We had a nice stay in Mansfield. The accommodations were good. Location was great for what we visited for. Many places to eat and shopping very close. Within a reasonable distance from Fort Worth.

This was in use for an impromptu trip to Texas and it did not disappoint. This location provided me four nights of a very accommodating stay to include breakfast and a quiet corridor. I appreciate all of the handicapped accessibility that the property provided. Will seek out this Property again for future travels.

Great area and nice building location. Check in was easy and room was comfortable. Shower/tub had great water pressure and was very clean. Breakfast was good and had some variety. Loved that it was so close to HEB and lots of restaurants. We would love to come back and stay again.

The location was pretty good, it was easy to park. I did not partake in the breakfast or any of the facilities (too cold for pool). The beds were so uncomfortable, as were the pillows. I had to call down to the front desk immediately because there was no toilet paper to be found. The brought us one roll. Then later, I had to call down for an additional blanket because unfortunately my daughter got really sick. They front desk told me to come get it so I had to leave my sick daughter a bit to run down and get it. Finally, after a bad day, we just wanted to watch a specific show on the TV. However, the TV didn't work. Another call to the front desk and they sent someone up who tried to reset the analog. That didn't work so I had to call AGAIN and he came back up to try and fix it. (mind you, we were trying to relax but had to get up and get decently dressed to let him in our room). He couldn't fix it yet again so ran down to get a new cable. Then he reset the analog again. At that point I told him to just forget it. At this price point I was at least expecting a working TV. Also, I would have had my ill daughter take a bath, but it was not the most clean place I've encountered.

Just an average place. There was typical Oklahoma thunderstorm during our stay and half of the building loss power. If the room had power, the bathroom didn’t. If the bathroom had power, the room didn’t (no air conditioning). The hotel was indifferent about the experience because it’s “weather related”. The price charged for 3 star average hotel is crazy in this area. Would recommend going a few minutes further out to a better hotel for less money.

My truck didn’t get stolen out of the parking lot this time so i guess that’s good.

On top of that the vending machine wouldn’t give us the we paid for and we were told to call the company directly for a refund or for them to open the machine to get the product out, but it’s like a 10 minute wait…. Pay a little more and go next door.

We ended up using the stairs because we didn’t trust the elevator, and the stairs haven’t been cleaned in a long time. The hotel room was not up to par. The shower’s water pressure was incredibly low. Even with the AC cranked up all the way the room was hot. The AC unit is constantly blocked by the curtains so it’s probably a design flaw. Very old TV, sheets didn’t look very clean, and the pillows were incredibly flat and had no cushion on them. For over 100 dollars for one night, I felt like I got ripped off.

In town for a swim meet and all the other nearby hotels were full, so we went with Comfort. We left after 3 days very happy. The room was clean, the staff was so nice and let us check in early and check out late to accommodate my swimmer’s schedule. Everything was clean and comfortable. We loved that juice and good tasting water were available anytime for our swimmers to grab (or fill water bottles). The room refrigerator was very cold for our snacks, the microwave worked and was clean. Overall a pleasant experience.

My stay at the Comfort Inn & Suites was pleasant. The hotel was clean and very quiet, and my room was neat and dust-free. The only issue I noticed was that the bathroom didn’t have a place to hang bath towels. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, the coffee was excellent, and the dining area was spotless and well organized. I will return.

Staff was especially accommodating in getting us in 2 hours early on our check in. Very helpful as we were attending our grandson’s funeral, and we were wanting to spend as much time as possible before the service. This early check in allowed us that. (Thank you Melissa)

The front desk staff were very kind and most of them were knowledgeable and professional. The location is fantastic and close to many great restaurants and shopping areas. But to be called the Comfort Inn, there should be a few more creature comforts, such as: better key cards that don’t desensitize at a moment’s notice, body wash and hanging racks/hooks/bars in the bathroom, a sitting chair in the bedroom, thicker walls (we heard all of our neighbors music at 11p!), and breakfast with healthier options. We’ll be looking for comfort elsewhere in the future.

Was surprisingly quiet for being next to the highway. Stayed at the one in El Paso and it’s so hard to sleep because they didn’t sound proof the rooms. It’s so loud being next to I-10

The toilet tank did not fill. We had to take lid off to fix so toilet would fill to flush. I asked for towels and they took my towels and left me without. Very noisy! Thin walls. Plumber came and said nothing wrong with toilet. It worked a few more times and then broke again.

Great location, we were there for my daughter who was giving birth, the hotel was not to far from the hospital and HEB and several restaurants are nearby. The hotel did have a weird smell in the hallways and restrooms needed updated but other then that it was good for the price.

First and foremost, I would like to thank comfort inn and suite of Mansfield TX for being very understanding of the situation. Flight got canceled cuz of winter storm and by the time I was notified my window to make changes had laps already but they were able to accommodate me with no extra charge. The check-in was a breeze and the hotel is clean and in a safe and nice area. Thank you so much

The room was very clean, and the price was very good. The room blackout curtains didn't quite close easily to keep out light. The breakfast was acceptable, but not among the best hotel breakfasts I've had. My room faced the highway, and got noise from there. All in all, I would stay there again when I return to the DFW area.

We have always stayed at comfort suites but after Mansfield we will definitely not do so again. Everything was crap. Bed hard as a rock,breakfast horrible. Rust on all fire equipment. Just not what we have come to expect. Especially when we could have stayed somewhere else for half the price and probably enjoyed it more. Tried to talk to management and were treated like trash. Was told no management available. Go figure. So yea. No more comfort suites.

I enjoyed the peace and quiet. The staff does not bother you. I just like the environment the the facility has.

We chose this because we have had great experiences with the hotels in the choice hotels line but this was embarrassing. It showed that there was no care about the state of this hotel. If you just need a night to lay your head and leave that’s all. Anything more please book another hotel. Location is fantastic. There’s a Walmart and H-E-B within 3-6 minute drive. It was also close to the event we came in for. Parking was available. Walls are thin but I didn’t mind the noise from the children in the rooms next to us. The bed was comfortable.This is a poorly maintained hotel. Definitely won’t be trying this again.

Property was chosen based on convenience! Hotel room was nice and clean. However, once we stepped outside our room, into the hall we smelled nothing but weed. We usually don’t care but the smell was so strong and we had our child with us.

You don't realize how much you appreciate God water pressure in a hotel until you find one that has great pressure. This one does! The room was good and amenities were on par with other hotels around it. A good price and a better value than most in the area.

The toilet was clogged the first night and the front desk gave us a plunger to unclog it ourselves.

Some guests in other rooms of the 3rd floor were reeking the smell of marijuana. The whole floor hallway smelled. I also walked past a car that smelled really strong of it as well.

Great Time

The property was close to my wedding venue and i was able to get a good nights rest. The staff were efficient and friendly.

The hotel was older but very well kept up. The breakfast was ok. We had a little bit of trouble with the air conditioner but figured it out, and it did fine. We were there to be close to our granddaughter's homecoming football game. Had a very pleasant time.

To be fair, we did not request room service, but the receptionist didn’t seem overly concerned since “we have a strict no smoking policy” seemed to be her best line of defense.
