Nice pool, When I booked it included breakfast but there was no breakfast.

The check in process was confusing as it was completely remote. The room was not in great condition. I was definitely disappointed.

Clean room, Great Hospitality, and Great Shower!!

Place is NOT 4 stars . I’d say 2 at the most . Place is not maintained , lots of broken things , places was very very dirty . Room smelt like cigarettes. And the dust mites are terrible . Like the folks seemed nice but I wouldn’t stay again because it was so dirty

First impressions? Surprisingly good. The lobby, bar, courtyard, pool, and hot tub all looked great. The common areas have that "we're trying to be fancy" energy, and honestly, they pull it off pretty well. The courtyard especially looks like a place where you'd enjoy a drink and pretend you're attending a conference instead of hiding from your responsibilities. Then you get to the elevator. The elevator appears to have survived several presidential administrations and is apparently exempt from the renovation budget. Once upstairs, the hallways continue the adventure. Trash cans seemed to be participating in a long-term storage program, and at one point there was an entire watermelon sitting in a bag outside the elevator. Not a slice. Not a bowl of fruit. A whole watermelon. I still have questions. The room itself wasn't terrible, but evidence of DIY renovation efforts was everywhere. The bathroom caulking looked less like professional craftsmanship and more like someone watched a five-minute YouTube tutorial and said, "I got this." Peeling tub surfaces, cracked areas, and a toilet seat that looked old enough to remember dial-up internet didn't exactly scream luxury. That said, the bed was comfortable, the room was functional, and for a quick ov

Clean room. Professional and helpful staff. Cool pool and hot tub experience.

There were 3 elevators, but only 1 seemed to be working. Also, our bathroom smelled of mildew, and there was a spot in the ceiling that looked like water damage.

Ok hotel. Dirty, 1 elevator worked for the whole building. Don’t try and sleep in cleaning staff slam doors and sounds like someone is trying to break into your room.

Overnight staff manager I believe, very nice gentleman very helpful, front lobby very well kept. Actual rooms were alright, okay for the price, decent for a night stay.

Bathroom was dirty. The dispenser inside the shower were all filled with same liquid, maybe shampoo, maybe soap? Beds were comfortable. It has an eerie/cold feeling because there is no one at the lobby when you arrive because of their keyless self check in vibe.

The staff was amazing. The bed was so uncomfortable my back hurt this morning when I woke up. We were under the impression breakfast was included. It was just available and the prices were ridiculous. The outside was beautiful and well maintained s well as the lobby. I Jocelyn was expecting something much more upset class for the price Bane and looks however once you get into the rooms they ate just as ordinary as maintained inn. Which is where we were going to stay decided to do something more upscale with hot tub.

Awesome! They had a dining area where you can get things whenever, and everything was digital! Super helpful and friendly staff. Def will be staying here again if I pass through Memphis

Loved loved loved the hot tub and pool! Inside looks beautiful and staff was friendly. Also, free parking! What I didn’t know was that they hold $100 extra when you check in but besides that lil sneaker me and my husband had an amazing stay! Loved how the rooms used digital scanning !

Proximity to stores and entertainment. Modern, fun and comfortable environment. Beautiful views. Ample free parking. Indoor & outdoor pool. Difficult to reach staff for assistance. No ice machine on my floor. No microwave. Filter on Water dispensers need to be replaced on a few floors. Elevator floor was always wet and need cleaning. Pool maintenance caused early closure.
