Red Roof Inn Louisville East - Hurstbourne

Dirty floor, dirty mildew room, bed mites look like , door didn't lock all the way broken door. I was scared and couldn't go to sleep when I came to work from chicago. The experience I had was terrible , I deserve a refund and would to try again to book a better place next trip I make. I travel alot everyday and this is the second place was discusting place. Phone service no phone was not working at all.

That I paid for a room I did not get I was charged 50.00 to check out then charged 50.00 to check back it I paid for a room I did not get for 83.00 then had to pay again for the room they gave me 208.00 was crazy and then I was charged cause they had to come open my door that was 25.00 they just take advantage of people and I had not choice but to pay it cause after paying for the room I did not get left me with nothing cause in one day they took almost everything we had

Room was disgusting and check in took forever. We couldn’t even stay there.

We felt our vehicle and personal belongings were at high risk of theft. Furthermore, the smoke detector had been tampered with and covered in tape - a serious safety violation. We were forced to find alternative lodging immediately."

Old and outdated. Condition of bed and blankets were nasty. Smelled in the room! Expensive for what I got. Only good thing was location….

Ready to leave right when we drove up. Old and dingy, needed cleaning & paint. Not refundable otherwise we would not have stayed. Strange smell in office & rooms. Bedspread had cigarette burn, chair was torn . Shops nearby were nice.

Room was poorly lit and seemed run down. It was clean but seemed very dingy. The air-conditioning unit was had a broken panel things were just not well kept in this room. In addition I work nights and sleep during the day. I had the privacy on but housekeeping knocked until they woke me up. This wasn't an issue during my previous stay. I hope that it doesn't continue to ne an issue in the future as the location is close to my work and the pricing is fair.

Clean,safe The house keeper kept waking me up by beating on the door! I’m on vacation and don’t want to be disturbed. I’m tired and resting.

Stayed here several times over the last 3 years,always clean and the staff nice and a quiet place

Location Very sketchy for the part of town it’s in. Heat didn’t work in the room told to wait and if it doesn’t turn on call back. Do WHAT!! I’m freezing sir! So I bundled up in extra layers and went to bed.

The manager/owner was very rude and aggressive, threatening to not return deposit if room was not clean. Also mad because I gave him a 1 star review on a text message I received from the hotel!

Convienece No towels or rags in the room Shower sprayed water all over the floor with shower curtain closed Nothing to grab at the back part of the tub in case of falling There was a handicap ramp to get on the sidewalk blocked by snow
