Food not quality,not clean room,not clean swimming pools. Hotel attention to old age client,nothing for kids

Breakfast and location was good I booked a twin room for 2 adults and 1 child. I got given a double bed. I went down and told them this was not acceptable. I got changed to a bedroom with 2 single beds. Very uncomfortable for 3 people. Room had alot of defects such as AC not working, bathroom fan not working, bathroom shelf loose off wall, windows did not lock. Room also did not have no iron or kettle.

The room was cute with a nice windo area and a nice shower and the breakfast was good. The location next to the Palais de Congres was extremely convenient and there are plenty of places nearby to eat. It is walking distance from the medina. It was very noisy with loudspeaker events at the hotel well into the evenings, even past 11 pm. If you need to sleep for busy days this is not your hotel. There were minor but obvious maintenance issues in the room that did not detract from the stay but suggest a lack of attention to detail.

it was an excellent experience. The hotel was very comfortable, well organized, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. A special thank you to Islem from Guest Relations for the warm welcome and great attention to details, Thanks to you the stay felt very personal and well taken care of. And also to Fairouz from the Reservations Department for her efficiency and support, and to Khalid and Anas at the Reception for their professionalism, friendliness, and helpful assistance. I truly enjoyed my short stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing

Lift, Rooms are quite small, toilets, towels, bedsheet, no provision of kettle for tea and coffee machine.

Well, the food is so bad please dont pay the buffet and just walk 5minutes and you have amazing restaurants! Im still waiting for my invoice…. The room is good for 5 people but the waterpark is old and close super early!!!! you want to use after visit marrakesh and they close at 6pm… The staff, the food and the waterpark…. but the good wins the price for worst food i ever tried!
