Hampton Inn & Suites Cleveland-Airport/Middleburg Heights

-the bathroom door in our first room (113) wouldn't latch shut. The door and the frame must have been just slightly misaligned such that the latch couldn't slide into the frame. -one of the towel hooks in the bathroom was loose and eventually fell off -on our 3rd and last night, the toilet stopped flushing because the handle chain broke or slipped off. the desk attendant said maintenance wasn't available (it was Sunday evening) so we had to switch rooms.

I appreciate that it doesn't have a stinky "pumped in" fragrance! It's just clean and cared for!

Room was on the smaller side than I am used to for Hampton Inns … bathroom especially very cramped feeling. Breakfast was their normal eggs sausage potato waffles not a lot of extras like yogurts. Elevator smelled like musty old carpet. Overall good stay just a few things.

Staff was wonderful.

I booked through Expedia and messaged the property twice through Expedia’s messaging- didn’t get an answer. I had to call to clarify if I could check in after midnight.

Hotel was clean and comfortable Staff was friendly and accommodating Location was great for Cleveland attractions Shower was amazing had great water pressure

Breakfast items that should have been hot were just luke warm. Sausage both mornings and no bacon. Second morning was out of orange juice. Room with two queen beds which means there COULD be up to 4 people and there were only 3 sets of bath towels and washcloths. Thankfully there were only two of us.

Clean and safe and comfy. Midnight young man that checked me in was very friendly.

Great hot breakfast with lots of choices for everyone.

The family room in the bathroom did not work. Which is a shower after every swim and it was kind of humid in a room because the fan did not work

Mattress a little to firm. Not enough pillows.
