Rooms were very clean, the breakfast was very good specially the omelette station, a plus! Will stay again when in Murfreesboro, TN
- 5/5
The breakfast was excellent, except for people who don't eat pork next time maybe they should have some Turkey bacon or Turkey sausage. That would be helpful.

This hotel is really dated. It really needs remodeling. The refrigerator in my room leaked. The hotel looks The same as it did 20 year's ago. Our room was disgusting.
- 5/5
I stay here every time I visit my son
- 2/5
We left a night earlier than the stay we booked. Not worth it at this location unfortunately. Very friendly staff otherwise.

Manager Shana was very helpful after a frustrating checkin with another associate. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was awesome with made to order omelet station. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Room was very clean and breakfast was awesome- they have an omelette station, yummy! Staff was professional and helpful.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and I came for my birthday and when I went to my room and I saw my name on the TV that was my conformation that this bd trip was going to be amazing, all the emanates topped it off thanks. Embassy in Murfreesboro did not disappoint! I know this sounds crazy but bigger trash cans, lol I know that's crazy but I think it would help the housekeeping too.

The hotel was gorgeous, staff was super friendly and helpful and the breakfast was by far the best breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel The elevators were a little scary, but I scare easy.
- 2/5
This looks like a nice hotel from the outside but once you step inside, it’s something else. Very dated with duct tape on the carpet, dim lighting and dirty sofa in room. Front desk staff wouldn’t let my door dash delivery to be brought up to my room. Not what I expect from a nice hotel.
- 5/5
The Manager understands People! He refunded me all my money 💰 Back! That was a Miracle! Great Manager! This said a lot about Embassy Suites Organization I Still Love ❤️ Embassy Suites
- 5/5
We didn’t have breakfast, we had left already. I wish there was coffee available at the lobby (coffee bar close at 1pm??), what about all the people that stay for 1 night. Not fair; and the coffee in the room it’s not the same; also the supply for the coffee it’s limited (cream…), always you have to ask for more, going downstairs, since nobody responds at the phone. Parking fee?? No no. State tax, city tax, county tax…it’s ridiculous. From a $229, room, I paid 399? Pet $75? How fair is that?
- 3/5
Location was good. Nice breakfast. The entire place needs to be redone. Carpets stained. Old wallpaper and furnishings from probably 20 years ago. Housekeeping changed towels everyday but never made the beds or replenished tea, sugar etc...Cocktail at the bar tasted like it was watered down.. wouldn't stay again and I'm a hilton member.. Worst embassy I've ever been in

Now of the best breakfast places around.

Good parking and breakfast!

While this hotel offers so many benefits, the sleeping was the hardest part for us. For being such a prestigious hotel the bed is sub par and the pillows are horrible.

This is our second time we have stayed here as a family of 6. We love the price, size and set up of the rooms. Bathroom is spacious, there’s a living room with a TV for the kids and then a tv in the bedroom for the adults. The hotel kitchen has a good menu variety to accommodate our crew of picky eaters. The bar is nice convenient for husband and I to grab a drink with dinner. The pool is a fantastic size and the deep end is only 5 foot. Breakfast is always fantastic with a large variety of items to eat. We will definitely stay here again!!

