Second, they overbooked the hotel and were literally turning people away. (how does that even happen?) Do they not know what “reservation” means. Third, an entire traveling high school wrestling team was forced to wait in the lobby for hours before their rooms were ready because they did not have enough housekeeping staff. When the coach confronted the front desk about it the clerk became argumentative. Not what I expected from a Hilton. Please save yourself some misery and stay somewhere else. This hotel needs to go out of business immediately.

Throughout my visit, the elevator was out of service, which required me to carry my luggage to the third floor. Despite informing the front desk of my knee issues, they were unable to provide me with a room on the first floor. Additionally, the room was not properly cleaned and had a strong odor of cigars. I also found that both the hand soap and body soap dispensers were empty. Due to these issues, I do not intend to stay at this hotel again in the future.

All elevators were broken. Room was outdated and stair well smelled of pot.

And the downstairs area smelled old and carpet was very well stained.

The elevators were down. I was not notified until after I arrived. I have an injured knee and could not carry my bags up several flights of stairs. I canceled and had to go elsewhere using an inflated last minute rate.

The elevators weren't working, the pool was closed for maintenance, the restaurant was closed for maintenance, the wifi wasn't working and the TV was glitchy. Very disappointed in the quality of the hotel, especially for a Crowne Plaza.

This hotel was atrocious. I would never stay here. Their pool was closed the indoor pool they had no restaurant they had no breakfast. The elevator was broken. I paid ahead on Hotels.com 500 and something dollar for three nights. They charged me on top of that an extra one 3140 and try to charge 160 before I shut my car down beware

The elevators were broken evening front desk person was rude didn't service the roo. Said we needed to hang something on the door which we didn't receive didn't have anything like that in our room..after walking 3 flights of stairs room key didn't work then when we got in the room were told if we wanted clean towels to come get them ...pool was broken, no breakfast the whole time we were there,was told the cook didn't show up,I was a manager for a Crowne plaza and if the cooks didn't show up we atleast put out coffee and Danish some fruit ,but everytime uli wanted to speak to a manager they weren't there totally unacceptable!!!

Please be aware that the elevators are out of order. They tried to put us on the 3rd floor and my mother is disabled.

The elevator was down and had to carry the luggage up steps. At least I was on the second floor. I felt bad for people that had to climb up to the 3rd to 4th floors. The pool was closed. The bar/ restaurant was closed and no reason given on why.

elevators need to be fixed and look at the walls they had a few stains. They had to be reached with something long but that would have made the feel better
