Super kind staff at check in. Really made you feel welcomed. Clean, safe and had a nice pool. Would definitely stay again.

I love how secluded the property is but also very close to restaurants and shopping.. I didn’t like having to pay for breakfast as a rewards member.

Nice, quiet and well kept. Very convenient location close to several stores and restaurants. The layout of the bathroom was terrible. There’s no shower door so the shower sprays out onto the floor. The bathroom sink faucet is placed in an awkward position making it difficult to wash your hands.

The bar had great food and the bartender was super kind!

I liked that it was super nice and cozy The pool clearly stated that it had a salt water and heated pool and when the kids and I went it was freezing ice cold. It kinda ruined it. That’s why we chose it in the first place over all ?

Had to change rooms,to much chlorine in swimming pool and the water was cold

It is a bit dated and looks old and in need of some fresh paint in elevator area. I am a bit surprised how much I paid for the room. I thought I had a suite but turns out it was just a double room. I questioned the receptionist but she told be you did not have suites. Crazy to pay almost $300 for a basic room not in a downtown or historic district. Not a great value with no breakfast included. Receptionist at desk was very matter of fact and not very customer service focused. Just you booked this room and can’t change it.

I don’t know what happened to this hotel from a year ago, but it has gone downhill drastically. The rooms seem so unkept, water leaks, it is like the hotel went under different ownership and they stopped taking care of the property. Last time we will stay here. Very disappointed!

Staff was marvelous

Check in was very easy and the staff was very friendly. The lobby was inviting and smelled amazing. Upon entering the room it was very clean and spacious. I could hear the cars pass by on the interstate which was not terrible but never heard and noise from other guests. My complaint would be the bed is absolutely unbearable. It was very hard and uncomfortable. I felt as though I was sleeping on the floor with nice linens and pillows. I spent the majority of the night on the sofa as the bed as awful. Slept in the bed just a couple of hours and paid for it all day as my body was sooo sore from the hard bed. I like a firm bed but this was more like sleeping on concrete. I most like won’t return only because of this and I’m very disappointed as I would love to return and enjoy the serenity this hotel provides.

Room charge plugs wasn’t working. This hotel states that they charge a $10parking fee. When I booked this room on Hotels.com it doesn’t stat this. I won’t be staying at this location for these reasons. Also the thermostat on the wall is broke. It’s just sitting there

They overcharged me, then continued to charge me different amounts for 5 days after check out. The manager refused to return calls and it took over a week for the issue to be fixed. Putting bank account in the negative causing a domino effect. Would never recommend this stay!

The only reason I’ve not given all five stars is because of the bathroom. It was very clean, along with the room. However the faucet on the sink was too small for the sink. Additionally, the shower had very weak pressure. Other than that I’d go back there again in a heartbeat. The staff was wonderful. The food at the bistro (we only ate breakfast) was awesome. And for our trip the convenience was impeccable. I would recommend this hotel, completely.

Property was quiet. I think it’s silly to charge $10 for parking when there were tons of empty spaces. We found a live cricket climbing on my husband at 6:30 in the morning and a large mosquito in the bathroom. Plus an extremely large booger on the wall right by the tv.

Worst hotel stay I have had in 10 years. Do NOT stay here. So noisy made two phone calls to front desk at 11:15 and 12 am to complain about the noise above our room. We had to be up at 4:45 am. We were exhausted in our 17 hour day competing yesterday because of our lack of sleep. I even tried to change rooms and they were sold out. They should have put all the unaccompanied teens from the basketball teams on the ground floor and not above families. We have to be back in the area next month and made sure we do not book this hotel every again.

Everything w as great except the noise from the highway. Super loud at night. The sound machine helped but ither than that was a really good stay. Staff was friendly and prompt. Room was super clean. Upon leaving some of the vehicles had the windows busted in.

The hotel was clean. However, our bed was not as big as a king even though it was supposed to be. The sink was poorly made so water gets all over the counter. Overall comfort was just not matching the high price we paid. As well as the loud highway next to rooms on the back of the building.

The staff at check-in was very helpful and accommodating. Our room-type was not quite ready because we were early. She was able to switch us to a different room-type so that we could drop our stuff then make it to our appointment on time. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

The front desk person was exceptional. Her name is Raven. It was my daughters birthday, and we wanted dining options, and that's exactly what was shared with us. She seemed to know her area well. We chose a wonderful seafood setting, and had a wonderful time. Thanks so much RAVEN. God bless you.

The hotel was nice but did not have some services that were requested at the time of booking. A room with King Bed with sofa was booked but I was put in a room with double beds. Also, a complimentary breakfast was noted at the time of booking but was not available. I actually would not have booked the property.

