Staff was friendly and helpful when needed.

Very nicely located property, friendly staff and nice and clean. Room was roomy and comfortable with very comfortable mattress. The shower was enjoyable with good shower head and water pressure, as well as a good hot breakfast. Very nice place to stay

The breakfast was definitely a pleasant surprise. The food options was larger than the standard continental breakfast. I was even able to make a Texas shaped waffle which was a nice touch.

Everything was fine as expected except the A/C wasn't working properly. Took until 3 am to cool down. Not good for TX in the summer! When I told the desk upon checking out, only response was they would have it checked out. Really would have been nice not to have a warm room!

I was in a handicap room that had a bath in the main bedroom area. Every time someone in the hotel went to the bathroom, I could hear the water flowing through the drain. It was gross!!! I put a towel over the drain in hopes of not getting germs but I could hear it all night. Gross!

Very clean. The room was exceptionally large and very comfortable. The only issue was the noise from the highway was louder than expected. I recommend requesting a room as far from the highway as possible. Still, I'd stay there again because everything else was fantastic.

The 0300 hours rudely awakened by the carbon monoxide alarm. There was a loud triple chirp, and then it continued to go off every few minutes. The front desk was advised, but they were not able to do anything. We decided to just pack up and leave by 0400 hours. It has great up to that time. The only thing we got from the front desk was sorry for the inconvenience.

The best hotel in Mansfield off of 287.

I was welcomed very nicely. I got to my room. The telephone is not connected. And after I had no internet, I finally called them front desk. She walked me through it to realize that the internet on the property is not very good and as a business owner, I need good internet.I basically had to use my phone internet.The whole night.

I never could connect my laptop to Wifi. I didn't really need it, so I didn't inquire with the staff. But I stay at a lot of hotels, and haven't had an issue before. Other than that, it was great.

Not only did I have a clean room, but also the staff were polite and helpful. Because I stayed for a week, I was delighted to use the laundry machines. The gym is near the indoor pool and laundry room, so I did have an opportunity to use the equipment. It had what I needed to burn calories.

Clean room, great coffee, breakfast has plenty of choices (lots of carbs, some protein, but it's not the best taste imo). We stayed 2 nights, it was very quiet, I had a great sleep.

Visiting Mansfield for work and enjoyed my stay as simple as it can be. Wanting only the essentials of having clean room, shower and comfy bed. The breakfast was good. Location is central to any food shops that are above average, chain or local. Will not hesitate to stay here again if another business is needed.

​Most concerningly, I found what appeared to be blood splattered on the wall near the bathroom. While I was tired enough to get some sleep, the noise and lack of cleanliness were major drawbacks. It was a decent stay overall, but I wouldn't choose this specific room again.

The carpets in the building and in the rooms needs to be cleaned. Our allergies were triggered. The furniture was damaged, and the mattress was stained. There was a scent of mildew in the hallway and in our rooms. Otherwise, the property was clean, and the staff was very courteous and tried to make us as comfortable as possible. The location was very close to the highway and to shopping and dining.

Loved that I could get to WalMart, gas, Chick-fil-A, and a few other fast food places through the parking lot without getting back out on the main road. It is also convenient to the overpass, allowing you to quickly head out in any direction on 287.

The power went out which of course was out of the control of the staff. BUT they should have EXTENDED the breakfast hours since it was NOT available with the outage. This is an amenity that cause me to choose this hotel.

The smell was horrible. Made it difficult to sleep checked out early. It smells like mold and mildew on the second floor.

Great location however with that comes loud road noise. The room smelled of old smoke or musty mildew. We went with a team and most of them said the room smell unclean. However, the rooms and the beds seemed clean and comfortable. They had all the amenities needed and was close to the facility we were gathering at.

I had another great stay at best western, Star greeted me as soon as i entered the building and helped with my needs. breakfast was good and a easy check out too

It was good. The only thing i would point out the hot tub was set to high it was really hot,and the tile in the pool up above the water really needs a good cleaning. Everything else was very good.

The coffee bar in the room protrudes into the room. It is to big for the location. The bathroom lighting is terrible.The room and furnishings look old and worn. The front desk staff was friendly and attentive. The cleaning staff apparently speak no English.

Hotel has a bad smell. All the way through even the towels and sheets has an odor. Only thing good to say about them is the shower has good pressure and the tv had decent channels.

Wish there had been more to eat at breakfast. Eggs, sausage, biscuits, potatoes, and waffles were out. Had a few options for toast and yogurt. Kids left hungry.

The front desk agent was so friendly and welcoming. My room was pretty clean, though there was some toothpaste splatters on the bathroom door. The bed was super comfortable, so much so I hit snooze on my alarm.

Felt safe leaving for work at 3am each morning. Room was clean. Shower/tub was clean, which was a big deal since staying at La Quinta week before. Their tub was gross.

My first time to stay at a best western and now it will be on my list of places to stay. The price point is excellent, it was clean and quiet. Breakfast had a variety of choices and available for early risers. The coffee was superb.

Noisy and incidental fee is over priced. Nicer hotels don’t charge like that…especially for a half of day visit.

The staff was great and the lobby smelled great and everything was clean but the hallways and rooms smelt a little musty. The curtains in the room blocked the air flow from the air unit so we used shoes to keep them pushed back. The walls are super thin, we could hear the people above us using the restroom....Also the noise from outside was bothersome constant noise from trucks that were delivering to the store behind us so little sleep it was. The hot tub was also broken which was a bummer because we were looking forward to it from a long day of travel.

This is a nice hotel. It is conveniently located near a Walmart, lots of food places, and the highway. So, it’s easy to locate and easy to find, most of the things you need while traveling.

The lobby of the hotel was nice and seemed to be recently renovated. The lobby also had a nice smelling scent. The hotel room was just average. Not enough towels were supplied and there were no linens for the sofabed.
