The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable The location was frightening and the young lady at the desk was absolutely uninterested.

The staff wanted to complain that we didn’t call about the water issue. The problem was that there was no water, so no it wasn’t our fault.

The localisation was decent. The staff entered the room without aking. Also there was a cockroach! The place was very dirty and disgusting. Not recommend at all.

Honestly, nothing. Old, in a desperate need of renovation, location is horrible, they say that breakfast is offered and is not. This disn’t happened to me, but run with 2 different guesta and there was no one on the reception for check in, also, if you need assistance you won’t have. Not recommend at all.

Breakfast, friendly staff abs location. Uncomfortable beds, bad working shower, very small rooms, long time deep dirty bathroom, remote to Tv wasn't working, elevator didn't work sometimes.

The AC was problematic. It properly worked only in the morning for some reason. The view was not so ok, but nothing can be done about that.

Amazing staff & so accommodating. We arrived early after catching an overnight ferry from Sicily. The owners invited us in, told us to come have breakfast and then allowed us to store our baggage as we looked around the city. They remained at our disposal and were incredibly kind. The hotel itself is well located for the central station and accessing Napoli old town and Pompeii. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Would stay here again when we next visit Napoli ?

Great location comfortable bed. Fabulous air conditioning, which we really appreciated as was very hot and humid. Nice breakfast, which was included in the price. Staff were very helpful Recommended staying here as great value for the money Nothing
