Nice hotel stayed in king suite and very good layout, appliances are nice. Pool is nice and well taken care of. Stereotypical Marriott type of experience and the staff were very polite. Little high on the price compared to comps in area.

I love to stay at The Residence Inn when I am in Murfreesboro, TN. It is clean, and modern. The outdoor area is so inviting, and the breakfast is always excellent! My room was spacious, clean, and comfortable! It always feels more like an apartment rather than a hotel. It is my home away from home!

When we initially checked in they asked if we wanted housekeeping on Sunday for fresh sheets and towels. When we got back they didn’t do any of it. Also our room was completely dusty and the shower head was horrible.

I loved the floorplan and decor of the rooms. I loved the design of the pool area. However, I did not like that the pool was closed in 82 degree weather.

We had a great stay at the Residence Inn. The only complaint I have is the shower glass does not go far enough so water gets on the floor and it did not get hot enough so you are cold in the shower. Other than that, everything was great!

The young lady working the front desk was great. My tv didn’t work and she had housekeeping come fix it and when it went out again she switched me to another room close by so I didn’t have an issue moving my things. The breakfast could have more options. There was only spicy sausage and eggs

We stayed at this hotel over the weekend (Saturday & Sunday). All of the hotel staff was amazing and they took care of all our needs as needed. The room was great being the fact that there was a kitchenette as well as a living room area. We loved it and thank you for the amazing stay over the weekend.

Only thing bad about this area is you have to pay for parking every night ! It’s ridiculous I feel like this hotel is all about Money but every thing else is A1

The whole stay was most enjoyable. The room was cleaned to perfection and extremely comfortable. Aside from a snippy breakfast attendant my stay was awesome and if I’m ever back in the area I would stay here again without a second thought

Last time I stayed at this hotel I loved it. This time the breakfast wasn’t that great and the bed was terrible. The bed was at a slant so when you laid down your feet were higher than your head but by the time I laid down and realized my kids were already sleeping so I didn’t want to move rooms & wake them. Other than those 2 things it was great

Convenient location; nice staff; good breakfast and lobby area; the property is renovating, so many of the hotel’s parking spots were blocked by equipment.

Liked/loved the suite style room, so that we were able to have sleeping area away from TV/couch area, plus the stocked kitchen supplies were handy. Also, grrat breakfast, well stocked start to finish with attendant that saw to guests needs. Overall, extremely hospitable staff and clean and accommodating common areas.

Great location for the Nashville Super Speedway. Very modern, safe location that is close to shopping and restaurants. The hotel was very clean, easy to navigate with a friendly and helpful staff. I don’t have any complaints.

My only concern is specific to my work, I needed a secure Internet connection and it was not offered . The wifi is free and works well but is open. I will absolutely stay here again. It is a perfect location with dining and shopping nearby (can walk some places even) and conveniently located near I24.

Hotel is located in an area conveniently located around many restaurants and stores. Front desk people were very nice and it was quick. Room was clean, hotel was clean. Breakfast the next morning in the lobby was delicious. It’s some of the best breakfast that I’ve had at a hotel. Will stay again!!! It is about 25-30 minutes from Nashville but that doesn’t matter to me.

This property is well maintained and has a very friendly staff. The breakfast in the mornings were great and the breakfast staff extremely friendly. It was fairly pricey to stay here however the room was great.

The staff was great however the rooms need a lot of updating. The lights beside the beds were falling apart, the shower had no water pressure, and the flooring was super old fashioned and pretty dirty. We were told at check in that our stay would not be including any housekeeping, which I thought to be an odd thing to say up front. The rest of the hotel was beautifully updated so maybe the rooms will be next. The breakfast was complimentary and pretty consistent with the normal hotel breakfasts. The woman putting the food out was very helpful and friendly. Overall it was a little overpriced but my husband and I had a nice little getaway!

