The room was very dirty the toilet head lines going down the front of it. The sink had spray sprayed all over it. The shower was falling. The ceiling was falling. The floor was wet outside the room going into the room the motel smelled like mode on the second floor, third floor. The service was poor. There was prostitution going on in that location, and it was clear that the management knew about it because they were getting in agreement with the people doing the prostitution activities. There was children coming in and out of the motel with people who really didn’t look like they were their parents. It was a lot. I would like my money back and as well as my deposit because i have not gotten it back yet after the employees said i would.

Not a clean hotel for me needs some upgrades & it had a very bad smell & as we was going to look at the room. One of the owners was going up there to spray some smell goods in the room acting like he had the wrong room.Well the jokes on you not my type of hotel.

The amenities for room listed a microwave. There was no microwave and I was told rooms don't include microwaves. The room smelled like smoke although I paid for a non-smoking room. I was told all rooms were nonsmoking. So, why the extra cost.

When I called no one ever picked up.the room was disgusting the chair alone looked as if someone spilled powder or possibly mold on it. I ended up leaving and getting another hotel room . Would not recommend

This hotel is the worst. Stained linen and washcloths. Breakfast was a joke, muffins and cereal and when stuff ran out they did not replace it even if breakfast didnt end for another hour. All sorts of dogs allowed here. The halls were stinky. Rooms were not thoroughly cleaned. Makeup residue on sink that easily came up when I wiped it. Overpriced for this dump.

Elevators call buttons didn't work, The hallways where HOT.. It took 5 or more attempts to get staff to either fix our room key or put us in a different roo.. They did finally put us in a different room.

The room was not cleaned. I made it in around 3 something in the morning the halls smelled of urine, hall carpet stained all the way to the room. The bathroom shower was full of hair. No one came around to clean the rooms. The sheets had burns in them. The smoke detectors were in the draw and not hung up. It was a non smoking room.

The property was fair. The location is not desirable (drifters and homeless). Location was chosen online very last minute. Really needed something fast. Would not recommend for lone women travelers.

I didn't like the check-in fee of a $50 security deposit that has not been refunded. Also didn't like being locked out of my room key didn't work.

The front desk gave me a key to the wrong room and we had to make multiple trips down to the desk until they fixed it. The room we ended up with was absolutely disgusting, with dirty and stained sheets. There was zero breakfast at 6:30 when it was supposed to open. The parking lot was also completely full. Would not recommend.

we were there maybe 9 hours, so it was fine. They had toothpaste, and restocked some of the breakfast when it was nearly empty by the last hour of the prescribed program. It's a budget hotel in Memphis, what you see is what to expect and what you'll get.

For the price, location and staff I would have given 3stars but the room ac stopped working after the second night. There was a terrible smell coming from the hallways. The room was over ran by ladybugs and was not thoroughly cleaned,the dressers were sticky and floor was not clean. The staff was very friendly and courteous. You can tell they have made some improvements if they continue to make improvements I would give them another try.

The hotel outside was nice, the lobby was nice and the room floor was ok but on the way to the elevator was a hott mess, the carpet was horrible and filthy, the elevator looked as if it was in a different building. The curtains were filthy and stained, the headboard of the bed was stained and torn. The toilet was very hard to flush, the bathroom sink drain was stuck closed , the bed sheets had cigarette burns. I had some reaction to the bed. Due to our late arrival we stayed since we had a very early long day but checked out the next morning. I immediately went to get benedryl.

Rooms are good bathrooms are spacious breakfast is very simple housekeeping needs to wash towels more often if using bleach it's the best using little tables that stores sell that way it's very easy to just the amount and not leaving towels with it causing burnt.

We booked a king room advertised as sleeping three people. The couch did not pull out, and there were no extra blankets in the room. When I called the front desk to request one, the night manager immediately told me — very bluntly — that there were “no extra blankets, period.” When I asked how a room sleeping three could lack bedding, he stated they “assume a child under five sleeps in the bed with adults.” Despite selecting 2 adults / 1 child (age 10) with no booking warnings, I was repeatedly told the website was “wrong” and that my reservation choice was “impossible.” When I went to the desk, the night manager was visibly agitated, loudly accused me of being rude, lectured me, and then threatened to evict my family at 3 AM if I did not apologize “properly.” He even threatened to call the police. Another guest who commented was also yelled at. All of this — over a blanket for my child. Additionally, there were dead bugs near the A/C unit, and breakfast was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel. The staff’s behavior was shocking and deeply unprofessional.

