Clean quiet room, beds were comfortable, enough pillows and towels and breakfast was fresh.

Had an issue with the AC unit. Staff was on top of it. Could not be fixed and moved me into a new room quickly. Very friendly staff. Both my first room and then the second room were clean. Breakfast was great. Great stay again!! : )-

The manager Tamara was so kind. She was so helpful with any requests I had. The other staff members were also courteous and always said hello. The rooms were very clean. The air conditioning in the rooms stayed consistent and kept the room cool from the hot summer hot. The breakfast was delicious and always on time.

A strong mildew odor usually indicates a hidden moisture problem, trapped spores, or deep root growth (hyphae) in porous materials. I couldn't sleep i had to spray cologne to kill the odor..

Breakfast was great as usual. There was some clenliness issues in 200. Corners in the bathroom needed cleaned better and some repair. Also the beginnings of mold on the lampshade of the corner lamp.

What was advertised was not there. The gym wasn't full of equipment it had a treadmill and a bike that was it. There was no hot tub with the pool. Our room had the Jacuzzi tub which was nice.but whoever laid the tile and caulk did a horrible job. It was all separating from the walls. The elevator also didn't have an inspection label on the inside of the elevator. So who knows how long it's been since it was last inspected. That right there was a big red flag. There was a bit of trash here and there but thats to be expected when there are kids in the hotel. Other than that it was nice. But not worth the $200 a night for the room. Where we live it's half that for much nicer rooms.

Front desk was not very friendly, looked more put out that we were checking in. Lobby and elevators were clean. Room appeared clean when we walked in but with odd smell.

I would like to shout out the breakfast attendant. I didn't get her name. She is hispanic and she was the best and most nice person.

The ac was cold. I've been charged twice. I paid through the Booking app and the hotel charged me as well. The hotel lady that checked me in took my credit card information and told me I would not be charged since I had already paid through Booking. She said she needed a credit card on file as part of policy.

Staff was wonderful. No water pressure and there was a lot of garbage outside as well as homeless family staying in there cars in the parking lot.

There is no hot tub it has been filled in. And the indoor pool is not heated. I was not able to get a refund to be able to switch hotels. This is a very inaccurate description of this hotel.

The hot tub that they advertise is currently filled in with cement and they had the pool closed because they claimed it was too cold for use. Now when I was checked in my card was charged for the full amount, 2 days later more money was taken as a “processing fee” of $463 when the stay was paid for and I was told that the money should have returned the man at the desk did something when checking me in to cause the money to be taken. I was given a break down and it was charging me day by day after it was paid. While I was at the front desk $316 was then taken ontop of the $463, the manager was able to refund it then and there. We added a new card so no more money was taken and their system tried to take the $316 back. I was out of state hours from home without funds to get back. Safe to say I will not be trusting this location with any money in the future and will be going to a different hotel for my next stay.

This hotel was located in a commercial area, close to the freeway and near restaurants, stores and gas stations. One of the issues I had was the quality and quantity of the breakfast was very minimum. The breakfast selection was very small. No orange juice, no bacon, hashbrowns or country potatoes. The eggs tasted weird. They were very puffy.

I think the eggs were powdered eggs. No gravy for the biscuits. I've never seen that before in a continitial breakfast invironment. Only decent breakfast item was the waffle.

As a stay ? Immaculate. Amenities? …. Not worth the price. They just sealed the jacuzzi up in the pool area. The gym is as basic as it comes. No weights no towels no upgrades.

It was a great stay very peaceful perfect location for places to eat.

Our room door had to be slammed in order for the lock to latch. The workout room could use some better equipment. The hot tub wasn’t accessible and the rooms could use a chair or small couch looks like it was missing furniture. Overall not bad! We were there for a basketball tournament.

Dangerous light fixtures, cheap toilet paper, no hooks for towels in bathroom, the queen sized beds were not queen size, the snack nook had 5% stock in it… nothing earth shattering but very sub-par to other La Quintas we have stayed in.

Freezer was broken and they gave me a brand new out of the box refrigerator, however there was no freezer in the new appliance.

Walked into our room and it instantly smelt of weed. Called the front office to ask for another room and they wouldn’t accommodate. Said they know it’s a neighboring room. My 6 year old child and husband who is a cop now has to stay in a room that I never would have booked, had I known this!

So nice i decided to stay twice... actually just extended my stay. Room was clean beds comfy. Above the shower had water damage, but disnt look to be actively leaking.

Furniture isnt in great shape. Carpet isnt in great shape. Bedding and towels clean but furniture hasnt been cleaned in a while. It was noticable enough that i felt i had to clean it. Took a face towel and wiped down the fridge cabinet, desk and bathroom vanity and it left the towel pretty dirty. These rooms need updates and actual cleaning, not just laundry. The stay wasnt bad though. Quiet and simple

please expedia, never offer this hotel again. My room wasnt nice, the carpet on the floor is horrible. the indoor pool wasnt nice at all. PLUS THE WATER WAS COLD AS ICE. the hot tub was broken. and only 2 equipment in the workout room. and they were very out dated equipment.