- 4/5
Staff very helpful. Cleans rooms and breakfast was really good. If you want room cleaned daily for extended stay make sure to specify that
- 4/5
Nice place
- 5/5
Comfortable room, though there wasn't bedding for the sofa bed and, though we had reserved the room for four, there were only towels and such for two people. We had to request bedding and it took over an hour...after dealing with a virtual assistant. My husband went down to the desk to find out what was going on.
- 2/5
Not the best place to stay. Lots of kids due to sports tournaments. Very crowded, loud, lots of running up and down hallways, kids screaming. Older hotel, needs updating, breakfast not very good. Very expensive for what you get. Look elsewhere.
- 5/5
The property was spacious and well maintained. We enjoyed the glass elevators and the way the rooms had a sort of galleria effect. Comfortable beds and curated personal care products, too.
- 5/5
Our room was perfect, loved the living area and bedroom are separated. The hotel had a very large variety to chose from for breakfast. The parking was plentiful. Overall a great hotel to stay at.
- 5/5
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the atmosphere was relaxing, and everything I needed was easily available. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even better. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel was, which made it easy to rest and enjoy my stay. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!
- 3/5
Breakfast is always a pleasure. Staff was helpful with a room issue.
- 5/5
Great location if traveling. Staff made sure we we accommodated. The Rooms were nice and clean. I always stay here when traveling between GA and MO
- 4/5
Absolutely
- 5/5
Good place to stay if you like a good morning breakfast
- 3/5
We were charged $16/day for parking - in an open, mostly empty lot!!! That is highway robbery. The room was a nice size with a separate sitting area. But there was duct tape on the carpet in both rooms. The bathtub was treacherous. High sides, extremely high shower head that I couldn’t reach to adjust. Only one grab bar that was on the back wall. Bottom of tub was slanted and slick. Bathroom sink didn’t look clean. We will NEVER stay in another Embassy Suites hotel.
- 3/5
I booked a handicapped accessible room for my elderly mother. Upon check in at 4 PM, there was not one available. This was not mentioned and she was placed in a regular room with a tub/shower that she could not use. I had to call the next morning and get her room changed. No one at the hotel offered to help move her. I had to leave work and move her. She was here with other family for a total of 3 rooms for 3 nights. The two others had cars and were charged $16/day to park. I am a Hilton rewards member and when I asked about waving the fee, they told me they could not because I booked through a 3rd party. This hotel is NOT in Nashville and has a HUGE surface lot. There were NO conventions and next to no cars in the parking lot every time we were there. For this location to charge a parking fee is ridiculous and I will be looking elsewhere when booking hotel rooms for visiting family. I will not recommend this particular Embassy Suites. Another point is that, while clean, the hotel needs major renovation.
- 4/5
They charge $16 a day for parking - said can’t waive it something about it being a convention center - really lame excuse. This hotel has a HUGE parking lot which was darn near EMPTY. Didn’t see a convention or any events going on while we were there (during the work week). The charge for parking is disclosed on booking - we each asked about waiving it as a comp since we were with a group that had three rooms booked for three nights. Nope - two separate employees declined that courtesy. A parking fee in this particular location is just nickel-and-diming - waive it or just include ‘free parking’ in the rate. Family stayed there a year ago and it was waived. This hotel is NOT in Nashville and has a huge lot - not like hotels in downtown Nashville with garages and limited parking and valets. Did I mention the huge parking lot - that was empty the whole time? Breakfast was good and the nightly drinks/snacks were fine - but won’t use this particular ES again.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable as expected. Thank you!

The toilet handle was broken, the toilet would run constantly unless you flipped the handle back up. The bathroom sink facet handle was also loose.
- 5/5
Nice staff, nice place to stay, could do with a coat of paint, starting to look old and dated.

This hotel is outdated. The bed is the worst. We needed linens for the pull out bed and they staff dropped it at the door on to the floor. The cleaning staff came into the room changed the towels that were hanging and refused to make the bed both days. I would not recommend this location. However, I would recommend extra training for staff members.

Daily Breakfast specials prepared by the staff was a nice touch in addition to the buffet.

Very good breakfast, clean, large Libby with eating area. Downside was paying for parking and sink in my room was broken. Large rooms and peaceful. Pool is very large.

- 5/5
The facility, the people, the breakfast were awesome. Some things are getting worn or dated, but the cleanliness and comfort make up for that. I highly recommend staying here, especially in their suite. Thank you for a great stay!
- 4/5
Check in was quick, room clean except for items left in fridge, my big complaint was no linens for sleeper sofa, requested linens 4 times, received them almost 2 hours later, at 11:50 p.m. Manager on duty next morning was very kind. Watch night staff, they do not follow through if you have an issue.
- 5/5
This hotel room was like a mini apartment....it was great!
- 4/5
Very clean and wonderful customer service. But everything is very dated. Lots of ripped carpet breakfast was really good.
- 2/5
It is outdated and not well maintained! So sad I used to like staying here, will not stay here anymore
- 3/5
The AC did not seem to be working properly for the entire 3 days were were there. It was hot and muggy in our room nearly the whole time.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, there was a large variety of food to choose from. The best part of that was the omelet station. The woman was so nice and friendly.