Dear Hotels.com Support, I am requesting a refund for my recent booking due to extremely unacceptable conditions. The room had a mouse, the tub was dirty, the phone and hair dryer did not work, and the towels had stains while the sheets had holes. The breakfast was misleading—only light coffee and waffles. The hotel atmosphere was unsafe and not kid-friendly, which forced me to leave a day early during my friend’s wedding trip. This property did not match the description on your website, and the stay failed to meet basic standards. I am requesting a refund for the full stay, or at minimum, the night I could not remain there. Please confirm receipt and next steps.

Room was clean, AC was great (both for cooling and warming), really liked the smell of the shampoo, and the bed was clean and cozy. Husband and I dozed off for 12 hrs! Breakfast selection was a lil limited, but honestly for the price it was all great. Room was missing the iron for the ironing board though, and no hairdryer. There were a few loud individuals at 2am, but they were gone very quick. I suppose it happens in any hotel.

We didnt eat breakfast but the sheets on the bed had some pieces of black stuff on them that we wasn't quite sure what it was. The mattress was a bit firm it felt like I was sleeping on a box spring. And the towels the front desk gave for our 2nd day was extra harsh to use.

The breakfast was minimal to nonexistent BUT the bed OMG was so comfortable you would sleep your entire trip. Kind of hotel perfect for long stays. So breakfast was toast and waffles and juice. No on-site laundry, no in room microwave. Ice machines worked only on 3 of the 5 floors. Rooms are only cleaned on request as well as getting new/clean towels only on request. Next door to Taco Bell, ihop and Popeyes and one corner from an Aldi

For the price rhe place was ok enough. The breakfast coffee and juice tasted bad. The showers ( i stayed in 2 different rooms) both leaked water so the bathroom floor was soaked and into to entry way. Very slippery floors. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. There were a number of different groups of people loitering around the outside of the hotel but on hotel property. Very wierd.

Completely disappointed and disgusted with the hotel! My son and I traveled to Memphis for a college tour and stayed 1 night at this hotel. There were always people lurking at the front door every time we were coming out going from the hotel. The room was dirty - stray hairs in the bathroom, soap scum in the tub, and even a cockroach scurrying in the bathroom. The hotel was not maintained well and appears to have unskilled laborers attempting to do work to "fix" problems - mismatched and poorly fit tiling in bathroom, paint splatter on floors, non-working elevator button just to name a few. The continental breakfast that they supposedly offered included toast, tiny muffins, and dry cereal. There wasn't even milk or coffee available.

Breakfast options for this Sleep Inn not what I expected. They only had make your own waffles, muffins (dry), juices (not good) options for bagels or toast. Didn't like getting wet in my face in order to turn on shower (only 1 way in. Lobby bathrooms ALWAYS locked. Tough communicating with staff that didn't speak English.

This hotel is cheap for a reason. There is a pervasive smell of pot in the elevators and halls. Carpets need cleaned. The downstairs bathrooms are never unlocked. The bathroom in my room was gross.

Very quiet and orderly. Neatly kept grounds and friendly staff. Very family oriented establishment which seems geared to large groups. Mildly surprised how comfortable and quiet it was for the middle of the city.

check in I was in limbo for hours after driving hours for travel. The front desk staff was rude. Walked away while I was talking to him. Expedia called several times to get a refund or resolve with no response. I had to rebook a room after waiting hours with no response at another location and incurred more fees money’s spent. I spoke with 5 different people via chat this morning from 6am until 9:23am To say I’m unhappy is an understatement. My time wasted and disrespected wasn’t a part of my scheduled day. Not sure if I will be a customer any longer.

