The room was decent. mattress to firm for my liking so didn't sleep well. Plus it smelled of smoke even though we had a non smoking room. I guess smoking was allowed on a different floor. Unfortunately we will no go back due to that. Breakfast was ok also.

Nice hotel! The room was amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable. The only problems encountered were noisy guests. The breakfast was okay. I’d suggest a hot water dispenser near the oatmeal and grits.

Clean good experience and close to my work location for travel

Our bedding was wet when we first checked in and the staff changed it no problem but was very odd. When we were getting ready for bed our neighbors started having a good time with a lot of… clapping which we could hear like it was in our room. Very thin walls. Next night the light in the room beside us which shared a connecting door was left on which somehow blasted under the door and lit our room like the sun itself was breaking in. We booked for 3 nights and ended up moving somewhere else for the 3rd night because of how bad the room situation was.

It was great,the rooms was clean n organized! The people upstairs from my room,it was a lot of noise like for example I quess everytime someone’s walks u could hear it down where we were located at!!!

Room was comfortable. Went to use a clean wash rag and it was covered in black hair. The breakfast was not great. No bagels or muffins, just sliced bread.

I requested lower level due to fear of elevators and was on 3rd floor. Beds not comfortable at all!! Hotel over priced and was terrible!!! 314.00 definitely not worth it!! Was anniversary trip that was terrible’nb Everything felt dirty bed was uncomfortable the entire stay was terrible!!

Needs to be throughly cleaned. The outside needs sprucing up. The carpet needs a deep cleaning. There were small repairs that needed to be done in the room. The room actually looked like the picture. With a little help it could be great. I would stay agin only if I couldn’t find any place better but it was ok. We did sleep well on the beds. Needs new curtains.

The night clerk was not very helpful at all. His attitude was like we we a bother to him. On our second night there one of our girls vomited on the bed and in the floor and bathroom. We went and asked for more towels and a clean comforter for the bed and he told us we couldn't have any and we would have to wait for house keeping to get us some. My wife ended up doing all the cleaning because he would not help us with anything we needed other than a Swiffer and some spray cleaner. The rest of the day staff were very kind and helpful. Although they never cleaned the room or brought fresh towels the whole time we were there, which was a total of 4 nights. We do not recommend this particular hotel at all. We have stayed at other Country inns and suites by Radisson and loved them me

Third time staying here. Comfortable, clean, quiet, friendly staff, great breakfast! Will stay here again when in town.

Well lit parking lot, friendly staff, simple breakfast, if you like more than the basics go over to Bob Evins around the corner. Their cranberry juice is excellent at this Inn. One thing i would say is they are always working to improve the property. The carpet in the hall is wet constantly from all the people dripping leaving the pool. I believe they are planning to replace with something else in the future. If u have l allergies, this may affect your breathing. Over all they usually have a good price for the area. We booked though Expedia! Its very popular location and seems to do well.

No hot water, both at night and the next morning, the water wasn't even warm. I mentioned it the next morning at the front desk and the employee says, "well I guess we need to look at that" and turned and walked off. No apology, just walked off.

Property was nice and clean. Parking was easy for me. I was able to park right out front every time. The hotel staff was nice and friendly. My daughter and niece loved the pool in the pool area was clean and well maintained. Our hotel room was also clean and well maintained. I would stay at this property again.

Front desk gentleman (I think his name was Harsh) was EXCELLANT AND A TRUE ASSET TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!! Decaf coffee for the morning was not out on the table, and the carafe was not working properly. Perhaps change it out for a new carafe and have it brewed and ready for breakfast.

Room was clean and comfortable. A lot of hotels now have large pump toiletries, this hotel does not, just tiny bottles. I wish the pool/hot tub were open until 10 rather than 9.

Parking lot needs replacing. Some staff members were extremely nice. Others seemed to consider their jobs to be jobs only. The bed was too firm for my back. I would stay there again. Price was decent. Room was clean. We stayed three days. We could have used new towels.

Always greeted with a smile. Extremely accommodating to let us switch rooms with different beds for Goldilocks traveling with us- nice rgey have firm medium n soft mattresses. The water & juice at breakfast is excellent! Mini waffles so fun.

Lovely staff, everyone working hard to update the hotel, do wish the laundry room thats on the third floor had more than one washer n dryer. We went to a local laundryman to get it all done at once. Wish the hotel had a consistent welcoming smell though out. Like when you go home you wanna take it with you. Smells clean, just not like somethin wonderful.

Stayed in different rooms- not consistent each has quirks, like shower door doesn't close all the way or closet door bolted open. They are updating the place- hot tub getting updated & soon to add an outdoor pool as well.