I stayed at the hotel for one night to get away from the guests at my house. The employees at the hotel were all very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was delicious, my only problem is the room was not very clean. The air vent was VERY dusty, the comforter had a yellow stain on it, one of the towels had a brown stain on it, the mirror in the room had smudges on it, the shower didn’t seem too clean, etc. that was my only problem with them the stay. Also some of the locks on the doors through the hotel didn’t work for my key card. I had to knock on a couple different doors to get let back in the hotel if it using the main front door. But again, the employees were very nice and the food was good!

We stayed in room 215. The room is starting to get rundown. Hot breakfast is the same everyday, scrambled eggs and sausage. If you want Waffles they have to be dug out of the maker because they are stuck.

It was not a good experience at all.. didn't really get any sleep or able to enjoy the stay at all.

The staff and facility were very nice no complaints there. My only issue was the bedding. The king sized mattress was hard as a rock and the pillows flatten down to nothing. I wound up seeping on the couch in the room as it was more comfortable than the bed.

I only rebooked because i assumed tv issue would be resolved. It wasnt so i am staying at comfort suites now. The washer anf dryer was gross

A 15 year happy Marriott member, this Residence Inn is showing its age. The furniture in the living area (I stayed in a one-bedroom and a two-bedroom suite) should all be replaced, it is all quite grungy, and totally uncomfortable. The bathroom floors/baseboards could either use a good bleaching, or be refinished. The kitchen was grimy. The front desk staff were excellent; gracious and welcoming. I would rate this hotel just average, but the price reflects that, I guess.

Place has gone downhill. Waited 30 minutes to check in cause computers were down - Seriously!!! Then the TV in room did not work so we had to repack and move to another room so another 30 minutes wasted. New room next to pool equipment so floor and bed vibrated until 10 pm. Sink was stooped up and drained slowly, shower located too high and did not have adequate spray pattern. Need I say more. We will avoid this hotel in the future and so should you.

This is a fantastic hotel. I travel quite a bit for work, fun, daughter's cheer competitions. The staff was super nice, very professional and I was amazed at how nice of a place this was for the money I paid. The room was great with a full kitchen, lounging area, work area and a great bathroom with a separate make-up/vanity area in addition to that. It was very well laid out and maximized the space. The entire hotel was spotless. This is a very new hotel, but still impressive and a great value.

The check-in agent, I believe her name was Aiesha, was very helpful and put us in a room near my daughter, who I was visiting. The room was very bright and clean. The staff was very kind. I would stay again.

Of course due to Covid restrictions check i. Was a little different but the front desk was very helpful. Everything was incredibly clean and rooms are nicely furnished. Walls are a little thin but that is what it is.

Our comforter had a blood stain on it. The dishes were already dirty. There was hair in the shower and on the toilet seat. While walking out to the car, a bunch of people came running out of the stairwell carrying liquor bottles and cussing at me telling me to get out of the way, there were several police officers involved.

Holiday vacation to visit family with our grand daughter. I felt the room was very dusty and lacked cleanliness. I had added a night to my reservation stopped at the desk to make sure it was set up so I could just continue in the same room but at 10:30 pm while asleep the desk person came into our room because it showed us as a no show. That was upsetting and it scared my granddaughter.

Low water pressure in showers and towels that were hard were disappointing.

The problem was Expedia. I booked a Suite 1 Bedroom. Please see Confirmation # 75170030. That is not what I got. There was no BEDROOM. There was a bed in the room but no door between the bed and the rest of the room. Some wires are crossed here and you need to talk to The Residence Inn and get it fixed. I paid in advance, my mistake and booked with Expedia, maybe another mistake, and so I paid for a separate bedroom but did not get a separate bedroom There are three in our party and since they were fully booked, had to stay in the one room suite. Expedia should reimburse me for the difference and more important, fix the Expedia web page to match what is being offered with what the customer gets. Thank you, peter

We enjoyed this hotel which is approx 35mins from Nashville. Comfortable quiet room good breakfast included in price and easy parking. Only complaint would be that our room wasn’t serviced.

This hotel was perfect for our Thanksgiving trip with family. The lobby downstairs was a great meeting place for all of us to take snacks and to play games together. The staff was extra friendly and the hotel was very clean. They even have grills outside that you can cook your own food on. The hotel also served a nightly mini meal or snack. We were very happy with our stay here!
