Most of the staff were very friendly and breakfast was great. I loved the automatic pancake maker. The rooms were clean and I loved the Dove shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We had a king size bed but it was very hard and uncomfortable but our last night we slept on a queen bed and it was much more comfortable. We were asked to not log into our own streaming services so we just watched the satellite channels available until the storm came in the evening. After that the satellite wasn’t working so we couldn’t finish watching the movie we started. Also the hot tub was barely warm. Over all our stay was pretty good and I would recommend for a short stay.

The building and rooms are pretty run down. The pool room had a weird smell and the hot tub was luke warm. For the price, it definitely disappointed.

Hotel staff is rude. First they charged my card $25 incidental fees before I even stepped foot on the property… hours before check-in. Then when I checked in they charged me $25 per day for incidentals so if you are staying multiple days be prepared to be charged separate $25 incidentals fee for each and every single day you stay. They don’t tell you about the daily incidentals fee they just charge it to your card - then they get mad and are rude when you ask why you’re being charged. They also retain the fees they didnt tell you they were charging you for 3-5 business days after you check out. Management does not respond to questions or complaints and will not speak with customers. Staff is rude and corporate customer service passes the buck back to the hotel but management doesn’t speak to customers.: Breakfast is mostly carbs and poorly prepared watery eggs and watery gravy. There were crumbs around the cabinet in our room, trash in the bed. The TVs take 2 remotes, one to turn it in and operate the sound, the 2nd one to change the channel. The hot tub was murky and poorly maintained. IGH and Holiday Inn do not care and do nothing to resolve any issues that arrive.

The coffee is the best. The hot food wasn't very good. I did like the cinnamon roll and apple juice. I wanted some oatmeal but it had a lot of water in it. My room was next to the elevator and ice machine. I was awakened by drunk kids messing around at the elevator.

The property was ok. There was rust on the door frame in our bathroom and room. The late staff were very rude. Elevator broke had to walk three flights of stairs 4 times because the staff forgot to turn the elevator back on and rolled her eyes and got mad when we ask her about it.

Who doesn't like fluffy eggs, juicy sausage and bacon, biscuits, gravy, bagels and toast? They also have cereal if you're into that. The pancake machine was broken, but I had more than enough to fill up on. I would stay again just for breakfast. The pool and hot tub combo were nice as well. For the money, you get bang for your buck.

Holiday Inn Express has taken the coffee pots out of all rooms. I don’t want to have to get dressed to go down for my first cup of coffee. I like having the coffee in my room. Won’t stay here again.

Front desk was super helpful. The only criticism was the shower in our room had a terrible leak up by the shower head which caused water to pour down the wall.

My bed was rock hard, the tv was difficult to operate, one remote to turn it on, the dish remote receiver had fallen behind the dresser because the "glue" they used was cheap. Trim around the bathroom door was coming off. No closer on the door. No spoon or stir stick for the coffee in the room.

Our stay was good. The breakfast was good and had good variety. The pool was nice and seemed clean. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and helpful. The room was mostly clean needed a little more attention in certain areas but not much. The beds were not the best but not the worst.

The cleanliness of the pool looked better from pictures I’ve seen which is what i was most worried about but it was fine. We rested well, had something to watch on the tv, there’s restaurants and shopping less than 20 minutes away. The breakfast was very good a lot of options and it was free buffet style.

Would def stay here over and over. Property was clean, get safe, near all the essential shopping, nice staff. I loved the little bit of highway noise bc I didn’t have to use a sound machine to sleep. My only complaint which is completely minimal is the hot tub was not hot lol. But pool and hot tub was clean and hotel room priced appropriately.

Other than Rene (delightful evening shift clerk) we did not find helpful or friendly staff Our first night my wife went to front desk to get a clean set of sheets as the main bed had crazy amount of dried blood (not just blood stains). Our adult sons were traveling with us one sleeping in the Queen bed the other trying (unsuccessfully) to sleep in the the sofa bed. Sofa bed was TERRIBLE-like a thin comforter laying over the springs. We tried inserting the sofa cushions under the mattress with minimal relief. Unfortunately we had booked this hotel for 2 nights because of its excellent location. Great area but would recommend one finds another hotel in the area.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The first night we only had 2 bath towels and one wash clothe. Requested more towels the next day but didn't get them. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Place looks nice. Rented a studio room. Room had a armoire for clothes but cost had no rod or shelf. Stains looks like mold. Couldn't use heat, due to the nauseous gases that emulated when heat were on. Had to grab extra blankets to stay warm at night

The room was clean and spacious. The front desk worker was very friendly and helpful. However, the walls and flooring are paper thin. I could not sleep because the person in the room above mine was pacing about at all hours, each time causung the ceiling to crack with loud floor noard noises. Also, the freeway noise was unbearable. They need to use thicker windows. Just way too loud all around! Poor building design/construction. Not the nice staff members' fault.

The rooms are VERY large ... hotel right off the road but never heard any car/truck noise ... tons of places nearby to eat ... beds are comfortable and water pressure is intense ... plenty of parking -- seemed to be in a safe part of town ... tons of stores nearby to include Walmart

We were very happy to have a 'toasty' room when the weather was below zero. When the weather turned, we realized the AC was not working. We were transferred to an upgraded room. The staff could not have been more friendly and helpful.

We stayed in rm 229 for the week of Thanksgiving. Although the rooms looked clean and good, the bathroom was a completely different story. The toilet was NOT secured to the ground. There was mold above the shower, and when we drew back the shower curtain, a dirty washcloth fell from the curtain loops. Also, there was a dirty washcloth with what looked like Taki crumbs everywhere in the closet space in the king bed room. Also, the pool needs to be heated during winter hours or close the pool. No sense in having kids come out with purple lips. The hot tub smelled like feet and was a greenish orangish color.

Prior to booking I spoke with someone and she assured me that I could do early checkin. I arrived to checkin at 11am and was told no rooms where available and housekeeping haven’t even started working. I ride around the city for 3 hours and go back at 2pm and were told they still didn’t have rooms available. I go back at 2:30 as I’m waiting in the lobby two ladies arrive and checkin with zero issues. I really feel like Karen just didn’t want me to check in early which is fine but don’t make up lies about not having any rooms just tell me I have to wait until 3…we were drained riding around and coming back trying to check in. I was impressed with the rooms cleanliness but the beds are terrible and there was a huge dent in the middle of the bed. I will not be staying here again. Breakfast was not good.

This hotel was a great location for our needs. There was shopping, plenty of restaurants and the area was customer friendly. Our room was comfortable and spectacular.

In addition to that, an entire 5-7 room party was booked from the stairwell entrance up the hall toward the elevator. They spent the entire time having their doors open, blasting music, running and walking loudly up and down the hall and using unusually loud voices given the shared environment. I think it was likely for the graduation weekend but the disturbance in the hallway caused a ripple effect of discomfort for guests both human and animal.

The only negitive was the elevators were out of service and we were on the 3rd floorThe front deck was exceptional and friendly upon check in.
