Excellent location! Perfect for traveling with kids No breakfast provided, but there was a great cafe close by so it was no problem.

The position was excellent! A short walk down into the Sassi with an abundance of restaurants and bars nearby. Street parking was easy to find and for a reasonable price I was able to keep my car parked in the same spot on the street for our entire 2 day stay.

The owner Mr. Mirko was very polite... helped us with an early check in. Exceptionally clean rooms. Just 5mins walk to the famous view point Belvedere Luigi Guerricchio detto dei "Tre Archi"

Location is perfect! The owners were so kind:) They lent us a spare key in order to leave our luggage after checking out and before moving to the next city. Totally, our stay in Matera was so comfortable thanks to their apartment. There was nothing in particular. If I'm forced to say, it would be great if there are more chairs.

The room is OK. And not far from the sasi We took two rooms. Only one has private shower and toilet. All others (2-4 rooms has shared toilet and shower, but when we came the other rooms wasn't occupied, so we had privacy). The room is very nice, although it has a few problems like: No kettle to make coffee in the room and no fridge to keep cold bottles. Also, we didn't get shampoo and soap. The balcony is not relevant. It's empty without even chairs and no light (not even a lamp). The guy who met us to give us the keys to the room was very very nice. Still ... we defenetly will not come to this place from another reason: The moment we got to the room we had a problem. We texted the owner but he didn't answer. We can see he read the messages but not answering. Actually, he didn't answer till now !! The guy who open the room tried also but he didn't get answer also from him. We tried through booking and they couldn't get answer from him two days. They wrote us 3 emails that they don't like that also, and they sorry for that. He answered through booking only after two days when it was not relevant for us anymore. Can't be that a place without reservation desk will not be avaliable for the custome's problems !!!

The room was very comfortable, there was even a fireplace! The size of the bathroom was also good, bigger than I'd expect, and we had a small balcony. There's an elevator in the building which is great, and the host was very kind picking us up at the bus station upon our arrival, at night. I'd stay in this place again for sure. Having a small fridge in the room would be nice!
