The Decor No air conditioning in the room they put us in the building next to the pool. All we could hear was children screaming. Kept being asked where we African or Jamaican (highly offensive)! And the waiter Yousef got aggravated that we didn’t understand him. It was nice but I would not stay again.

Everything about this property was top tier- from the welcome we received, the tea at reception, to the treats that were left in our room on arrival. They definitely went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. Just wish we could’ve stayed longer! Nothing - everything was perfect

The heated swimming pool was fantastic for my 4 year-old daughter and me to have some quality time together! The porters was very professional and helpful, the gentleman who took our bags to our room helping to hang our jackets. I liked the fact that this and another of the porters greeted each other like friends in a team. The man serving the tasty Moroccan mint team was also welcoming. Lahcen Abahri was our main contact at the hotel from check-in until departure and made sure that we were comfortable and had all the guidance we needed via Whats App - great service all round! The buffet breakfast was also good, with local dishes and international options. Nothing really. The location is a little far from the good restaurants but it seems the area is being built out quickly around the hotel.

Food (breakfast, lunch and dinner) Hotel Room (spacious, clean, water provided etc.) Staff (couldn't be more friendly and always happy to help) Decor and Design (the hotel is designed very well, some stunning features particularly the entrance on the left up the stairs, pool area very nice also) There was nothing I would say I did not like. I rarely would take the time to write a review but the hotel was for us a 10/10 so there genuinely isn't anything to add here.

Everything was excellent: the room was very clean and comfortable, the facilities were beautiful, and the location was perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and professional. Special thanks to Lahcen ABAHRI for his outstanding service, kindness, and professionalism. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and memorable. His positive attitude truly represents the high quality of this hotel. I felt very welcomed and well taken care of during my entire stay. There was nothing to dislike. Everything was excellent.

Room wasn't clean - especially the tiny balconies. Chairs were dirty and clearly hadn't been cleaned in ages.

The Movenpick hotel has been amazing host from the beginning, Lahcen especially has been extremely welcoming and helpful. We arrived on my wife’s Birthday and the staff helped decorate the room for our arrival the service has been 10/10 I would recommend everyone to stay here if your in Marrakech
