I know this isn’t something that can be fixed… but the place was overrun with kids for a baseball tournament. We couldn’t get in the pool or hot tub at all. And there was very little adult supervision for the kids that were there… most looked under the age of 10. We also had kids running the halls knocking on doors late at night… I called the front desk to let them know.. it happened 3 times on my door. When we went to the door to see who was knocking, no one was there. The front desk person did come up to our hallway, but if they found out who it was, we never heard anymore. They could use more tables and chairs for handicapped people at breakfast and the kickback. My mother was staying with me and she can’t use the high top tables and chairs. Need more handicap parking at the entrances.

Our stay was great. My children loved the pool, and it was great not only receive complimentary breakfast but also dinner as well.

This is one of the best places to stay at. clean rooms, very comfortable beds, free breakfast and dinner and the food choices are great!

We stayed at drury in Lafayette indiana it was why we decided to stay at your facility. Disappointed in louisville the bed was not comfortable the a/c rattled loudly the toilet stopped flushing on night two and overflowed we had to use all towels to soak it up. We had to go use the lobby bathroom in the morning and lastly we received no housekeeping between day1 and day 2.
