view of the old buildings was really nice.

BEWARE BEWARE, they take a 200 euro efundable deposit on arrival which after 2 months my credit card company is still trying to recover - mine is not a isolated case! Do not use these people, why booking . Com continues to promote them is beyond me