Great place to stay!
- 4/5
great breakfast & suite for the price of a room. A few disappointments that stopped being excellent .. manager reception there were no non-alcoholic options apart from coke & sprite (other places offer mocktails or NA beer). The pool water was very cold. The shower head was over 6 feet high so my wife and adult daughter weren't able to adjust it. Seemed to be either needle or jet with no "regular" spray. Pillows were very lumpy need replacing. Sunday night the restaurant was closed seemed like diners were supposed to sit at bar tables with the manager reception, so the restaurant didn't seem to be a seperate thing. The room was good and was clean. Staff were great and breakfast was excellent.
- 5/5
Was excellent
- 1/5
Lots of non functioning things in the room. Charges you to park in their parking lot without telling you? They clean the rooms when they feel like it, not daily. Won’t be back. Laundry machines are coin operated but campus is cashless, so good luck!
- 5/5
The staff was wonderful! Very kind and accommodating.
- 5/5
Everything and everyone was perfect!!
- 2/5
The room was ok, hotel is very outdated sever ware on lobby and room furnitire. Staff could have been better. Was not recognized as a Hilton Honors Member. When I said something, they still didn't recognize it.
- 3/5
Embassy was always our go to hotel but this time was disappointing. You go to a hotel to relax and get away and they make you download an app and a make a new login to get you checked into your room because supposedly the front desk can’t see what ones are available or do that for you. Ridiculous. Front desk should just check you in and do their JOB! It’s not my job! The pool was cold. Breakfast was okay, could have been better. No pancake options for the kids.
- 5/5
Clean room, great breakfast.

Everything was wonderful! Prompt first services and plenty of EV charging/parking

The room could be improved. The towels were old, and the pools also needed substantial cleaning.

The room was nice, the breakfast was great. The living area was a little out dated but not bad. Very friendly staff

Staff courteous-zero maid service for 3 days. We asked for the room to be cleaned and for clean towels only to come back that evening to towels on the floor outside of the room and no one had cleaned the room.

We booked online from the parking lot. But when we went to check in, we were told there was no rooms left and the lady behind the desk said she would cancel and issue a refund. The transaction never happened

Bathroom was not clean had hairs on the floor near the toliet and bathtub. Rooms overall were outdated. Staff was wonderful and the room was very quiet.

The best hotel we have stayed at so far!
- 5/5
Clean room, excellent staff ( nice gentleman brought us towels at 1AM). All the staff was nice. Nice hotel BUT CHARGING FOR PARKING is the reason we will look for other options. Breakfast is great. I would recommend if you don’t mind parking a long distance in the cold at night because they have functions too that can make you walk and still pay for parking.
- 4/5
I was expecting a little more for the price but over all not bad.
- 5/5
The food wasn’t very tasty on the bar.
- 1/5
The hotel room and location was great. There was not any hot water from the evening when I arrived at the hotel, which was about 7:45 p.m., until I left the next day, which around 8:45 a.m. I called the front desk and advised them of the issue after I arrived. The engineer called back a short time later and advised that one of the boilers were "off line" and that it should be back working properly within the hour. Two (2) hours later and there still was no hot water. I was very disappointed about this because it was cold outside and I couldn't take a warm/hot shower to get clean or warm up. This is very unacceptable.
- 5/5
everything was great!!!
- 5/5
Lady at front desk was awesome
- 5/5
Very comfortable and clean
- 5/5
The room was spotless and very comfy!!!
- 4/5
The breakfast was outstanding and the best part of the stay. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. However, for some reason our water was shut off in our room mid shower and that was less than pleasant.
- 5/5
Very responsive staff.
- 5/5
Excellent stay and was well taken care of. Absolutely will be booking again and coming back to stay
- 3/5
Only issue was the the heater couldn't keep up it got a little chilly front desk said nothing they could do about it
- 1/5
We had to switch rooms several times because of cleanliness. I have pictures to show. The manager was awful and showed zero support or interest.
- 5/5
Thank you Cassie for making my stay more pleasant
- 4/5
The room was nice.

- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly. The faxilities were clean and in good repair.
- 5/5
Always my go-to!
- 5/5
Breakfast was great, complimentary drinks 🍸 decent choice. Chill staff that they let kids play in the hallways. Plenty of parking spots. Option to get a omelet for breakfast 😋.
- 4/5
We had problems getting some milk for our little one but they finally were able to find us some .
- 3/5
Needs replacing. n
- 3/5
The staff was excellent, the breakfast was excellent and all in all we enjoyed our stay. The shower was terrible..it was dark and the shower head was way too high and no way to change the water. Overall the colors and decor seemed outdated and aged.
- 5/5
Great place to stay just need a better variety of breakfast
- 5/5
Excellent stay, easy check in, nice amenities, complimentary drinks and breakfast. Very clean!! The surrounding area has excellent dining choices and a huge variety and very easy to access.
- 5/5
Excellent!
- 5/5
The large common area . You could meet other people or just sit and watch . Even with lots going on you don’t feel crowded.
- 5/5
Amazing all around
- 5/5
Rooms were great. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was always good. Staff were helpful and friendly. Close to restaurants.
- 5/5
Great breakfast options
- 5/5
One of the better places we have stayed! Our family of 6 stayed comfortably in their suite! We will be back!
- 3/5
The upkeep of this property could be better. Small issues with mold in the bathroom and unclean bathtub. Other than that, it’s a good place to stay. Staff is nice and the breakfast staff is amazing! Bartenders could use more training. I didn’t like that when you tried to call the front desk, you get an automatic messaging system that didn’t work.
- 5/5
Breakfast was the best experienced so far at the Hilton brand. Property a bit dated but nice, clean, spacious, and well kept. The atrium's sunroof is unique! Wiil certainly stay there again.
- 3/5
Room furniture need to be replaced. Carpet needs to be replaced immediately.. no excuse for that old dirty, torn, and stained filled carpet in the room. Also I reserved a king suite and when I arrived was given a queen. Not happy about that.
- 3/5
Everything was great except no shower curtain
- 5/5
Great buffet full options
- 2/5
I have not traveled in a while but when I did I never had to ask for coffee, soap, clean towels, the bed to be made, clean classes in the room, the ice bucket emptied. Also when I had an issue and called the front desk, I talked to a human being and not some recording. Do you respect me as a human being? if wo treat me like one and not some mass thing that a computer could take care of.
- 3/5
Beds are NOT good
- 5/5
Drinks were good and food
- 5/5
👍👍👍
- 5/5
Beautiful property, friendly staff, fantastic breakfast, and very comfortable accommodations. Would def stay here again id we ever come back this way!
- 3/5
The room was great our only issues was we picked the hotel for the pool and the pool wasn’t good it was extremely cloudy. We talked so someone about it they said to wait and disappear for 30 mins my husband went to the front desk and found the gentleman and he seemed to have forgotten us. He said it was fine but it smelled so strong of chemicals. My nephews eyes are still extremely red and irritated.
- 5/5
Yes & Yes!
- 2/5
Only made the bed one Didn’t replenish the towels like they should have Didn’t refill the coffee and tea dispenser in the room So value for money very low
- 3/5
Close to shops and restaurants a plus
- 5/5
Been staying here for several years. The staff is always very nice and helpful
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 5/5
Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had!
- 4/5
The rug connected to the tile was lifted and “fixed” with tape and it was even peeling. I would think embassy suites could afford a proper repair
- 1/5
I didn’t cancel anything.
- 4/5
No boutique/store to purchase toothpaste etc.
- 5/5
Very laid back atmosphere. Quiet and comfortable suites. Full of amenities.
- 5/5
Hotel was very nice and comfy.
- 5/5
Last minute booking, check-in lady was super sweet and understanding. Whole property was clean and smelt clean. Suite was spacious and clean. A little outdated but you can’t beat the price. Breakfast was great, the lady making the omelettes was a rockstar! Overall very happy with our stay.
- 3/5
The living room’s carpet was sticky and had a medium sticky spot in front of the couch that cleaned up with baby wipes. The floor of the bathroom was also sticky and had not been cleaned as there was hair still around the perimeter. I find that gross and not clean.
- 5/5
Great place to stay excellent breakfast
- 5/5
eve reception & breakfast is always very good
- 4/5
Really accommodating staff. Asked for early check-in and within an hr were in our room. Very friendly.
- 3/5
$16.47 is what you pay for parking one night. Was not mentioned when booking on this site. Which is ridiculous to pay for a total of 13 hours. Overall the hotel was not bad. The only thing in the room was after taking a shower and stepping on carpet barefoot it felt nasty. We didn't stay long to eat breakfast.
- 3/5
Killed two bugs and had to call maintenance to unclog bathroom sink first time we used it. No walk in shower; tub only and harder for older people. Parking was $14.00 per night
- 4/5
All the staff I encountered were very friendly, efficient, and helpful! There was buildup in the bath/shower, water damage on the wall in the sitting area, the sofa was clearly quite old and uncomfortable, and there was dirt/dust buildup in corners.
- 4/5
The property is nice but certainly not what it used to be. AC had a hard time keeping up, especially in the lobby. The breakfast options are nice and the pool was enjoyable but both could use some refreshing. The staff were very nice and professional. Paying for parking is hard to justify since you get nothing for the money(not gated, no security, etc). We might be back but will be more tempted to try somewhere else next time.
- 2/5
Unfortunately during our stay
- 5/5
Front desk staff was extremely welcoming and excellent
- 4/5
Nice for a quick weekend stay.
- 3/5
The workers were very nice ( breakfast staff, front desk, and bartenders)!! I didn’t have a bad experience, the hotel is great, but the rooms can be modernized & updated.
- 2/5
I booked for 6 people, so clearly I would be using the pull out couch. Was the bedding for that in the room anywhere, no, not at all. So we use the phone to call down to ask for it along with some extra pillows... what greets us? An automated system that takes forever to get to a person... nearly an hour later, the bedding shows up and the housekeeper shoves in our hands that, and 3 damp pillows. I hurried up to call her back, tell her these pillows are wet and ask for dry ones. She never returns. So I go downstairs to ask for pillows and am finally given some. Go up, take care of that, lay down in the actual bed, and it is the most uncomfortable bed I have maybe ever slept in..in a hotel, if not ever, than at least the past 10-years for sure. The bed is hard, clearly just springs, no pillow top, and the whole thing bobbles around anytime anyone moves in the bed. I work up several times throughout the night uncomfortable and with my back hurting. I finally gave up sleeping after 6 hours. Got up, went down to ask for a few more towels since there was only 3 in the room for the 6 people I have. I went down to ask for them so I didn't have to use the automated system, and because the system says for faster service go to the front desk. So I make my way down there only to be told that they will be brought to me. I have now been waiting over 20-minutes for towels and they are still not here! So all in all, this has been a terrible stay.
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 5/5
Staff was so friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our original room and the staff was quick to help and move us to a room we really loved.
- 3/5
It was good. Hotel could use an overall upgrade. New Everything!!!!!! We paid for parking and it’s not secured parking.
- 3/5
There was mold on the bathroom walls, The elevator kept breaking down and unusable. Even though I paid for a room they charged me $14 a day for parking.
- 1/5
Rooms were dirty. Carpet was stained and worn. Furniture was tattered. Needs a major renovation.
- 5/5
The staff here was amazing! They continually check I. To make sure your stay is going well! The bed wasn’t that great and there was spilled stuff on the sidewalks that was gross and we kept having to walk around it. However, with so many people there, these types of things happen.
- 5/5
Staff great, breakfast great
- 4/5
In over 900 overnight stays i have never been charged for parking. You are not being honest on price quote upfront.
- 4/5
The room was too cold (-) The location is central to eating, shopping, fun and other amenities
- 3/5
Purchasing through hotels. They gave a total including fees and taxes price. But they charge $14/day for parking in their own property. Both embassy suites and hotels.com were unwilling to rectify this issue as it wasn’t made readily apparent that this fee existed. They hid it within a group of other fees that you had to read the policy to get. I feel this is shady practices as 1) it stated taxes and fees were including in the price, 2) paying for parking is not common at most hotels, 3) it was parking on their own lot, and 4) parking is something most would need and should therefore be told about clearly with the quoted price. I would not have gotten a room at this place had I known this in advance. I will not be staying there in the future and I’m still on the fence whether I will use hotels.com in the future

