Location is excellent. Staff are efficient, helpful and friendly. I can’t ask for more My room is on the very top requiring lots of steps. I should have stayed in a lower level room because of my knees

Perfect place; really helpful and friendly staff. Cool unique cave hotel room. Air conditioning was spotty; cave rooms don’t make for great A/C.

Maria was very professional as well as personable. She took care of any questions immediately. The breakfast was outstanding. I was so impressed with the quality and the quantity of choices. The room was very comfortable and well-situated.

That we realized just how out of shape we were. Haha

Wonderful room - in a real cave building! - in a great location in an incredible town. Beautiful view from the terrace. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast of local fare. Guests should note that: Cave room was spacious, and because it's a cave has no windows. Had a little problem with water pressure in the shower once.

The location was great. The Sassi area is full of stairs but luckily Ai Terrazzini doesn't have that many so that makes it easy to carry in your luggage as compared to other lodgings. It is also located right in the heart of the historic district and you are able to easily walk everywhere. The bed wasn't too comfortable for me, but I like really firm mattresses.

The breakfast, which was delicious and varied, was excellent. There was a selection of local cheeses, fresh honey, pastries both sweet and salty, and the fresh fruit was much appreciated. The staff were very kind and helpful with suggesting sites and bites. The room was enormous, comfortable and quiet. The water pressure would occasionally falter in the morning.

The AC did not work and when we mentioned it to the front desk next day, he didn’t seem to care either. He was just like ‘Thank you for letting me know’ when we didn’t sleep the whole night because of this.

Friendly staff, gorgeous views, excellent location! The view from our room was incredible! We highly recommend ordering a spritz at the hotel and enjoying the view from the patio. The hotel also overlooks Via D’Addozio, which was featured in the James Bond movie, No Time To Die :)

The property has great views, double room a bit small, the staff was great alway very helpful. Breakfast had choices. Enjoyed my stay. Wish they had chairs on the upper level to sit. Near rm 6

Breakfast was in a great room. The room was dug into the walls, it was a cave. There was a variety of food at breakfast and the staff would help you get anything you needed. The location of this hotel has you looking out at a great view of the city. Again, I would like to thank all of the staff for their help.

The location was perfect! The window in room 10 gave a very nice view of the church- with a outside patio just a few steps away. The reception was very helpful with parking etc. The breakfast excellent! Good value!