Typical Marriott Hotel, nothing special. Friendly staff. Room accommodations get poor marks due to uncomfortable sofa chairs, only one chair for a two-person room, no end tables for chairs, poorly placed hand towel bars over electrical outlet and switches, only one luggage rack for a two-person room.

We were are to rest well after a fun night with friends.

Everything excellent except the in room TV volume is at max level if you hook up an Apple TV box with HDMI cable. No way to adjust after trying multiple devices and remotes.

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable.

Also we went to the bar for a drink and we were charged over $35 for two drinks. This did not include the tip. Seems unreasonable for very small marguerita and a white russian. We did not stay here on our way back home.

The stay was exactly what we expected except the pool was not available for use. The staff was friendly and offered the option for us to use the pool of a nearby.

Room was beautiful and very clean. Very modern. Loved the couch. Walk in shower was spacious with plenty of water. Only 2 things that were a pit of the problem because of the design water sprayed out of the shower and the facet in the sink was very attractive but was positioned to close to the sink cause water to run all over the counter.

I was charged again for rooms I already paid in advance for and I was told they couldn't refund it, i would have to contact Orbitz.

Upon check-in, I had to wait for the guy at the front desk to finish texting. In between checking me in, he was continuing checking his phone. It was a bit annoying and I became further aggravated when my room was not clean. In addition, the thermostat was missing so the room was extremely warm. I requested a cleaner room and was given another room; however, that room was not clean either. Neither bathrooms were clean. There was an excessive amount of hair in the showers and all the countertops were not wiped down. Coffee or some type of drink had been spilled on the desk and was not cleaned up. I ended up cleaning the room myself just to avoid issues with the hotel. I’ve stayed here in the past twice before and was satisfied with those stays which is why I selected the hotel again. I’m not sure if there has been a change in management or staffing issues, etc. but my last stay was extremely unpleasant. I won’t stay here again.

Booked this last minute because the first booked hotel was terrible. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice and spacious. We loved the pool area as well. Only complaints was they ran out of towels in the pool area twice during our two night stay. Also the food area was shut down was shut down one morning unexpectedly. Lastly we had a handicapped accessible room and the bathroom area was not very clean. The tub chair and ledge needed a good scrubbing. Overall it was a good experience .

We didnt have any bedding for the pull out couch for my daughter. There wasnt any toilet paper in the room when we got there and the shower had lots of mildew on the curtain and walls

This hotel was spacious and very clean. We stayed here a few days while our house was being viewed and it was the perfect 'home' for a few days. Great service the food and bar are fantastic.

Quick trip to visit college kid. Hotel was clean, quiet and the room was very nice and the bed was super comfortable! Will stay here again when visiting!

There wasn’t anything I really liked

I didnt like that the TV remote did not work, and the staff never operated a remote like the one provided, the staff offered to have maintenance personnel come in when we would not be in the room (THATS NOT HAPPENING) and the tv would auto shut off every two hours. I especially did not like that the bathroom was dirty (hairs in sink and shower, water spigot in sink not even cleaned, brown gunk in each corner of bathroom floor) and that my wife had to clean the floor herself. When shown the dirt, the desk operator stated they were stains but when shown they could be cleaned, she appologized that there was a soccer tournament and the cleaning staff was overwhelmed. I arrived two hours after minimum check in time, and since when does my cleaniness not matter due to a soccer tourney? I did not like that there was zero literature to describe TV operations or WI-FI password.

Great stay. A bit noisy. Our room was on the 4th floor on the side next to I-24 interstate. Overall though it was a great hotel.

Overall it was a nice clean comfortable stay. I wasn’t aware you had to request housekeeping which I soon learned the next day when I returned to the room. I would of assumed in lieu of housekeeping they would give abundance of towels, toiletries, toilet tissue and coffee pods/supplies. Therefore I kept having to ask for these items. Staff was pleasant and friendly! Location is great! Breakfast offered..isn’t a breakfast as it’s coffee only.

Service was good and the room was clean. A little larger than your average hotel room. I always took the square footage in the description. It was a little sparse on furniture. There is a desk area but it's lacking a side table next to the club chair in the room. The biggest drawback in my opinion is that this hotel was built a little too close to the interstate. You can literally see the cars rush by and hear them all night long. I asked for a room that was not facing the interstate but was not given one. However the hotel was not busy at all, so I'm not sure why they could not accommodate that request. Next time, I'll choose a different hotel.

The hotel is next to the freeway therefore, noise may be an issue for those staying in an even numbered room. I was awakened at 5:30 am to the sound of traffic. I requested a room change and was promptly accommodated.