The made to order omelet, fresh fruit and other breakfast selections were great. The room was nice and clean. The water pressure was a little in my room. Otherwise, it was a great stay! I would recommend.

Love breakfast that was included in our stay. Loved that the hotel was conveniently located near dining and shopping options.

Will never stay there again.

We will never choose to book with Hotels.com NOR will we ever stay at an Embassy Suites property again. We weren't advised that ALL hotel rooms had no A/C. When i called the front desk the 2nd time I was told they had been working on it all day. Temp in the room was 80s. I spoke w Hotel manager who informed me there was no way to determine if the A/C would be fixed that day. So I asked if we left the same day we checked in what refund we'd receive. The answer was NOTHING since we booked through Hotels.com. He suggested I contact Hotels.com. I paid Hotels.com up front for the room but guess what to park the car in an open lot is another $X/night. Hotels.com said they'd refund 5% to me for not being to sleep in a very hot room. Windows don't open. FINGER POINTING going on between HOTELS.com and EMBAASSY SUITES. RESULT, we were screwed. We checked out right away after I laughed at the increased offer of 10%. So, I paid $XXX to stay in a room that DID NOT COME CLOSE TO meeting standards and I was offered X% off when we had to leave the hotel to go elsewhere to sleep. I am DONE with this rip off. I will gladly share my wife's and my experience with my 10,000 followers on Instagram in the hope they too avoid getting screwed by EMBASSY SUITES and HOTELS.COM.

This is the best Embassy Suites we’ve ever stayed at. Top tier!

