While the hotel is mostly clean and orderly, has very large rooms and a good free breakfast, the front desk staff were low energy and not always helpful. If you work in hospitality, the goal is to be hospitable. If you are overly shy, quiet and not engaging with patrons, it defeats the purpose of working in hospitality. We had very disruptive guests above who were banging, jumping, moving furniture, slamming things, stomping, etc. long into the night after 11 pm. The Front Desk staff were provided little help or explanation. While I understand you can not help what some guests do, you can enforce quiet hour rules that should be in place after 10 pm.

1 bedroom suite was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very accommodating and we were very pleased with the many selections for breakfast. Will be back!

Very conveniently located near Baldwin Wallace University. Wonderful FREE breakfast with hot foods, cereals, fruits and breads. Friendly staff who have worked there a long time and are willing to help in a variety of situations. Rooms are large and clean! Great hotel!

The kids loved the pool, workout room and free breakfast, which included an array of options, like waffles, sausage, oatmeal, and scrambled eggs. The Location was also a huge asset, with several nearby restaurants, an Aldi’s to help stock the fridge, and two minute drive east to I-71. Overall, the kids said this was the nicest hotel they’d ever stayed at, and as the adult, I can’t disagree. Book it now if you can!

There was NO airport shuttle until mid afternoon! We reserved here because it was stated that there was an airport shuttle. Also no one serviced the room until the second day. Again, for the high price we paid, not acceptable. There were times no one was at the front desk. Anybody can walk in - no security. Terribly disappointed in Marriott!!!.

Excellent hotel to stay at when flying out of Cleveland. The parking lot is very safe, the rooms are comfortable, and the location is close to the airport.