This was the worse hotel I’ve ever booked ! Elevators did not work ! (Unsafe for the handicap ) which we seen someone get carried up flight of stairs ! False advertising, the pictures on the site and what it was in person were completely different. All the rooms were none smoking but the hallways and room reeked of cigarette smoke. The smoke ditectors were ripped out of the ceiling. People were getting in fights while we were there. The room was dirty.

I enjoyed my stay overall . It was very therapeutic for me. The staff was great and very accommodating. The only issue I had was with pricing online vs me having to have a pay $30 more extra stay vs just charging me what I was charged online which was $52 . Now if I go online now and book? It’ll be $49 right now. I spent a little too much, but overall I enjoyed the stay and would not mind staying again. Even with that one mishap

My stay has been okay. I have been without cable in my last suite room for almost 2 weeks. I was notified by management that the cable connection was down and not working. Thats well after i notified them about me not being able to watch cable. They put me in another room and it was smelling like Marijuana and i admeaditlly notified management. They came up and supposedly sprayed the room but i was still smelling that Marijuana smell in the room. I told the property that the smell was gone but i still smell it in this room. Its not as bad as it was before but i just got back in my room and i can admit the smell must still be in the furniture. I will ask them if they can spray again. Other than that. They have nice rooms and they are fairly clean.

One of the filthiest spaces I have ever encountered . So many stains and bodily fluids that it looked like an FBI forensic lab for dummies. Sheets had been used - bathroom dirty . Wiped down what I could with antibacterial wipes , slept in my clothes on top of the covers with towels. Too dirty to shower there and I left as quickly as I could in the morning. Safer and cleaner to sleep in the car . Dodgy area .

Choices of dinning were close. Banks were a bit of a hike. It's an older building but clean. No strange orders, no unpleasant surprises.

Once settled we all showered and went to bed. When we woke up the next morning, there was water standing in the floor. There was a leak under the bathtub. We called the front desk and advised of this and the need to check the floor under us. So far we have still not heard back from management despite requesting to speak with them.

Honest review here. Decent price, however if you pay with a credit or debt card, there is a 50 dollar charge for an incidental charge. Very dumb way to take your money. You should get it back, but it can take up to 13 days. You cant pay the deposit with cash. The pool was closed if thats something you want to use. The gym was locked by someone on the inside while they were walking on the treadmill. My card didnt get me in. Now for the bedroom itself. No microwave but there was a mini fridge, but it didnt get very cold. There were holes in my top blanket, from wear and tear. The closer you look the dirtier it is. There was only 2 clean towel and the other was on the back of the door, hair and stains on it. The water worked great for me. The pillows will have old faint stains all over them. There will be a few lumpy pillows. There are cracks and wear and tear in the lhallways and elevator. Its dingy but the beds are comfortable. Honestly its only as dirty the closer you look. Breakfast opens at 6:30, so be prepared for a later breakfast. The staff interactions were limited for me, but they were nice enough

I planned to stay 3 nights. I only spend one because we arrived at mid-night. Dirty, Dirty, Dirty. I even didn't use the bathroom because was totally unhealthy. Carpets everywhere (halls and rooms) totally dirty. Broken ice machines even the nightstands with dried liquid remaining from previous guest. Early next day we checked out and take another hotel because it was impossible to stay one more hour. DONT TAKE THIS PLACE BECAUSE WILL BE YOUR WORST EXPERIENCE.

Absolutely disgusting. I understand this was a cheap room but even with that, it was not worth what little we paid. Mold all over the shower and hair from previous guest (I’m assuming). Room smelled of cigarettes even though there was a no smoking sign in the room. Furniture was filthy and the bottom part of the couch had a couch cover on it that was ripped and stained. Room was not clean. Will never stay there again and would recommend a motel 6 over this place.

Bugs in my room

The property was absolutely disgusting. There were smears and dirt on the walls. The doors looked like they had never been cleaned with stains running down them. The floors, chairs, and bed sheets had stains too. I had to change rooms because the first room I went in smelled and was unclean. The second room was not much better, there was mold on the ceiling of the shower and they had put toilet paper in a hole above it as well that was covered in mold too. The people around and in the hotel did not seem very safe either. The staff at the front desk was nice when I offered to move rooms, but the hotel should really not be rated as high as it is.

