    Location It take them 1 hour to prepare the rooms after the official check in time at 3:00 pm and all rooms were not equipped with everything which make it no sense for a 5 star hotel

    Lots of little problems with the room and service just kept piling up. We had booked the room for 4 people and when we checked in there was only one double bed made. The fridge wasn’t working, but reception sent a technician, AC was set on heat during a heatwave and technician came again, the bathroom water was running brown one day (due to maintenance issues throughout the property), bathroom plumbing needs an update. But reception were helpful (when they spoke English).

    The guest relations manager tried very hard to make up for the problems we encountered The hotel is in the midst of major construction works On the morning of my journey at 8am I received and email telling me “minor enhancement works” are ongoing. It is anything but minor enhancement. They are building over it. The pool area is dominated by a large metal hoarding screening the works there are two Cranes operating and pneumatic breakers scabbling back concrete making a lot of noise and dust. The dust blows into the pool area and the noise echoes off the metal screen. Our room had a smell of damp owing to the leak from the shower and the wallpaper was peeling. The hotel guest relations manager offered to move us but the alternative was to a room closer to the noise nuisance. We were offered lunch as a gesture and we appreciated this. We discussed this with the GRM as they directed us to and she was excellent. Despite the efforts to try to make it up to us the fundamental issue remains. We did not know about this until I was already at the airport. My flight was delayed otherwise I’d have been in the air at time of receipt of their warning email and it was too late to do anything in any case due to the cancellation/ no show policy. Had we known the works were ongoing we would have stayed elsewhere and the lack of clear communication is the issue. It was suggested that the booking.com listing doesn’t mention this works as it is contained in guest reviews. It is not acceptable to hide honest representation of your current hotel state in guest reviews and claim That for this reason the hotel doesn’t need to make the works clear on their site. In the only comms received the works are also grossly understated - it is anything but minor enhancement works.

    There are very large renovation works ongoing at the front of the hotel which at times are very noisy. We were not made aware of any renovation works that were happening until we arrived.

    Great rooms and bathroom. The lobby is divine. The construction going on was a little annoying. This was not told to us during the booking. The location is great next to the mall with great panorama restaurant and carrefour. The staff were stuck up. I had requested close rooms initially they told us the rooms only one was ready. Once we came back from dinner the rooms were on opposite ends, 15 minute walk. Breakfast was amazing. Outdoor pool area was very clean. Construction. Attitude of check in staff. The indoor pool is very chlorinated.

    I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is excellent and made it easy to get around. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options and great quality. The pool area was also very nice and well maintained, and the service throughout the stay was consistently friendly and professional. I also tried the restaurant and found the food to be good, which was a nice addition to the overall experience. There was some work going on in the reception area during our stay, but it did not affect us or cause any inconvenience. The pillows could be more comfortable, and the bathroom would benefit from some refreshing.

    Nice space and lobby Staff at the front desk are nice but unhelpful, too much noise cause of ongoing construction. Was asked a deposit of 200 dollars for worn bathrobes plus I have to pay for one extra person for each room when I made a mistake booking 2 rooms with double beds for one person , they didn’t want to accommodate even after I explain everything, moldy hallways. Room was ok , no water on the room until I asked for it

    Great location, comfortable rooms. The staff was very kind at the front desk. If you are looking to relax you can do it at the pool but in the evening there was a DJ playing way after 10pm and with a child wanting to sleep, it was loud. There might have been a conference and we just didn’t pick the right date. The food is also not the best at the restaurants.

    It was an Excellent Experience where I enjoyed each and every single detail. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Special Thanks to Mr. Sherif Shoeir, Sokaina who showed exceptional level of Support and professional Hospitality. Amin had the Best Moroccan tea ever mixed with Smily Face that can never be forgotten. Rooms are comfy and clean thanks to room service team. I made extension at the same place where every moment was spent with joy, feeling like a Family. Breakfast and Bakeries were so delicious as well. N/A
