Great central little hotel, literally 3 minutes' walk to Matera's main square. Very friendly and helpful staff, quiet location despite its centrality. Good wifi. Free street parking very tricky to find (but available around the hotel) but we found paid for parking round the corner (1 euro/hour from 8am to 8.30pm but free of charge between 8.30pm and 8am). The bed was a bit small but maybe it was because we selected the cheapest type of room they had available. Also, not 100% comfortable, but more than ok for one night.

We were warmly welcomed at the reception, the hotel is clean and well located, close to the old part of Matera. The roof-top terrace is a nice place to relax. Around the hotel you can find parking options in the street for free. All in all a good place for a stay in Matera. No elevator available, the room has everything that's needed but is a bit basic in design and equipment.

Staff was so generous, they came our of hotel to receive us and helped us with luggage and also car park. Nothing to complaint about!

The staff was super welcoming and gave us excellent restaurant recommendations. The room was clean and the location was perfect. The fridge in the room wasn't working well - not cold enough.