When we walked in, it had a kind of weird smell. At check in, a sign showed breakfast began at 6, but staff said 7. We had to leave by 6:30 so that wasn’t great. Got to the room, it felt humid/damp, turned the air down, didn’t really help. It was clean enough, but definitely had some staining & a lot of “cover up” in the bathroom. Linens were clean, bed was ok, you could feel it was older. Disclaimer! If you are on the side of the hotel that sits right off the road, it is loud. You will hear everything.

The staff was fantastic. I go there every 2 months. Great value for th a money. Mist, Harsh, and Kailey, the staff i know the names of, are all fantastic. Friendly, professional and helpful. There were 2 basketball teams staying while i was there, i asked them to move me someplace quiet. They did andi didnt hear a sound.

When we checked into this hotel it was great check and it was a late night check-in the guy was great there that night we didn't have no problems while we was there only thing I would dislike was the night when we woke up to check out to go home the person at the desk wasn't really nice you know I asked him a question he didn't want to answer the question he was very like not in the mood of working guess he's not a morning person

My TV remote wasn't working, they gave me new batteries immediately. Room was clean as was the pool, hottub and gym. Complimentary bkfast and close to shopping, groceries, nightlife, etc. My only drawback, if I could find one, is that the pool was pretty chilly. Could just be that I'm old though? Haha

I visit the bowling center next door to this facility probably 3-4 times a year. Essentially sharing a parking lot with the center really makes this place desirable, BUT, it doesn't hurt that the staff and the facility has always been top notch.

This staff is amazing I was called by another hotel on arrival and was told there wasn’t the room I booked available and wanted to give me a double bed when I had a king deluxe suit and they were would not call another La Quinta to see if they had what I booked

The rooms where clean the work out room was small but it had great equipment the only real probelms i had was the property was kinda in the cut and one of the elevators was a little rocky but other then that i had a great stay

I was harassed the entire time about this, they also had a god awful sewer smell through out the entire hotel and they have the audacity to try and blame it on our dogs whom which are groomed every week. They also proceed to send this email listed in the picture, trying to scare me away and saying I’ll get my money back but I know I wouldn’t. They also decided to keep my $100 security deposit and also charge me $49 more for what reason I do not know because we lift the hotel with not a single thing missing or broken with both key cards left on the table. I will never stay here again I would rather sleep in my car then deal with these stupid a$$ people again. DO NOT STAY HERE if you want a peaceful trip. So many great reviews from Ai had me fooled. Parking is terrible, rooms smell, mold in the bathrooms and terrible breakfast. Also isn’t kid friendly or sound proof.

This property is prbly the nicest in the area. From the time we walked in, we could tell it was well maintained and clean. Staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean, and bed comfortable. Don't expect the Ritz-Carlton if your not willing to pay the price. This is a nice budget friendly hotel and i wd recommend it.

Very unsatisfactory booked by accident and they would. It give me a refund but they rented my room to another guest. Therefore they got paid twice for the room and kept my $300. I called and told them I double booked as soon as it went through and they still would not do anything. They have very bad business and will take your money

Where do I start. When we first arrived check in was simple, the lady was kind and friendly. Once we got to the room the humidity was so high. I turned the ac down hoping that was the issue. Went to the pool where the hot tub (the only thing I was looking forward to after a 12 hour drive from Florida) wasn’t working. The indoor pool was too cold to swim in even for my small grand babies. After an hour at the pool we went back to room humidity no better sent for maintenance he said he fixed it. Next morning was no better. Had to change room. The new room door kept jamming so we had to fight it to get in. Then kids that were staying at the hotel kept messing with my car. Had it on video. The hotel did NOTHING. For the cost of this hotel at 244 per night without discounts makes the issues we had not worth the money. Also the shower door didn’t close all the way so water went all on the floor in both rooms we were in. Breakfast was subpar. Cold eggs and the waffle makers not working properly. Then upon checkout around 4am we came out to find the night crew person sleeping on the lobby couch. When dealing with these issues we were NEVER offered a solution. Or a discount anything for the issues we had. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again. I’ll pay the extra 30 dollars and stay on the beach.

Room was perfectly adequate for what I needed and breakfast was good

The rooms were very clean and modern. The beds were extremely comfortable. Housekeeping is very friendly and polite. They made sure I had fresh clean towels daily. The front desk staff were amazing! Very helpful, friendly and professional. I will definitely stay here again

Area was sketchy but place was nicer than expected, breakfast could have more options like bars, bottled water, yogurt…but maybe it just wasn’t out.

The people there at the front desk are great. Very professional and helpful. No complaints. Not a 5 star obviously, but good value for the money!

Staff in the morning was not that friendly and the hot buffet was not what I was expecting. Surrounding area not the best.

Really nice place to stay, clean room, bathroom , and convenient for where I needed to be. Parking was tight and could have been fenced from neighboring properties for an extra layer of safety!