The whole staff was highly knowledgeable and skilled and very polite. Gteat place to stay.

The staff was friendly and the area isn’t bad at all however the tv in the room didn’t work and when I mentioned it to the staff they stated that no tv in the hotel works and also the bed was kinda smelly and the ac kept turning off. Not worth the price at all.

Smell good

The room appeared to be clean, but when I pulled the sheets off the mattress cover had stains & jewelry from previous guests was left behind under mattress near the head board. Room had a refrigerator but you have to go downstairs to lobby to warm ur food up. There’s also a $50 deposit upon getting there added to ur card. Not sure if I received it back. I asked for more linen & towels, they never brought it or gave it to me at the front desk upon asking for it! No working pool, rooms most definitely should be lesser!

I picked this hotel because of the low price. That was my first mistake. Everything that I needed was not in my room. But the website says different. It does not mentioned that there is a deposit. The carpet was dirty, the ice machine did not work, there was no vending machine but the hotel has a sign stating that it does. Women half naked running around. And men was hanging out. Drug activity everywhere. But one of the owners says something to me about me sitting on a curb while I'm talking on my phone while drug activity was going on. The owners never called the police but kept running them off and they kept coming back. I felt like I stayed at a hoe/drug dealer/trap house. I will never stay again. And, I will not recommend this hell hole to anyone. There's no refrigerator nor a microwave in your room. And the housekeepers did not even bothered cleaning my room at all.

Terrible, unsafe hotel. No smoke detector in room just the wires hanging from ceiling. Gun shots more than once at night. Open drug use & dealings on the property.

There was mold in the shower, bugs on the wall, fake eyelashes in the A/C unit, tears in the sheets, and stains all over the walls and door.

The bathtub was not fit to be showered in. We wore shower shoes. It looked like a bad repair job. The carpet was stained. The linens were “clean” but stained. Graffiti on the elevator. Breakfast was not at all like the photos. There was one kind of cereal and 6 pieces of white bread.

This is one of the worst hotels we’ve ever stayed in. It was dirty and the AC did not work. Elevator had body, fluids and trash inside, and the hallway was the same. Had food thrown about and trash. The room was a no smoking room, but had burn marks all over the carpet, trash under the seat cushions and smelled of weed.

No down button for elevator, furniture outdated, hotel looks old and worn down and a lot of “unsavory” characters lurking around

The owner yelled at his staff in a very abusive manor.

Rugs smelled musty and stained, bathroom curtain kept slipping down the metal ring, walls were dirty

One microwave for the WHOLE HOTEL IN LOBBY, cockroaches seen in the first couple of hours, claimes that there is a breakfast but there isnt one just bread and cereal that gnats are flying over, and juice that is water downed. literally the worst experience ive ever had.

It was awful, the hotel was dirty and the hallways were extra hot and smelt like smoke. Had to change rooms twice and each was faulty.

The entry door to our room didn’t close properly. There was a gap on the bottom and side of the door when closed. You could hear the noise in the hallway and the ice machine. We requested towels after the 2nd and 3rd day and never got it. The carpet was stained and even the trash was never taken out of our room, after 4days. The shower door handle was broken and was never fixed. This was the worst breakfast ever in all my hotel history. Definitely not worth getting up for it and losing sleep.

I booked a two night stay and when we first checked in and got to our room they gave us a dirty room with no tv then I walked back down to the front desk and they gave us a new room and someone was in the room so we when back a second time for a NEW room and they gave us a room with broken furniture and no tv we told them the next day that our tv wasn’t working and they told us someone will come up to fix it and never did

The shower was filthy, burn marks in the sheets, smelled of stale, old cigarettes. It was a very poorly maintained property and I would not recommend it.

Does deserve the price they take, old furniture, poor breakfast, no pool, no gym.

We got what we paid for. It was a 2am pit stop for a short nap and shower. Rooms need to be renovated. Towels were dingy and shower had missing tiles. Graffiti in elevator and on the building.

Toilet paper holder was missing. Shower handle was missing the nut that held top part of handle on. Mini fridge was frozen and wasn’t very cold. One door was unsecured from being broken into. Not the best place to stay.
