Hyatt Place Louisville East

We tend to stay at Hyatt Place locations and this one was just ok. Room was a little musty smelling. The bathroom was extremely small.

Your staff was very professional. The amenities were great and the staff kept everything very clean. Its appreciated.

Nice area if you’re doing business outside of Louisville – convenient that it’s right next to a mall which gives both grocery and restaurant options. The staff were extremely friendly and I’ve stayed here on three occasions for work.

Nothing special , did not expect such product from hyatt Night staff is rude. Very unwelcoming demeanor. Just for simple questions he was giving very arrogant answer . Room has space for big sofa but that itself make eveything smaller . No room for a person in bathroom . Bed is so close to ac . Bathroom is small and dark . No microwave etc . Even charging a bottle of water with premium room price

Huge blood or other bodily fluid stain on one of the bed mattresses. Sink drain stop not connected. Box of supposed new soap was wet when opened and likely used. Closet door glass was cracked. Large discoloration on the ceiling of peeling paint area from a past roof leak. Peeling paint on the bathroom ceiling. Bathroom is tiny and the door has to be forced past the toilet because it’s too close. Other than that the staff was nice. Property was clean. Breakfast was good. Was only able to stay one of two booked nights due to our schedule. Would like a refund but probably not likely.

Ambient The previous occupants left used sanitary towel & paper and we came and met them in the bin even when we were informed the room was clean. This was horrifying for us. When we asked for them irritating items to be removed from our room the front desk lady simply said we should take the bin out ourselves.

Great breakfast! Property is nicely located in the center of east Louisville.

The bathroom was very small. So much so that one could not stand in front of toilet and.close the bathroom door. One had to step into shower stall to accomplish this task. Comfortable bed and space other than that. Of you can live with leaving the bathroom door open while others lay some log it's perfect

Staff was so nice and attentive. They let us check out an hour later. Very clean rooms.