The hallways and stairs are filthy.. food and stains on all carpets. Bathtub has grout stains .. whole building smells like marijuana

This is an old hotel that has been remoled, however it is not in good condition. There was an awful smell in our room that had to be from the floor not being cleaned.

Rooms are outdated and run down. Toilet ran all night and the place just needs to freshened up in every aspect. Fine for 1 night but I would not recommend it.

My room had trash and candy paper underneath the pull out couch , the couch bed was stained . The toilet was backed up ..

Enjoyed my stay

The hotel staff was nice but comforters on bes were pretty old and there was a hair that wsnt our in the shower. Remote felt dirty and it didnt work. Overall ok but was woken by loud yelling from another room and had to call front desk. Very thin walls and overall didnt feel clean in there, was very glad we were just there one night.

The central A/C was not functioning properly, so a window unit was installed instead—secured with duct tape—which prevented us from closing the curtains and limited privacy. We could hear every footstep from the room above us, and the adjoining room guests were loud into the evening. One especially disappointing detail: there is a $10 per person just to bring breakfast to our kids instead of eating it in the dining area. And a $10 daily property fee yet there are no amenities to compensate the charge. Overall, the stay didn’t meet expectations for the suite we booked. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously to improve the guest experience.

The ownership and the staff are very friendly. Its seems that are transforming and upgrading some finishes. My room had a peeling tub; but I know this is a hard thing to prevent when you resurface a tub. I applaud reusing the tub! its practical and environmental. Things as business travelers we need to recognize if we are environmentalists, for real. Plus, I love the literature made for the booklovers. I truly enjoyed flipping to a passage in the Bhagavad Gita made available. I enjoyed flipping through a page before heading out and back in for the night. I adore the family that runs this place. I did not meet them, but observed that they embody all of what humanity hopes to be. Its deep, but even small gestures and acknowledgment mean a lot. Be that person :)

The lady that works in the evening is racist. We asked for one additional blanket because I don’t sleep under the covers and she frown up her face and told my husband that there was no extra linen. What she didn’t know is that I used to work for Country Inn and Suites in Atlanta. Hotels always have extra linen. The breakfast was no where near the brand standard. However ,the breakfast attendant and the lady who checked me out was very nice and friendly. Coffee is suppose to be available all day and it wasn’t, neither hot water for tea. The room looked as though it hasn’t been mopped in a long time, pillow cases dingy, and the bathroom shower looks not cleaned. If you are going to charge well over $100 plus dollars a night at least be up to standard. This bad experience won’t stop me from staying at another Country Inn but I won’t be back to this one.

Hotel had an old house smell to it. The room was clean but needs a lot of upgrades. It was extremely noisy during our stay. You could hear people talking down the haul that sounded like they were in our room. I did like that they offered a cooked breakfast rather than just cereal.

From the time you walk it smells like weed. The carpets are dirty they have not been washed. They say you can’t smoke in the room but obviously theirs smoking going on. The room is decent but it is very outdated.

Fit for purpose when our flight was canceled late in the evening

The property was very clean and quiet. The room was nice and I liked the fact that it did not have a regular P-TAC unit for air conditioning. The only thing that was difficult was trying to watch TV. I finally did get that figured out. I will stay there again when I am in town for work.

There was so much noise from the rooms next door and no one cared . Kids yelling and running horsing around in the hall way while we were trying to sleep. Was so bad that we literally got up and left At around 1 in the morning and there was still up making so much noise. What a shame , no noise control whatsoever !

I was told the pool was heated when it is not. I would have stayed at another motel.

Hotel appears to be old but recently renovated. Bed was uncomfortable, TV in bedroom did not work, hair found in sink and bed, and toilet began to overflow only after urinating. No one made the bed. Housekeeping only bought fresh towels and left the wet rug on the floor. Front desk staff was very helpful with TV and toilet.

Originally checked in & was given a room. Entered the room & someone was staying there or the workers used the room for a nap & lunch. One bed was used with sheets drawn. There was a bag of something on the ground between the 2 beds. I think it may have been left over bones from someone eating wings. The nightstand had keys, a lighter, & used toothpicks on it. My daughter & I were disgusted. Gal at front desk tried to make it right with upgraded room & she apologized profusely, but we just made the best of it for 2 nights.

Check in was fast and efficient. We had a suite and the pull out bad was not working properly we did notify front desk and was told maintenance would fix it but they never did. Guest services was nice but, my son was not able to sleep in the bed comfortably for both days.

Stayed for 8 hours and won't return. Took a deposit on the room which wasn't mentioned in the booking. Had to wait 5 days for its return. Industrial area with many people hanging around building including homeless. Staff was throwing out a homeless person as we checked out. Needed updating. Was clean but old. Passed on the complimentary breakfast due to the homeless situation.

The location is quiet, staff are friendly. I liked that there was good water pressure and plenty of hot water.