I love it but the parking need to be free than pay

we had to check out early due to the room next door being so loud the room it self reminds me as I'm in a motel instead of hotel I never has an issue with embassy but this one was a disappointment

Room was quiet. I had a great night sleep

Stayed at the Embassy Suites in Murfreesboro—great spot! The location is super convenient, right by shops and restaurants. Loved the spacious two-room suite, and the free made-to-order breakfast was a huge bonus. The evening reception with snacks and drinks was a nice touch, too. Pool and fitness center were clean and family-friendly. Only downside: some areas could use a little refresh, and housekeeping was hit or miss. Overall, a solid and comfortable stay!

Great staff. Hotel could use some updating

Everything good

But very disappointed in the fact you have to pay to park for the length of stay. Do not care for having to pay up front for this service. I feel in my opinion this is unacceptable.

Geat!

Loved the decor and furniture in the ample size suite, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. I didn't like paying $14.00 for parking because it should be free with hotel room.

Highly professional staff

The welcome from the desk was friendly and efficient. When entering the room, the smell was fresh and the temperature was cool. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean and well stocked with towels. The layout of the suite was comfortable and a retro 70s vibe. There was, however, a black piece of tape where the carpet met the tiled door. It looked like a fast fix to a frayed carpet. I could hear no noise from above or below. I also could not hear any sounds from outside the room. This was a nice stay. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. If I have another family gathering in Murfreesboro, I will book this hotel again.

I like everything about the hotel except the beds are a little lump . Another then that I had a great experience.

Nice stay. Great breakfast. Only downsides my son said the gym needed better equipment and our AC in the premium room wouldn't cool the room down. Premium amenity snacks were not brought to room we had to call and request them and then go pick them up at the desk. Otherwise, we would likely stay again if the price was right .

The staff at front desk were rude when we arrived. Only two elevators worked when we arrived, and only one was working when we left. It was noisy all night in our room. The air conditioning did not work.

Great service provided by the staff, especially Gregory the bartender who was able to accommodate my large party for dinner the first night we got there. Was amazing with everyone and he went above and beyond for us. Greatly appreciate him. The rest of the staff was also friendly and helpful. Hotel was in a great location near lots of restaurants and a walkable area of shops.

Air conditioning didn’t work after calling the maintenance guy. Room never got below 73. 200 bucks a night I would expect more than that
- 5/5
Very nice
- 5/5
The only complaint I have is the hotel seemed close to completely booked up and 2 of the 3 elevators were down making it very long waits to get up and down. When we checked in 2 we're working but the next morning only one was. All the other things the hotel had to offer were amazing, we got drinks at the bar, swam and ate breakfast. Will probably book there again

Clean hotel staffed with competent and friendly people. The complimentary breakfast was substantial. The pool and pool area were spacious. Would highly recommend this property.

I like it

The furniture in the room had some stains in it.

The rooms have a lot of space for my family that includes 2 teenage boys. The breakfast in the morning is also very nice and fills us all up. We stay here every time on our way to and from Florida and have never been disappointed.

Very clean and staff really nice!!

Did like breakfast offerings, they were top notch. Didn’t like the beds, they were old and ready for replacement. Shower didn’t drain and heating/cooling control was absent. This hotel was probably referred to as “opulent” when new. Now, not so much.
- 2/5
Did not have the room available that we reserved.
- 5/5
The customer service was excellent. The heating unit in our room was not working. The engineer was dispatched immediately. When it was determined that it could not be resolved that night, we were upgraded to a bigger one. Great resolution and excellent customer service from the engineer and the front desk agent.

Breakfast is great!

I was one of the victims of a large automobile break in on 2/19/2025. I was under the impression when you charge someone $14.00 dollars a night, there vehicle is either under surveillance or a guard is patrolling the area. This wasn’t the case at all apparently. You gave me back 28 dollars for one vehicle but I(and many other customers) stayed multiple days. You are charging for a service that isn’t there. Of course now I have to deal with the window, time and how much my insurance will go up for something that I had assumed was safe and paid for. Your staff was great with dealing with this and the officer involved. Step up and provide the security we paid for.

Great stay except no one alerted us to pet and parking fees so I got a second bill for about the same cost of the room. I called Hilton and the representative hung up on me when I tried to discuss with her supervisor

This was a great hotel, friendly staff, great breakfast. We'll be staying here any time we are in Murfreesboro.

Very clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was delicious. And it was so convenient for everything I needed and wanted to do during my visit
