The staff was friendly and helpful. They were interested in helping the guests. I was helped and I saw others getting immediate assistance. Everyone did an excellent job - including the breakfast staff. The most irritating thing about my stay was how much noise came through the walls and the ceiling from movement and voices of other guests. Considering this is a brand new hotel, I was appalled that this must be the new "comfort" standard for guests. Also, the air conditioning unit that would never stop blowing cold air was quite uncomfortable. I turned the darn thing "off" and it cycled off and started right back up again. It was noisy and cold so I had to burn more energy to turn the heater on.

Great rooms! They were clean and fully stocked with kitchen essentials if you wanted to stay in. Great location with multiple bars and restaurants around. The staff was friend and made great biscuits and gravy! Would definitely use this as my future hotel when I return here.
