    Expedia tried to contact them on my behalf and they wouldn't respond. I'm still working work Expedia and hope they will provide a refund for our inconvenience.

    The condo set up is nice. Our condo was covered in black hair, my son’s comforter had a white substance on it that looked suspicious and unwashed. The neighbors were doing drugs and it was blowing into our condos vent system. Some guy was asking my daughter weird questions at the pool. Security was horrible. People were inconsiderate of children being in the pool and smoking, doing drugs there, when none was allowed. The out door halls were full of trash and someone had a car hood on the 3rd floor?!?. This place is over priced compared to other condos in the area that have way more amenities.

    Customer service is not professional, was looking more than 1 hours to find a building, finally the third times reach customer service the building number was provided incorrectly, inside the room the front door luck was missing, toilets out of order, room is very poor quality and doesn’t cost this money I paid. Don’t recommend anyone

    This place is disgusting. We had a late check in so we had to stay 2 nighy but i demanded a refund the next day and we left. There is MOLD in the units dirty q tips and toilet paper on the floors. The dishwashers have dirty dishes that smelled like they hed been in there a month. Do not waste your money. Absolutly the worst place ever to stay. And to top it off i had to fight to get my money back. Absolutely the absolute worst place on the face of the earth. Also staff has nerve to say "well good luck finding a new place".....less then 5 min we had a new 2 bedroom ocean front room booked for cheaper then this nightmare. Stay away from this place at all cost.

    My family has rented condos at River Oaks fir several years. This has been the worst experience we have had. The unit was nicely decorated but it was not clean. One of the bedrooms had a horrible odor. We kept looking for a dead rodent because the room smelled so bad. There were spider webs everywhere. The patio area was disgusting. There was a nest of bugs and one dirty chair. The master bedroom had a broken bed that was propped up with a piece of cardboard. The second bathroom had a ceiling air vent that was barely hanging on the ceiling. The washer stopped working after one wash. And to top it off, in the second night we were locked out of the unit for two hours because the door code stopped working. We called every number we could find, only to get voice mail. We finally stopped a security guard driving in the parking lot. He called maintenance and they answered for him. The gentleman was rude and said he was only there for the owners and not renters. We finally find someone from beaches rentals to help reset the code when qe didn't even rent through beaches, yet we were expected to know to call them. Terrible experience.

    I went back to the office and let them know how gross it was and i wouldn't stay there. She called the super of the cleaning crew and was told it had been cleaned. I shared with her i didn't live in filth and i wouldn't there either. I was given a better unit that was much cleaner. It had a leaking toilet in one of the bathrooms and the screened patio had holes in the screens but was cleaner than the first unit. The cleaning crew definitely need to be retrained!!

    was dirty with ants and roaches. I deserve to have the cleaning fee returned since I had to clean and disinfect the condo. One bed only had three wheels. The toliet was cracked and the plumbing sucked.

    The reception was Awful!!!!!!!No one knew what they were doing. And they sent us to the wrong and most disgusted place, and somebody’ suit cases were still in there. And after so many call, I finally got to talk to someone who could not help. So I had to look for a hotel the night and the rest of my vacation.

    The condo was dirty. Had to clean the ceiling fan before putting on as dirt/dust was hanging off it. Carpet was stained and dirty. Had to keep shoes on. Expedia stated that hair dryer was included, was not, so had to buy one. Although picture showed pool was in back of condo, had to drive to one of the pools.

    Sheets and blankets were not clean, I had to purchase my own from target. I found dirty sheets in the master closet. Cereal was under the dishwasher. The apartment it¿s self was very nice and the view from the patio was very beautiful!

    My boyfriend and me booked a room on Expedia for 5/27/22. After we paid for the room, it said we owed $19 at property. Check in states it was at 3:00 pm. We arrived around 2pm. We were told check in was at 4 and we were unable to complete paperwork and staff member was very rude. We came back at 3:30 pm. The staff member did allow us to complete paperwork. We were then told we owed an additional $60 and 100 deposit. When asked about the price we paid on expedited, they said expedited had hidden fees and did not pay them fully for the room. States we still owed their resort fees. We paid the amount owed. We were unable to get into the room until 7pm. When we got into the room, the smoke alarm was going off. The office stated there was nothing they could do but maintenance would check it out the next morning. I asked if they were fine with the fact that we paid more money then was supposed to, didn’t get into the room until 7pm, and now will be up all night listening to a smoke alarm going off. We ended up taking the smoke alarm off the wall and took battery out.

    Wrong location. No handicap provisions. Staff at check in without knowledge of location or amenities. Double money required at check in. Check in time and check out time different than stated on information packet.Pool pass not issued.

    Rhis place had roaches. Theycwere cleaned to par. Covers were rolled up from previous guest and just thrown in the closets. Stove abd refrigerator was not cleaned. Frease spots all over rhe stove and the refrigerator had sticky red sauce over it