Got checked into a room that was occupied already. Got another with a muggy feel. Pillows were not comfortable. Power went out in the building while getting ready the next morning. Never staying there again.

The room was not cleaned, bed sheets were stained, there was hair all over the bed and bathrooms. Make up stains on and around the door knobs. Front desk staff wasn't helpful, told me to get a refund and go find another hotel since they were out of similar rooms and I did not book directly on their website. I had to wait for cleaning staff to go back and clean and change bedsheets, vacuum etc. This of course made me late for the occasion I came to attend.

Within 5 minutes of laying down my husband started to feel itchy and we found bed bugs. We immediately had to gather our things and leave.

Breakfast was the same every morning. The sausages were always burnt. La quinta in Burleson changed the breakfast menu every day, and the staff in Burleson were very nice compared to the staff in Mansfield. We will stay in Burleson's La Quinta next time we visit in the area.

I have stayed here before with a group of soccer teammates. This time however multiple people had issues. For starters, the elevator was not working in a 4 floor hotel. They did call me before hand to let me know, which was considerate, however it was 30 minutes before check in and we did not have ample resources to rebook. Water pressure was bad, and hot water ran out. One of our rooms had no A/C, and they were fully booked and could make no accommodations. We had this hotel booked for our future travel dates but will cancel and book elsewhere.

The apperance was nice from the outside the room air was muggy, the air conditioner did not work at night, the pool did not work for first 2 days of trip as i call days before trip to confirm pool was working when we arrived sign was posted pool not open. Then when they finally opened the pool the spa pool was not working. Not to mention my mom had room 211 and found 4 roaches. Need i say more.

We enjoyed a short stay and it was pretty good. It was comfortable and convenient

Hotel room was super dirty. Hair on the toilets, bed, dirt and crumbs of whatnot all over the air ventilator, sticky stuff splashed all over the wall (cleaned it up myself) room smelled musky. Honestly, Super dissatisfied with the cleanliness and probably won’t be back. Was looking for somewhere to stay every other weekend consistently for work travel and unfortunately passing this hotel up.

My stay was so much better than the reviews. All of the staff was just down to earth and most importantly the customer care was amazing, I would definitely recommend this location. Very convenient.

At first, hotel appears clean and updated. As you stare closer, you notice all the dirt or broken pieces. We get to our room. Nice size king suite with a big couch. One of the wall lights was falling off the wall, the curtains wouldn’t fully close as it was broken at the top. The bathtub looked stained from dirt not being cleaned right; plus someone had dropped some type of blue paint can in there and the stain remained. We tried to just ignore that until a small cockroach crawled across our table, while my daughter was drying her hair. I don’t pay to stay where cockroaches stay. Especially at a well known name brand hotel. I told the downstairs person, who was extremely empathetic but limited in what she could offer for solutions. My kids and I left as we’d rather spend the night without water than sleep in dirty room with bugs. The lady called me while I was on my way, stating that she had escalated with the manager who stated all they could do is switch our room. Why would I take another room that could have cockroaches and broken pieces?

The outside of the hotel looks great!! Updated. The rooms have probably never been updated. Beds still seemed clean so it wasn’t a total wash but I wouldn’t pick the location again. Staff was nice. Breakfast was about as basic as it gets.

Overall stay was nice. Advertised cribs and infant beds however do not have them which put us in a bind with two kids under 2

This is not a fancy place, but it does well with what it has. The breakfast was the same every morning, but it was plentiful and kept stocked. The room service was great - we got clean towels every day and the trash was emptied, which is more than usual these days. We will probably be there again, as it is just down the road from our daughter and convenient for a private space to get away from everyone!!

We stayed here many times and this time it was very run down. Our room was next to a room with a barking dog. They moved us across the hall and they were no where near full. Agent was nice about it. Breakfast was very poor as well.

Swimming pool

There was mold on the shower. I had to ask for a new room. When I get to the new room it was also mold in the bathroom. So they changed my room a third time and it was a little better. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned. It took them about 5 hours to come clean my room. I had to go to the front desk twice.

The sheets had blood on them. We were awoken by the fire alarm at 3:30 am, could not return to the room until around 4:15 am and was still expected to be out by check out time of 11 am

Friendly staff, Quiet, Ease of checkout

Only 1 towel hook on back of door, not easily accessible. Toilet paper roll holder mounted on the wall behind you. All minor things but would have made more convenient. Other than that everything was perfect.

Pool was old. The so called gym was a treadmill and a bike,nothing else. It also stunk. Rooms were worn and needed repair on the furniture and walls. Breakfast was very average.

The breakfast needs to have more variety or better choices. Maybe gravy for biscuits and better sausage. But all in all it was a great stay.

Excellent location! Several good dining options within walking distance. Carpets were dirty, bed skirts were stained and dirty. This place needs an overhaul. Very outdated, no decor in the room. Needs TLC.
