The staff, Kamal and Ghizlane, were very friendly. The location is excellent. Clean room, quiet.

They provide free water only on arrival. The bath towels are too thin or worn out.There"s water leakage in the shower. The shower is too small. I had to change my allocated room since the bed was not comfy

Good location, quality breakfast, friendly staff AC was broken- room was incredibly stuffy. Treadmill needs repair- at running speed it lurched and was dangerous.

Breakfast was okay, though not memorable. Somewhat stale bread items. Good water pressure with hot water. The beds were comfortable. Our first room didn’t have a locking sliding door. We brought it the attention of the staff. Their first solution, was that it would be fixed tomorrow. Since we weren’t staying, we asked them to change rooms. They then tried to fix it. They couldn’t. They said they didn’t have a room, so we asked for a bar to place against the window so it couldn’t be opened. They then, found a room for us. I appreciate we eventually found a safe solution, though I wish it would have been offered the first time, instead of the run around and with an additional hour, leaving a late night for us. We had hotel dinner, and the waiter decided to keep my money and feign he didn’t have change.

Good in general, nice staff, clean, polite, good position, not expensive, really really recommended... In particular, Ghizlane and Kamal were nice :) To close my door I had to push a lot, it needs to be fixed!

I appreciated that there was a small market and several restaurants within walking distance. The air conditioner struggled to cool the room. The fact that it turned off when we took the key to leave the room made it worse.

Cute hotel in a convenient location with a small indoor pool. Staff at reception were very welcoming and efficient. Good value for a stopover. Good wifi, comfortable mattress, good water pressure and hot water. The breakfast crew can get overwhelmed if tourist groups descend on the buffet all at once, otherwise there is everything you need. I was upgraded and enjoyed a large room overlooking the square. Windows are not sound-proof.

The property was ok, but because I was a solo female traveller I asked help from the staff, to help me to find a safe taxi driver and trip to see the culture there. Unfortunately in 4 days I couldn’t see any museum or palace because their taxi driver took me to very strange and poor places. My trip reason was strictly cultural. I was scared and I didn’t feel safe there. I’m I also paid for an attraction to the hotel to go to Atlas Mountin. For four hours no air conditioners and not safe vehicles. Climbing mountain fast not safe shoes (I didn’t know we climb dangerous places. European not use to seat this vehicle. Iam glad I came back safely

As usual, the Tempoo is good value for money. And as a bonus, even though I had to leave very early to catch my flight, the concierge was able to arrange a breakfast for me in the morning, even outside of official breakfast hours. The room had a very strong disinfectant smell. I found it overly aggressive. I had to open the windows to air out the room, even if it was very hot outside. I appreciate the need for cleanliness, but perhaps use a different product?

Location and value for money Breakfast

Five minutes walk from the station, close to Palais de congrès and chamber of commerce. Nice and efficient staff. Several restaurants in the street If you want to go to bed early, ask for a room that does not face news cafe. They are having concerts nearly every night. They do stop, but sometimes only around 23:30.

close to train statuon and easy to walk too. Staff helpful and room was clean and all usuall facilities There is an indoor swimming pool, but it is very small.
