Miami International Airport Hotel

This hotel staff is not very responsive.

The sheet on the bed did not fit so they left a corner off of it. We were in our room and house keeping just walked in without knocking.

Garbage staff. I would never stay there again.

We absolutely loved our stay we had the junior suite Just after coming back from our honeymoon cruise and we had a great stay nice easy access to our flight home One thing was you couldn't really adjust the air conditioning in the room it ran constantly the whole night Other than that absolutely wonderful

Hotel a little outdated but service in general was good. Would recommend if have an early flight.

The hotel is clean but it is dated, besides the new tv. The rooms date to 30 years ago. The restaurant is poorly looking and food is bland

Hair in the shower says it all

That said, the check-in staff barely spoke a word to me as I struggled to manage my bags, a toddler, and getting my wallet. I actually had to ask if I was at the correct hotel. No one offered to help with my bags, despite the bellman standing nearby with a cart, and when I asked about food they just pointed across the hall at the restaurant in the airport. Not even a “you can get takeout here or dine-in, or check out the other options along the concourse.” The room was clean and quiet which was all we needed, and again - so convenient.

Very convenient for overnight stay, but somewhat dated. It was a little hard to find as the airport doesn’t have clear direction of where it is but we just asked some of the airport staff and they directed us where it was.

The only positive thing about this hotel is its convenience being located at the airport. Aside from that, the hotel felt very dingy and more like a cheap motel. The price is high only because of its location, not because of the quality. The room had an old, unpleasant smell, was dusty, and there was a strange yellow-orange sticky substance on the counter by the bed. The shower water was not draining properly, and there were no warm blankets or extra pillows available in the room. Overall, I would give this hotel 2 stars.

All was good!!

We requested a wake up call. Instead we got multiple wake up calls way earlier than the time we requested. Kind of took away any chance of a short night’s sleep. The clean restroom and high pressure shower was awesome though.
